Unable to search orders that are manifested
Hello. I used to be able to do this, but as of lately it doesn't work...
Basically when I search an order ID or using a buyer's post code for example, then click the order (using the search bar/results in the top right corner), nothing happens! I want to view the order information, get the tracking number etc, but I am unable to do so! on manifested orders (if the order is not yet manifested, it allows you to check the details, but not once manifested).
So imagine this situation (I am in now), a buyer asks me for a…

Add Notes on Orders
We use Click & Drop as our sole dispatching software. It would be very useful to be able to add notes to orders, whereby if a customer has a specific request for an order, and they message us, we can add this to the notes and the notes will be printed on the label sheet.
For example, "please send a blue one". Some of these details are not added at checkout, rather customers message us directly. We then have to locate the order, print it individually, and write on the individual note.
1 voteHello, thank you for your suggestion.
You can already add both 'Staff Notes' and 'Customer Delivery Instructions' to an order. Customer Delivery Instructions are printed on the despatch note, whereas Staff notes are only visible in Click & Drop. You can access these notes by selecting an order and clicking 'Order details'. We hope this helps,
Kind regards

Generate the required customs forms for posting goods to the Channel Islands
Customs forms are required for sending goods to the Channel Islands: https://personal.help.royalmail.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/98/~/help-sending-mail-to-the-channel-islands-and-isle-of-man
These forms are not currently generated by the Click & Drop service. The service should generate them.

When I change to 200 items per page, it stays that way
On C&D - When I change to 200 items per page, it stays that way. Currently as soon as you process one order it goes back to 50 records per page. Annoying

Whats going on with C+D Add a new Address Book Entry page
I use firefox which is up to date. When i added a new address to the address book in C+D the pop up page which you fill in had a side scroll bar.
Now that is missing.
The only way to get to the "Create new address book entry" button and the "cancel" button at the bottom of the popup page is to set the zoom of the page at 60%. Then the text is so small i can't read it sometimes.
There is a horizontal scroll bar, which scrolls to blank space, and is completely unnecessary as you can…2 votes -
Option to switch off the Commonwealth Games logo
Option to switch off the Commonwealth Games logo from printing - this new forced addition to Click And Drop is unwelcome:
- it wastes a lot of ink/toner,
- it is distracting on the label, increasing the chances of mis-delivery
- for international customers, very few people care, especially outside of Commonwealth countries
- for international customers, it looks suspicious from a customs' point of view as though there is something in the package that isn't in the e-customs data.
Please add a switch so we can disable it.
3 votesThank you for your suggestion. You can upload your own image in place of the commonwealth games logo.

Display 4 SKUs as a minimum
Printed labels should display 4 SKUs as a minimum and then the plus more. eBay seller like ourself have offers such as buy 2 get 2 free and buyers are allowed to choose 4 variants. This means 4 SKUs should appear ideally before the "Plus More" shows.
This slows down dispatch times hugely as each order has to be checked on CnD for the full SKU list and then written on the label. There is plenty of space on the label in the SKU box as apart from the customer order and CnD label number we have nothing else appear. …

Logos on labels
Hi - Would it be possible to now remove the Birmingham 2022 logo from the labels and going forward could this be more of an OPT IN to include on labels rather than it has to be included on labels - some of our clients prefer their logo's on the labels - thank you
1 voteHello,
You can specify the logo you want shown on labels in your settings,

Amazon and eBay Valid Tracking VTR
When manifests are scanned on handover this should automatically generate a handover scan (and upload to each store) for each tracking number associated with the document.
This would save us all a lot of time and money and we could put this issue behind us.
1 voteHi, thanks for your suggestion. Amazon and eBay integrations have their order status updated to despatched once the orders have been manifested. If you are having difficulties with your shipping updates, please contact help desk.

Show Tracking Status in Click & Drop
When sending an item tracked it would be very helpful to have an extra column showing the different stages of that items stage - so at a glance you can see the delivery status, filter by undelivered etc.
This would save clicking on each item and regularly checking.
50 votesHello,
This was completed in our 7.23 release in November 2021. You can add the tracking status column to the manifested orders grid using the column configuration settings found at the top right of the grid

More convenient 'End of Day' report
It would be handy to have a concise list of all the orders that have gone out in a day.
Maybe an option to print alongside the manifest? The reports produced by 'Click & Drop' feature every single bit of info possible, and takes many minutes every day to delete enough stuff to fit on a piece of A4!
(your user manual suggests you can edit the columns before producing the CSV, but this is not the case)2 votes -
Etsy Integration - Mark orders as dispatched Feature - Change request
Hi
When using this feature, it is marking the orders as dispatched whenever we "print a label", but it would make better sense to mark the order as dispatched once the order has been "added to a manifest" instead as this is when we indicate that an order is going to be dispatched/posted.
For example, we sometimes outsource the "packaging" of some orders to others to do for us. Because they don't have access to our systems or a label printer etc, we would print all the labels to hand over to them along with the orders to package. They…

Thank you for your suggestion. Please review 'Settings / Miscellaneous' and ensure you do not have the option to "Mark order as despatched when label is generated" enabled.

Mark orders as despatched on channel - Ability to exclude certain products to fix VTR issue
A big issue at the moment is trying to manage Amazon's VTR when we send letters,
A quick and simple way this could be handled is having the ability to stop Click and Drop marking certain orders as despatched.
For example, If I could select a product in click and drop (a low value item that we send by letter) not to mark as despatch on Amazon, we could log into Amazon and Mark as despatched on there platform with the option Stamps / Franking Option which does not count towards Amazon's VTR

Filter IOSS numbers within trading name into customs data on manually created orders
The IOSS number integrated into our trading name doesn't not automatically filter into the customs field on manually created orders. I've verified that the other customs/tax codes within our trading name for Australia, New Zealand, Norway, etc. do get included among the electronic customs data, but the IOSS number has to be manually input each time. Around half of our daily orders have to be created manually as they're from websites not (yet) integrated with Click & Drop, so this would be a huge help for us. Thank you.
1 voteDear User,
Thank you for your suggestion. Click & Drop can automatically apply your trading name IOSS number to manually created orders.
Please review your Default Customs Settings in the Click & Drop platform, ensuring you have:
- Specified a 'GBP cut off level', the value in GBP up to which you use the IOSS scheme.
- Have selected 'Automatically apply IOSS number'.
Once you have configured these settings, your trading name IOSS number will be applied to manually created orders:
- Beneath 150EUR if transacted in EUR.
- Beneath the 'GBP cut off level' defined above, if transacted in GBP.
Kind regards

Send dispatched email through EKM integration by passing "true" on send email attribute in addition to tracking number
Tracking number is now sent to EKM through the integration, but an option to send a "true" value back on the "send email" attribute would trigger an automatic dispatched email from EKM to the buyer, as happens with eBay.
Could this be optional in the integration, as EKM currently don't have a permanent Bcc in the email template to send a copy of the email to review platforms, which needs to be added manually for each batch of dispatched orders.10 votesDear User,
Click & Drop allows you to specify the state returned to EKM when an order is despatched, including non-despatched states. This will allow you to both update your store, and avoid the email being sent automatically before you have had the opportunity to add the BCC address.

Change wording to reflect customs documents needed for sending to the EU
Your wording on the postage paid for page says this : "Once you have placed your labels and - if sending outside of the European Union (EU) - your customs declaration forms onto your items, you can choose to either:"
You need to change that as the customs declaration forms are also need for postage to the EU now.

Scrolling down the booking page can reduce input weight value
Adding weight to Click & Drop then scrolling down quickly to select service can reduce the desired weight by 1 or 2 grams depending upon how far you scroll down page.
Seems strange but I regularly find you have to click outside the weight box to confirm and set value.
An example - booked Parcel at 995 grams, if I scroll down the value will change to 994 grams.
Just in case anyone else has found same problem.

Allow old "store postage method" entries to be deleted from the list of methods used in shipping rule creation.
"Store postage methods" are automatically imported from our webstore into click & drop. We often change the name of these methods to reflect current shipping estimates.
This means we have a huge list of 40 shipping methods to sort through when creating a new postage rule. Every single postage method that has ever been used in our store is found in this list when creating a new rule.
I would like to delete the old, redundant postage methods from this list (or just let me delete all of them and re-import the ones in use right now).

Have labels in ZPL format as well as PDF
PDF labels are great for simple "ebay" or "etsy" customers, but for SMEs using the API, and larger commercial integrations, the infrastructure on site means that there are multiple pick/pack stations, with networked Zebra printers. Seeing as ZPL is the predominant label format, it would make sense to have the server send labels in ZPL directly to the label printers.
Just specify an option on the API call to choose the label format.
2 votesThank you for your suggestion. You can already support a multi-workstation label printing process using separate user accounts on each workstation and print assist.
If you require ZPL format for other reasons, please add another suggestion.
Many thanks, the Click & Drop team
