  1. Return 7 day sales graph to click and drop interface

    Add back in the 7 day sales graph. It was a very useful tool to monitor daily/weekly sales across multiple platforms.

  2. Get the manifest button back & rid of the unnecessary stuff on the new Home screen

    Need a Home screen / Dashboard menu asap to turn off all the rubbish that is now showing - You've hidden the only important button which is manifest.
    We don't need irrelevant notifications from 6 months ago.. we've used CnD long enough to know what resources are where, so having them onscreen is just a pain - I'd prefer Order status, User name, system status, then just the manifest button & the rest blank unless there is an urgent notification for today. If you have to fill screen, just put back the 7 day view - it's harmless.

    You should see an option to Manifest all applicable orders in the Quick actions section of the new Home screen. Alternatively, you can go to the orders overview and click the Manifest all button to manifest all relevant orders.

  3. Allow Combination of Multiple Orders into A Single Parcel

    We occassionally get Ebay customers making several separate orders, all for the same address. Obviously we combine the orders into a single parcel to save on postage and so that the customer receives the orders together. However, it is a real pain to do this in Click and Drop. Currently, we have a customer that has ordered 3 items, each as a separate order. This means I have to edit one of the 3 orders in C&D. Then I have to delete the other 2 orders. Then at the end of the day I have to remember go into Ebay…

  4. new address book interface

    As a neuro diverse person, i find change very hard. So to be faced with a new interface for adding and changing addresses in the address book without being warned was difficult.

    A note on the login page (where you say new features are coming but not that this had been done) would have been very useful.

    Or perhaps you should have had it as Beta, like other pages, so we can choose to go back if we wish.

    I decided to really check it out before saying i didn't like it, i like to be fair.

  5. Searching for a UK address on both Beta or stable version

    Recently when searching for an address by typing the postcode I have had issues when there are lots of addresses with same postcode.

    It seems that your system now only shows approx 21 entries whereas it used to show many more. Yes it does sometimes say that there may be, for example, 85 addresses at that postcode, but when I click on that to what I assume should expand all 85 addresses, it still only shows the 21 that I saw at the start.

    Have tried this with the non Beta version and the same is happening. Have you altered…

  6. Why do I need"name" and billing address when paying for postage?

    I'm a small business and having to enter my own name and address every time I want to pay for postage (with PayPal) is a new step - there is no option to autofill this, or to set it as a default in my "account details"
    It's a new step and suddenly become "necessary"

    This information is needed due to new external data requirements, therefore if we do not request it your payments may fail. We understand entering this for every payment can be time consuming, which is why we let users save this information on their trading names. This way we can fill in the information for you.

    If you go into Settings>Trading names you will see billing name fields and a billing address dropdown where you can select which address you want to use for all payments from that trading name. If you have more than one trading name set up, you will need to do this for all of them. If you are not an administrator on your account, please contact your administrator and ask them to set up the billing details.

  7. Edit Shipping Address stopped working!!

    The link next to the address to edit the delivery address,email & phone number has stopped working. Doesn't work in Firefox, Edge or Chrome. I have done all the usual like clear cookies etc, logged out, cleared history etc. Was working this morning then just stopped!

  8. Exporting as XLS

    Up until this week when exporting the manifested orders as an XLS sheet ONLY the columns that I have as viewable within Click & Drop have exported.

    Since your current update, even though I only have the columns showing on the screen that I want to see in the XLS, when I export the data it is exporting ALL the data columns not just the things that I want.

    It is a pointless exercise being able to select which data is visible if the export does something totally different.

    Please rectify this asap

  9. click and drop scroll

    Hi - for some reason the functionality to scroll right or left on the orders list / page seems to have gone? (On Click & Drop) It makes the process very manual now not being able to scroll right or left as well as up and down, having to manually drag the toolbar left/right.

    Also when filtering orders by postage value, I used to be able to hit 'enter' and it confirm the selection but now it comes up with an error saying the numerical value should only be a whole number and not a decimalated number e.g. (1.00 not…

  11. Bug: order screen - a long product name isnt truncated and expands over customs code and qty box

    Bug: on the order screen [once clicked into an order]

    If a product has a long product name this now isnt truncated and expands over customs code and qty box meaning when singular applying lables is really hard as we cant see the order info like qty , unit price etc

  12. Create batch based on labels generated not postage applied

    Previously If we select 20 orders and generate labels then new batch is created for these 20 orders but now every postage applied will create a new batch. This has made us very difficult to manifest. We manifest based on weight. If we want to manifest 0-100 grams orders we won't know which orders are on which batch. Can somebody suggest if I am missing something here?

    You can manually create a new batch prior to generating your labels - using the filtering function on the open orders grid might help you identify the orders with the correct weight (the filters can be displayed by clicking on the package format row heading). Once you have filtered on weight/package format, select all applicable orders, click on the three dots next to the order number and click create batch. Following that, you should be able to generate labels and manifest the new batch containing all the orders you selected.

  13. Bug: Reports / Manifested orders "Tracking status" filter out "Delivered" not working

    Im trying to find a list of orders outstanding delivery.

    Usually you can go in -
    Reports / Manifested orders

    Filter column "Tracking status"

    Filter out value selected above "Delivered"

    But its not working - Delivered is still showing in the column after applying the filter

    Doesn't look like the tracking status column is allowing filtering on the Reports / Manifested orders page

    Anyone else able to confirm the same

  14. Stop tracking numbers being generated for non-tracked services

    Tracking numbers have recently started being generated for non-tracked services (e.g. BPL2 2nd Class). These are then being exported into integrated marketplaces, breaking the tracking functions and causing a large number of customer complaints and confusion.

    Can this please be corrected as soon as possible.

  15. Click & Drop API Generate Labels

    I have a few issues with Royal Mail Click & Drop API.

    [1] When sending a request to /orders with the LabelGenerationRequest.IncludeLabelInResponse, 400 Bad Request is returned with 'Amount of labels across all items must not exceed 1'. This is using the CreateOrders end point and on each order is has the property to request a label. With any or all orders as true, this error is returned and no orders are created.

    [2] Tracking number is not returned in the response, even when the order is successfully sent to Click & Drop account and has postage applied based on…

    We believe there are 2 approaches you can take to solve the issue.

    Approach 1) Generate 1 order at a time. This will generate a label in the response, including the PDF and the tracking number.

    Approach 2) Generate multiple orders without labels (includeLabelInResponse = false). After the orders are created in bulk, you can then request labels in bulk via the Get Labels endpoint. After you have generated the labels, you can retrieve the tracking numbers via the Get Orders endpoint.

    When you created orders, the API returns orderIdentifier. You can use the identifier returned to retrieve labels, and the order details. The order details contains the tracking number.

  16. ! New Batch Page Role Out is NOT Ready ! Please fix these school boy errors before the go live date on the: 10-4-24!

    Having sent the below to Customer Support they have asked me to post it on here! Obviously they do not see this as important as it actually is! See Below:

    In the new version of the batch page you have missed off the print button that appears automatically so I had to search for a way to get access to my labels! I had to manually generate the labels! Also there is no column for Dispatch Date or Generated Date, you have replaced this with 'Date'. How can you even think about a go live date when its so incomplete?…

    The new Batches page has introduced changes to the page layout which may have caused some confusion as to the positioning of certain features. Regarding the specific issues you mentioned:

    • The Print button can now be accessed from the quick actions menu on the left side of the grid
    • The Generated date and Despatch date columns have now been merged into a single Date column which should display both dates.

    For a more detailed description of these and all other changes to the Batches page, please consult our help guide. This contains screenshots which may be helpful if you are still uncertain on how to process your orders.

  17. Why when you generate labels, do you have to confirm every single time to move things to a new batch?

    We apply postage to all our products, then begin to print. Every time we generate labels now we have to confirm to move items to a new batch. Why? Just print the labels as before.

    You can now choose how many SKUs you want to have displayed in the orders grid. The number can be changed by clicking on the product details column header and clicking the 'Toggle displayed products number' button.

  19. Generate labels 1 full per page as before

    Generate labels and certificates of posting separately again. The new system means I can't just print a batch of labels off! Previously I could send them to print 4 per page on sticky 2x2 A4 sheets and peel and apply.

  20. Include CN22/CN23 flag in 'Create orders' API response

    There is nothing in the API response to indicate if the shipment has a CN22 or CN23. This would make it much easier to script my system to request and print the correct label when required. Currently it attempts to print a CN22 and if the response from that fails it then tries to print a CN23.

    This system works fine but I'd like to use the new option to print the CN22 on the main label, so I need to know in advance if the order will have a CN22 or CN23. I know I could use the value…
