We search Click & Drop for the order number of the shipment, and then apply postage, print the label, and copy the tracking number to send to the customer. In the old interface, when you searched for an order, that was the only order you saw until you searched for another, got to order list etc.
With the new interface, as soon as you apply shipping, you are then sent to the list of all orders, where the order you just shipped is amongst them, somewhere. We then have to search again, then OPEN the shipment, to find the tracking number. You can no longer have the tracking number visible on the list of orders.
Do people who redesign these interfaces, actually use them themselves, or get first hand feedback from those who do? I always wonder, because clearly whoever designed this, does not use it day to day.

If your intended use is for shipments to the EU where the order is shipped under the IOSS scheme, you will be unable to merge or split orders for shipping."
Fine, but at least let us merge / split orders that aren't using the IOSS scheme.

An error occurred while saving the comment olimortimer commentedOur courier integration recognises when a customer has placed multiple orders on eBay, for shipping to the same address, and asks us if we would like to merge them into one shipment. It would be great if C&D could do the same, allowing us to create 1 label and for that tracking to update all the orders - currently we have to manually spot them, then copy the tracking and apply to the other orders.
eBay has recently included a random eBay number within addresses to "track eBay orders" (!?) so this would need to be recognised by C&D and removed from the address, but that wouldn't be difficult to do. For example;

Click & Drop SupportAn error occurred while saving the comment olimortimer commentedAs OpenCart is open source, I would suggest the best solution would be for a developer to create a plugin to utilise the C&D API. I doubt RM would create an integration for an open source product.
To reiterate, it's awful
