  1. Support More Label & Document Sizes

    Have different options for label size and layout to suit common thermal label sizes, particularly for letter small parcel click and drop. If QR code has to be particular size consider having on separate label.

  2. I think Click & Drop should pull in the tax info from eBay’s new “Tax details” section and add it to the address label.

    eBay used to include things like ABN numbers (for Australia, Norway, etc.) in the address itself, so they automatically showed up when printing with Royal Mail. Now they’ve moved that info to a separate “Tax details” section, and Click & Drop doesn’t pick it up anymore.
    It would really help if that tax number could still be added somewhere on the label, so the customer wont get charged twice.

    The Click & Drop API could be significantly enhanced by including product SKUs in the order data. SKUs are essential for accurately tracking and managing inventory, as they uniquely identify each product, reducing errors and improving order reconciliation. Including SKUs would streamline inventory updates, enhance reporting and analytics, and enable seamless communication with third-party systems like ERP or CRM platforms.   6. Support Tracked Returns for Click & Drop Personal Accounts

    On Personal Click & Drop offer a returns service where I can generate a return, pay for it and arrange collection from customers house with PO to generate label. At moment I have to go in and change my collection address to cust address and then back again afterwards.

  9. Bug: Tracked 24/48 always need bank authorisation

    I'm hardly ever asked to authorise payment on my banking app for 1st and 2nd class postage, but as soon as I include a tracked service it is guaranteed to need authorising. It is starting to get annoying logging on for a £3.50 payment when no other website does this.

    In relation to orders that have not been marked as despatched - Perhaps it would be helpful to:

    1) Ensure that the system ignores older orders as clearly they have been dealt with after a certain timeframe (1 week?)
    2) Perhaps offer a way to filter this section by date, and have the option to simply clear old items.

  12. Unmark the despatched items when despatched ready for the next batch

    Please can you look at 'unmarking' the despatched items. We're a small business who didn't get authorised for a OBA account even though we have been trading since 2015 but we send a lot of samples to nurses and clinics etc. Once they have despatched and the label created it would be nice not to have to go in and manually unmark all the boxes in the Beta set up as if we've just sent 30-40 samples and you miss just one its a pain to have to start again at the top.   14. Please clarify regarding adding extra items to already booked collections

    The Click & Drop service is great and the free collections are an excellent feature that mean I will use Royal Mail over and above any other service.

    However, while the website site says 'if you want to add other items to your booked collection, just hand them to your postie', on the three occasions I have tried to do this, the postman says he can't take them because they aren't in his system.     Please stop printing the gift message on the address label.
    This started happening about a month ago and is really unhelpful - it is currently printed under the heading 'SafePlace' and makes no sense, it needs to go inside the parcel (which I do with a separate gift card but could be printed on the packing slip too) not on the outside.

  17. Improve Processing of Batched Orders in New Orders Grid

    The new version of the orders grid is a nightmare when processing a batch of orders.

    After I enter weight/shipping details, and click Apply Postage, it doesn't take me back to the batch of orders I'm currently working, it takes me back to the main list with ALL my orders.

    So I have to go back to the tab with list of batches, select the one I was working on and then find the relevant parcel I need to apply postage info to.

    I need to do this for every parcel in the same batch. It's a nightmare!

  18. Allow me to edit my Collection address

    At the moment I can only use the address as returned by your address look up, I cannot make any amendments to the address after I have selected it. I would like to add my house number in addition to the name, as my house is moiré readily identified by number.

    Alternatively, add the ability to provide some instructions for a collection address.

    There's only about a 50% chance that you actually turn up to a booked collection, multiple times I have had to book several collections before you actually pick it up, it is ridiculous
