  1. Electronic customs declaration

    Why is the electronic customs declaration only for 8 items? Probably it is enough if to send abroad a small parcel. But if to send a big parcel of 5 or more kg, then it is a tricky to declare all items. Could you please improve the declaration adding more lines to declaration.

  2. Collections Statuses Aren't Always Updated

    The status of a Collection doesn't always update properly. I have several of collections that were collected but in my account appears as awaiting collection. One of them was collected, but appears as 'Attempted', and the email said the item wasn't available for collection, so now I don't have any proof of postage for an international shipping.

  3. Please clarify regarding adding extra items to already booked collections

    The Click & Drop service is great and the free collections are an excellent feature that mean I will use Royal Mail over and above any other service.

    However, while the website site says 'if you want to add other items to your booked collection, just hand them to your postie', on the three occasions I have tried to do this, the postman says he can't take them because they aren't in his system. As such he has to make another call to collect the next day, which seems very wasteful! In fact, they ARE in the system, because I…

    Let non-business accounts have SKU codes on the label

    I just need a means to have a code on the label, so this feature, which you also already offer for business accounts would be ideal.

  5. Store National Identification Numbers in Address Book

    When sending items to certain countries, we are expected to enter the national identification number for the recipient

    a) Should this be a mandatory field and prevent applying the postage if not completed?
    b) Once entered, it should be stored with the address book entry for that customer, as it will always be needed for them!

    Please stop printing the gift message on the address label.
    This started happening about a month ago and is really unhelpful - it is currently printed under the heading 'SafePlace' and makes no sense, it needs to go inside the parcel (which I do with a separate gift card but could be printed on the packing slip too) not on the outside.

  7. Improve Processing of Batched Orders in New Orders Grid

    The new version of the orders grid is a nightmare when processing a batch of orders.

    After I enter weight/shipping details, and click Apply Postage, it doesn't take me back to the batch of orders I'm currently working, it takes me back to the main list with ALL my orders.

    So I have to go back to the tab with list of batches, select the one I was working on and then find the relevant parcel I need to apply postage info to.

    I need to do this for every parcel in the same batch. It's a nightmare!

  8. actually turn up to collections that I have booked

    There's only about a 50% chance that you actually turn up to a booked collection, multiple times I have had to book several collections before you actually pick it up, it is ridiculous

  11. Add tracking numbers to confirmation email

    Currently the order confirmation email gives the name and address + QR code for each parcel but not the tracking number, it would be very useful if you could add that please to save logging in and going through order by order to get them.

  12. Please add 1st Class shipping/tracking numbers to the orders like tracked orders

    Hi, would it be possible to add the shipping/tracking number for regular 1st Class postage to the orders in the same way that it is for "tracked" orders please? I don't need fully tracked, I only need the delivery status, but I need that number synced with Shopify so that Paypal releases my funds when an order is delivered to the customer. It's such a pain to have to enter them all in manually every day. It would be so helpful if this was implemented. Thanks a lot

  14. WooCommerce Orders Are Importing with 'Unrecognised' Country.

    When orders made via WooCommerce transfer over to Click & Drop, the county names are not displayed, and instead it shows the ISO codes provided by WooCommerce.

    This request is to have these codes mapped to the county names to enable addresses to be complete and correct to avoid undelivered orders.

  16. Address settings, and safespace settings not functioning well.

    I notice that the address settings as specified in the "company settings" preference panel allows various collection business address's to be set, however on booking a collection it will only use the "collections" address as set up in that panel. Regardless of what is actually specified in the settings and trading names section! Which specifically allows you to set this!

    Also on the regular Royal mail click and drop it allows you to set a safespace that can be used for collections, while in the registered account there is no ability to specify this!

    The Click & Drop API could be significantly enhanced by including product SKUs in the order data. SKUs are essential for accurately tracking and managing inventory, as they uniquely identify each product, reducing errors and improving order reconciliation. Including SKUs would streamline inventory updates, enhance reporting and analytics, and enable seamless communication with third-party systems like ERP or CRM platforms. This addition would provide businesses with deeper insights into sales trends and product performance while ensuring faster issue resolution and more efficient operations.   18. Make it easier to enter Recipient AIRN

    I only realised that when you apply postage, if you view the contents, for some countries, you can enter the Recipient AIRN (tax ID number).

    Odd that you cannot enter it when entering the package details only if you go to edit the contents.

    Please make it more obvious and easier to find - I have been adding it to the address details until now because I did not spot this before.

  20. Clear old collections that have been collected

    I have a stockpile of old booked collections in my orders. They were collected but, for reasons known only to themselves, the postmen didn't scan them in so they remain on my account. It's just a niggle but these old orders sat there are a bug and there's nothing I can do at my end to remove them.
