  1. Custom 'Shipping Service' Names

    Allow us to rename shipping services, so it's easier for users to recognise what service is for what. For example, I have the following services I use regularly;

    Tracked 24
    Royal Mail Tracked 24 LBT

    Now I know it's a Royal Mail service, so it's not necessary to say that... LBT, unbeknownst to me until recently, means it's a letterbox item - ie, large letter. I would love to be able to rename them to;

    Tracked 24 - Parcels
    Tracked 24 - Large Letters

    You can add aliases (make sure you don't use spaces....) although this is only for use…

  2. Add Ability to Adjust The Column Widths On Order Details Table

    Currently, when you expand 'Order Details' to see a table of the contents of the order, the columns have fixed, uniform widths.

    There's no way to adjust them manually, and no text wrapping, so if the contents of one cell is too long, it gets cut off and there's no way to read it.

    Having all the columns uniform/the same width means that there are big spaces around the 'Quantity' and 'Price' fields (which are generally only a few characters long), and then 'Product name' is squeezed into the same width and cut off.

  3. Postage Method

    In the new BETA C&D when applying postage we must be able to see what postage method the buyer has selected. In the non BETA version we can slightly scroll up and can see what the postage method is, usually Royal Mail 48 but this changes if the buyer upgrades to RM24 and so on.

    On eth BETA version we cannot see what postage method needs to be applied to an order on the 'Apply Postage' page.

  4. Show Address Book Entries in Search Results

    We are a new user to Click & Drop having moved from a different system & are very impressed with how it operates.

    We are finding it time-consuming having to click on each individual funnel (on each column) to search through records by typing customer's postcode, order number, receiver's name, or company name to find entries.

    Would it be possible to have our Address Book data searchable in the main grey search box on the top right-hand side, with the results shown under a heading ‘Address book’, as it is for ‘Orders’, ‘Pages and actions’ & ‘Help’.

  5. Update Delivery Company on EKM when tracking number is sent

    Currently the tracking number is updated on EKM on manifesting. The order on EKM shows the number, but the delivery company is not updated, so the URL for the tracking is not created. The consequence is that any dispatch emails sent to customers are missing the tracking and Payment gateways, e.g. PayPal are not updated automatically with tracking (an important fraud prevention). The orders can have the delivery company added manually, one by one, but it is time consuming, Please can Click and Drop add Royal Mail as the delivery company in EKM when the tracking number is passed through?

  7. Print Manifests with Print Assist

    It would be really useful if manifests could be printed using Print Assist. Currently, we use Print Assist for labels but then have to manually open the manifest PDF and send to print at the correct printer with the correct settings. It would save us a lot of time if this happened automatically like with the labels.

  8. Stop tracking numbers being generated for non-tracked services

    Tracking numbers have recently started being generated for non-tracked services (e.g. BPL2 2nd Class). These are then being exported into integrated marketplaces, breaking the tracking functions and causing a large number of customer complaints and confusion.

    Can this please be corrected as soon as possible.

  9. change the flow when postage is applied to multiple orders.

    When applying postage to more than one orders it takes you to the batches/batch details page. Once postage is applied please just have it go straight back to orders like it does when applying postage to a single order.

  10. In manifested orders, show what the price of the postage was.

    When I read my statement it is hard to work out what each package cost to post. I have to look at the statement and then try to work out which package each item relates to. It would be much easier to see this information if the cost was shown next to each package.

  11. Please bring back Scroll Position memory

    Please bring back Scroll Position memory when the order page is refreshed. It saved countless time during the day and reduced mistakes. When the order page is refreshed it now sends you back to the top of the page, its very frustrating, please change it back.

  13. Package Format - after sorting stay the same as user default

    Please Please make the columns in the new dashboard stick by user-selected input like it used to

    We batch all items of the same weight/ type together and print the labels
    We sort package column by weight
    as soon as the postage is applied we have to go back to the list via the dashboard
    The package column now resets itself to order number by default so I have to re-sort

    I did this 37 times today
    Please make it like it used to and stay in the order the user selects

  14. Quick Status Filter

    Add a couple of buttons on the top right of the new beta, to allow quick filtering of the order list.
    Currently, you have to click on the status heading, then work through the filter to say "is equal to", then type the status.
    It would be far quicker to have some quick select filter buttons above this column so you can very quickly filter new / postage applied / label generated orders without having to type it out each time.

  15. Beta Version

    The new beta version opens new tabs within Click and Drop for every order. Is there a way to change this. Also we have found if we are using the beta version with one log in and not for all logins the orders will not be processed correctly. We had orders going back to 'new order' stage even though the postage had been applied and a label had been printed.

  16. limit customs value field to 2 decimal places as it is breaking payments

    Our website sometimes passes a customs value with more than 2 decimal places to click & drop; it is removing VAT for overseas orders which ends up like £3.4563 or something. There is no warning about this but payments will always fail, I only found out by changing things one at a time. Of course I should fix the website to only pass 2 dp but it is a standard woocommerce so loads of people are probably having this issue.

  17. Support Changing Trading Names After an Order is Created

    We use multiple Trading Names when drop-shipping.

    With the old order creation UI, the 'Trading Name' dropdown was at the top of the page. With the new Beta Create Order screen, the Trading Names part is further down the UI and therefore easier to miss.

    Would it be possible to do one or both of the following:

    1. Alter the layout so that the Trading Names dropdown is again at the top of the order creation UI

    2. Make it so that the Trading Name can be changed for an already created order prior to applying the postage in the event of…

  18. Mandate PO Box / Tax Identifier Number When Mandated by Destination

    Mandate PO Box numbers when sending to Dubai or UAE, when using Royal Mail tracked services.

    When posting to Brazil or Portugal you are required to Provide a Tax Reference Number, unless this box is filled you can't post the item

    For Dubai / UAE, shipments requires a PO Box number.

    If data is required, then it should be marked with asterisk and be mandatory.

  19. Shopify - import orders that are Authorized as well as Paid

    Currently Click & Drop only imports orders with a Paid status. However some merchants (like ourselves) prefer to manually capture payments, in which case the payment status is Authorized. I would like to either see an option to decide which payment statuses are imported or for Authorized to be considered the same as Paid (which they are).

  20. Add integration for PayPal orders and invoices

    I have clients who pay over the phone via PayPal, by invoice via PayPal but there is no integration to pull orders from there so I have to create them manually. Can you consider an integration for PayPal please?
