Product details column, sort by A-Z
I have posted this before. You can sort by old to new and new to old on date, so why can't we sort product by A-Z allowing us to print all our products off in order? It's such an easy thing to apply.

Compatability With Woocommerce's Official Shipment Tracking Plugin
Woocommerce has launched their official shipment tracking plugin.
Please make click and drop compatible with it rather than sending tracking details via an outdated method:

Alternatively, allow the sending of tracking details via order notes without marking the order as complete on woocommerce
OR
First send the tracking details into the order notes and THEN mark the order as complete.
All of the above allows tracking details to be embedded into the complete order email. RM's current solution does not.

Country specific hs-codes
When downloading order from Magento 2, Click and Drop downloads, if an hscode object is present under the Order->OrderItem object, please use this, falling back to the Products hscode if not present in the OrderItem.
Hs_codes in the OrderItem are order specific, and therefore country specific and this can be 10 digit HS codes.
Ireland are now returning to sender any items that don't include 10 digit country specific HS codes.
10 digit country specific HS codes are available under Order->OrderItem in my Magento store.

Senders Reference to be visible on invoice or invoicing reports
The invoice batches tracked parcels together the reports available only shows the tracking number RM have supplied making it impossible to reconcile against our own accounts. Senders Reference is supplied which is the reference we have for the order so believe this should be visible against the invoice somewhere.

Click & Drop Desktop - Print shipping label THEN Despatch Note
We have today moved over from Print Assist to the new Desktop app for Auto Printing.
Everything was fine during testing as we printing 1 label at the time. We then decided it was time to print a large batch of orders. So selected 37 orders for the same item and printed.
We are then presented with 37 tracking labels, followed by 37 despatch labels. No longer does it print the shipping label alongside the despatch label! So we now have to sort out each label and find its relevant depatch note (GDPR would love it if we accidentally sent…

Allow update tags
Can only set tags on create
Too inflexible especially when the orders in click & drop are created by some third party integration.
Would be super useful if we can edit tags even after an order has bee created

We're concerned to see you're discontinuing support for the 'Print Assist' integration. Despite your claim that you had previously let people know about the new 'Auto Print' introduction from 1/10/24, with only 2 weeks to go, yesterday was first time your announcement was made on the CnD website and we have not had any email notification prior to this.
We use the click and drop API and not the C&D desktop app. As there is no "automatic print" of created labels with the API integration available (like there was with the Dropbox integration) we retrieve and send a label pdf…

Adding the department name to a label instead of the department number.
Before we manifest, we always check each parcel to ensure it has been coded to the correct department. Currently the only way to do this is checking on the screen, by adding the name to the label instead of the number would speed up this process.

It's only a month to go, so it would be good to see that click & drop can deal with the reporting changes

Import VOEC & Other Customs Scheme Details
VOEC number for Norway or other VAT system scheme's should automatically be pulled through from eBay / Amazon etc integration with their unique number, similar to how the IOSS number is pulled through.

C&D API - Support Specifying 'Return Address' in Order Create Call
Currently, the only way I can find to set custom return addresses is by manually setting up a trading name for each one. We create labels in C&D via the API which means that the return addresses must be manually added in advance.
I would like to be able to set a custom return address for each individual label using the API.1 vote -
Allow sending of email notifications after items are dispatched
Customers often ask me to resend the tracking info. There is no way to do this currently. If there was a simple click box to do this, it would be great.

Print the Customer's Name on Returns Label
Allow the customer's name to be displayed on Returns labels. At the moment we have to cross reference their address on another system. It only shows their returns address, not the customer name.

Return Tracking Status in Click & Drop API
In order to support a fully automated business there is a need for us to be able to verify if a package arrived via an API, not via a report.
There is currently a older royal mail tracking API but it is locked down to high volume users.
I note that work has been carried out recently to add a tracking status on the orders page within Click & Drop. However, this information is not included on the Click & Drop API.

Add 'Store Postage Method' to the API
Currently via the API, there is no way to tell Click and Drop which shipping method you intend for the order to be shipped. You are only able to setup rules based on price.
The 'Store Postage Method' is only currently able to be used for integrations which Royal Mail themselves have written. This is a strange practice and makes the API only half feasible.
Please add this or another new parameter so we can specify our postage method by name rather than price.

Access to International Heavier through click & drop
If I want to send an International Heavier parcel I cannot do this through Click & Drop. This tends to mean I don't use this service as it is not part of the click & drop offering. As it is a Royal Mail service I do not know why it cannot be included.

Allow orders to import from WooCommerce with status' other than "Processing"
Please allow order to be imported from WooCommerce integration with order status' other than "Processing".
As with many stores we take Pre-Orders and Back-Orders for out of stock items, we use custom order status' and the "On hold" status to separate these from newly created "Processing" orders.
We then can't have these import into Click & Drop properly and have to make them manually as Click & Drop can't see anything other than "Processing".
Please create an extra field in the settings page where we could write in the extra status' we want to import. Or have the plugin scan…

Allow "Send tracking with order notes" to be turned on without "Mark orders as dispatched" turned on
Please allow us to turn on the option to send customers the tracking number via Woocommerce order notes, "Send tracking with order notes", without having to enable the "Mark orders as dispatched on channel" option.
We regularly have customers order multiple items, some of which may be back-order or pre-order items. When we receive these orders we often ship the in-stock items straight away, while keeping the order "On hold" until the back/pre-ordered items arrive.
We can't turn on the "Mark orders as dispatched in channel" option as this would automatically mark as Complete orders where there have been partial…
