    The latest updates to Click & Drop desktop randomly forgets your password when the app starts up.

    It may be related to Click & Drop Desktop updating, or Windows updates, however it never used to happen and is very annoying when you rely on the service being on!

  2. Support searching for partial order numbers

    Hi, when searching for an order number it is only possible to search for the full number but not partial numbers. As you are adding a # in front of imported order numbers, that makes it possible to use a barcode scanner to search for an order (order number in C&D: #12345,barcode Scanner delivers 12345, C&D search shows no results)

  5. Tracking/delivery confirmation for letters

    Any chance we could see click and drop have 'letters' included with tracking/delivery confirmation in the future? (not just large letters and parcels).

    At the moment, a marketplace such as Etsy won't add tracking details for customers (via click and drop) that purchase orders though us (that are sent with the 'letter' size).

    We send many letter size shipments daily and it's a shame that they don't count towards Etsy's tracking system.

  7. Show Address Book Entries in Search Results

    We are a new user to Click & Drop having moved from a different system & are very impressed with how it operates.

    We are finding it time-consuming having to click on each individual funnel (on each column) to search through records by typing customer's postcode, order number, receiver's name, or company name to find entries.

    Would it be possible to have our Address Book data searchable in the main grey search box on the top right-hand side, with the results shown under a heading ‘Address book’, as it is for ‘Orders’, ‘Pages and actions’ & ‘Help’.

  9. Amend a Future Despatch Date

    As a mailing house we often future date orders so we can fulfil the items and print and attach the generated labels. Recently we had 6,000 items packed and ready to despatch but was then informed by our client we could not send the items. However the items would manifest in 2 days time as the future date would be met. There is no option to put items on hold or to add a week or more onto the future date. When i spoke to the help team i was told we would need to re-apply postage and print 6,000…

    Currently, reports have everything what we need except SKU, which is important for generation of bills to our accounts of Amazon and eBay.

  12. Add Custom Label Positioning to OBA / Business Accounts

    If you buy the suggested labels - 4 per page - you cannot choose the position of the label.

    If you have small order numbers, you end up with lots of label sheets with unusable labels. This is wasteful. Bizarrely, personal accounts are able to customise the position.

  13. Allowed to select "Parcel" and "RM48 LBT"

    I have been incurring penalties for RM48 LBT parcels. An investigation has uncovered that I do not have RM48 parcel service, only Large Letter, but I have been allowed to choose size "parcel" and service "TRS48" which is a large letter ONLY band thus incurring a £1 penalty for every parcel.

    Hello, thank you for your suggestion. TRS 48 LBT (Letter Box-able Tracked) is available on parcel format to afford you the full 1000g weight limit TRS48 supports. You must still adhere to the service specifications, which for letter box-able includes a weight limit of 1000g, and dimensions matching that of Large Letter. Please speak with your account manager to get the full details of your services specifications. We will consider changes to make these limitations clearer in the future.

  14. Show a Manifest Summary Before Submitting Manifest

    When Manifesting at the end of the day, prior to committing to the manifest, can you pop a box up giving a table including the average weight for each product code that will be submitted to OBA. This will allow us to double check we are within our weight bands for costing purposes and allows us to adjust orders at the last minute. for example, to switch items from 2nd to 1st, if 1st is just over the 2kg average.

  16. Show Trading Name Logo on Open Orders Page

    Under the heading "Channel" there is a picture of a piece of paper and a shopping cart.
    When you hover over the "picture" it says which of our trading names we used on that order.
    We have an icon set in the preferences for each of our trading names, so why can't they be shown in the Channel instead of the same unnecessary picture for all trading names/channels?

    Please, could you add Open Cart to the list of platforms available for quick integration? One of our websites is with the Open Cart and it is a pain to do every order manually.

  19. Print Manifests with Print Assist

    It would be really useful if manifests could be printed using Print Assist. Currently, we use Print Assist for labels but then have to manually open the manifest PDF and send to print at the correct printer with the correct settings. It would save us a lot of time if this happened automatically like with the labels.

  20. Display the Barcode in the Orders panel

    When we purchase labels to send international, a barcode is being generated and placed on the labels.

    In order to speed up the proof of postage process when dropping them at the office, they give us a receipt with all the barcodes dispatched that day.

    However, those barcodes are nowhere to be seen in the control panel, so it is impossible to connect the dots if one of those orders gets lost to quickly identify, raise a lost inquire form, etc..

    Can you add that Barcode code in the orders panel please?
