  1. Change wording to reflect customs documents needed for sending to the EU

    Your wording on the postage paid for page says this : "Once you have placed your labels and - if sending outside of the European Union (EU) - your customs declaration forms onto your items, you can choose to either:"

    You need to change that as the customs declaration forms are also need for postage to the EU now.

  2. Allow old "store postage method" entries to be deleted from the list of methods used in shipping rule creation.

    "Store postage methods" are automatically imported from our webstore into click & drop. We often change the name of these methods to reflect current shipping estimates.

    This means we have a huge list of 40 shipping methods to sort through when creating a new postage rule. Every single postage method that has ever been used in our store is found in this list when creating a new rule.

    I would like to delete the old, redundant postage methods from this list (or just let me delete all of them and re-import the ones in use right now).

  3. export to xls is creating an xml file instead of xls

    Recently the manifested orders export function is generating an xml file but labeling it as an xls - I have to open and resave it (after warnings by any sw that tries to open it). Oddly it doesn't do it all the time looks like there's a bug there?

  4. Have labels in ZPL format as well as PDF

    PDF labels are great for simple "ebay" or "etsy" customers, but for SMEs using the API, and larger commercial integrations, the infrastructure on site means that there are multiple pick/pack stations, with networked Zebra printers. Seeing as ZPL is the predominant label format, it would make sense to have the server send labels in ZPL directly to the label printers.

    Just specify an option on the API call to choose the label format.

    Thank you for your suggestion. You can already support a multi-workstation label printing process using separate user accounts on each workstation and print assist. 

    If you require ZPL format for other reasons, please add another suggestion.

  5. Support Sorting & Filtering Orders Grid by Product

    Most columns can be used to sort and filter orders but not the Products column.

    Hi, our new orders grid supports the filtering of orders by product. We have not added sorting as the order may become unclear when orders with more than one product are in the results.

  6. Allow to print only Proof Of Postage for multiple orders

    Hi,

    We are using the business.parcel.royalmail.com for a few years to buy and print labels for our orders via Royal Mail.

    We always ask for Proof of Postage at the Post office, to have a proof in case it gets lost.

    Lately because we have more orders international, because they have to type the address for each label the people at the post office ask us to print the Proof of postage from the system for all the order and give them to stamp.

  7. Show Customer Upgraded Postage on Click & Drop from Amazon / eBay

    Show customer upgrade on postage via eBay or Amazon on click and drop. if customer has chosen an upgrade or even free deliver, please show it on the options, so we can apply what they require. visually this is needed

    Hello, thank you for your suggestion. This is already possible in the Order Details pane and is shown as 'Store Postage Method'. Furthermore, you can build shipping rules to apply postage automatically according to the 'Store Postage Method' selected by your customer at the point of sale.

  8. Send delivery confirmation number to Squarespace

    The Squarespace integration is currently lacking the ability to send the delivery confirmation number from Click & Drop to Squarespace.

    This means if you mark the orders as despatched via Click & Drop, the customer is sent (untracked_service) in their dispatch confirmation email - which is confusing and not a great customer experience.

    This feature is available via Shipstation so it is possible.

  9. DropBox Retirement. C&D Desktop Falls Short (A step Backwards)

    As you know you are retiring the DropBox method in June so the alternative that you are offering needs to offer the same service or better. As it stands it’s a step backwards having a Maximum Limit of 50 Labels per batch!

    My system includes the weight and service in our orders CSV Batch File and we use the DropBox method so all labels are generated regardless of an order amount being above 50 but the ‘Desktop Versions’ works differently. If above 50 on the Desktop Version it displays a sidebar notification warning that the labels will not be generated!…

  10. Make Open Orders Top Menu Options a Permanent Settings Option

    On the OPEN ORDERS screen that ALL online stores and everyone uses to generate labels - you can remove/add options using the colomn bar at the top of the top using the COG symbol - THESE SETTINGS SHOULD BE MADE PERMANENT OPTIONS in the Click and Drop System - So you can choose to have Store Postage Method as a Permanent Selection on your account, or NOT have Country as a Permanent Selection on your account.   11. Why do I need"name" and billing address when paying for postage?

    I'm a small business and having to enter my own name and address every time I want to pay for postage (with PayPal) is a new step - there is no option to autofill this, or to set it as a default in my "account details"
    It's a new step and suddenly become "necessary"

    This information is needed due to new external data requirements, therefore if we do not request it your payments may fail. We understand entering this for every payment can be time consuming, which is why we let users save this information on their trading names. This way we can fill in the information for you.

    If you go into Settings>Trading names you will see billing name fields and a billing address dropdown where you can select which address you want to use for all payments from that trading name. If you have more than one trading name set up, you will need to do this for all of them. If you are not an administrator on your account, please contact your administrator and ask them to set up the billing details.

  12. Delete cache upon exit

    We are sick to death with your site needing us to always delete browser cache to see current manifested orders. This is an ongoing problem and I refuse to keep doing this and messing up my browser! Fix it

    Grid data is cached but only for 30 seconds, so a browser refresh or 30s wait should enable you to see any new orders. You should not have to clear your browser cache.

    It is possible you may have some filters applied to your grid that are hiding the new orders. If this is the case you should see a Clear filters button with a funnel icon on the top right of the manifested orders grid, click this if you want to quickly remove all filters.

  13. Edit Shipping Address stopped working!!

    The link next to the address to edit the delivery address,email & phone number has stopped working. Doesn't work in Firefox, Edge or Chrome. I have done all the usual like clear cookies etc, logged out, cleared history etc. Was working this morning then just stopped!

  14. Exporting as XLS

    Up until this week when exporting the manifested orders as an XLS sheet ONLY the columns that I have as viewable within Click & Drop have exported.

    Since your current update, even though I only have the columns showing on the screen that I want to see in the XLS, when I export the data it is exporting ALL the data columns not just the things that I want.

    It is a pointless exercise being able to select which data is visible if the export does something totally different.

    Please rectify this asap

  16. Bug: order screen - a long product name isnt truncated and expands over customs code and qty box

    Bug: on the order screen [once clicked into an order]

    If a product has a long product name this now isnt truncated and expands over customs code and qty box meaning when singular applying lables is really hard as we cant see the order info like qty , unit price etc

  17. Bug: Reports / Manifested orders "Tracking status" filter out "Delivered" not working

    Im trying to find a list of orders outstanding delivery.

    Usually you can go in -
    Reports / Manifested orders

    Filter column "Tracking status"

    Filter out value selected above "Delivered"

    But its not working - Delivered is still showing in the column after applying the filter

    Doesn't look like the tracking status column is allowing filtering on the Reports / Manifested orders page

    Anyone else able to confirm the same

  18. Create batch based on labels generated not postage applied

    Previously If we select 20 orders and generate labels then new batch is created for these 20 orders but now every postage applied will create a new batch. This has made us very difficult to manifest. We manifest based on weight. If we want to manifest 0-100 grams orders we won't know which orders are on which batch. Can somebody suggest if I am missing something here?

    You can manually create a new batch prior to generating your labels - using the filtering function on the open orders grid might help you identify the orders with the correct weight (the filters can be displayed by clicking on the package format row heading). Once you have filtered on weight/package format, select all applicable orders, click on the three dots next to the order number and click create batch. Following that, you should be able to generate labels and manifest the new batch containing all the orders you selected.

  19. Show the SafePlace for each order / delivery and allow bulk SafePlace assignment

    There is no easy way to see the SafePlace for an order or delivery. You have to click "re-apply" postage for each delivery to see the current SafePlace. Also, you can't add SafePlace in bulk, which is really time-consuming.

    A quick button that dispatches select or all orders on the Payment Summary page instead of having to click Back to Orders to do so.

    You should be able to automatically mark your orders as despatched by going into Settings -> Miscellaneous and ticking the Mark order as despatched when label is generated checkbox.
