This would be a lifesaver for so many people if this was added. I myself am also thinking of leaving wix because of this issue and moving over to shopify.

When you have over 100's of orders a week it is to time consuming to sit there and book label 1 by 1 and fill every single detail in.

Hope this gets resolved ASAP

As recommended by C&D Admin, I contacted Wix last week to bug them, the representative said they were aware of the request from Royal Mail and would add my request to the list. They claimed the more people that call and request, the faster they'll get around to it, but couldn't give a timeline. Disappointing response, but seeing as we're at the mercy of Wix developers, calling and bugging them is the only thing we can do.

Spoke to them today also.
He hadn't even heard of Royal Mail :( He did say he would ask the engineering to send an update - but I don't think thats really going to happen.
I asked them to set up a 'vote feature' for it at least...

I've spoken to Wix on numerous occasions about this and they don't seem to have a clue about this integration which is very confusing.

Tempted to switch to shopify at this point because even exporting the order spreadsheet from wix (as per a previous comments suggestions) and uploading it to RM isn't good enough.

Also contacted Wix about this, they said they don't have a time frame as to when this is going to be launched properly. They did acknowledge this is something they are working on though, which is unlike what they have said to other people about them not even knowing about it.

At the moment we don't find this a big issue for ourselves. We sell around 50/60 orders a day through Wix. All you have to do is export the orders from Wix directly to a CSV file then upload this to Click and Drop directly. Only takes around a minute and once you've mapped all fields from the Wix CSV to Click and Drop you won't need to do this again. Really saves time having to type every order in manually.

The only benefit then you'll get from integrating with Click and Drop is the tracking will automatically get added to the customer order (providing this is a supported feature).

What is the alternative? Manually typing the address of every single order into the royal mail website?!

I am getting ready to launch my business and I thought I was doing something wrong since I couldn't see on wix how to do this!

I have just phoned wix about this too. It seems absolutely outrageous that this isn't already connected, especially when other places like Ebay and Etsy already are! Madness!
What is anyone else doing then? Do I have to manually type in the address for every single order? That's insane!!

Im going to be leaving wix in the next month if this does not integrate soon! I send about 1000 parcels a month with RM and without integration, Shopify or someone else will be better but dont want to have to rebuild a site for a simple integration.

Might be a long wait, seeing as Wix said they did not know anything about Royal Mail click and drop when I called them. Why do you say Click & Drop integrates with Wix on your website home page?

I just got off the phone with Wix regarding this. They said that they work on a votes system for what functionality to prioritise next. Call them up and say you want this functionality and if they get enough calls they'll implement it.

Can yoy give us an update on the integration. We have been waiting along time now and would be good to get some good news.

Do you think Wix will be added to Click and Drop OBA accounts within the next few weeks please?

I called Wix today, they say they know nothing about Royal Mail click and drop and your request to integrate. Please can you advise, many, many click and drop and wix customers want this ASAP.

Serves me right for assuming that such a big company would offer this service. More pressure needed on Wix to respond I think.
