Actually we could also do with an opposite option too - sometimes I have to post two parcels to the same address if the weight is too high. Would be nice to be able to easily produce another shipment label at a different weight without having to "create" one separately.

As I send many orders every day, it is very hard to track the ones that go to same address and could be combined. Could Click & Drop at least somehow flag orders with the same address so I could at least combine them manually rather than sending 3 items in 3 separate envelopes? This is an urgent issue as it costs me more to send everything separately.
It would be great if orders going to the same address could be combined by default, but I understand that ebay and amazon may not accept same tracking number on several different orders so above mentioned solution would help until permanent solution to automatically combine orders is found.

@Click ad Drop Team, please include this feature. Manually combining 3 separate orders with multiple items for each is a huge time sink. And this feature will make it easier.

The ability to merge orders to send as a single shipment, or split orders to send as multiple shipments, is currently being looked into.

I often have to combine orders as eBay customers regularly place multiple orders within a short period of time which can usually be sent together. Currently it's a hassle setting up a combined order. Likewise splitting orders will be just as convenient

According to the Click & Drop technical support response on the 15th August 2015, this was supposed to be a feature they were adding later this year. I agree, this is definitely needed. We, on average have to delete orders for the same address every day in order to combine the weights. But, this means we loose the trace ability of sending those items. Why not just either automatically detect if the same address is in new orders and offer this as a çombine'option or allow the user to multi select order and under the actions, have combine postage?

Agreed, we need this. For instance we send large letter mailing bags and if a customer orders separtly two items they are better separate for us but three should be small parcel

Yes, this feature is essential for me too , Zenstores has already this feature of merging orders from same address, would be nice to have it in C&D. It could speed up a whole process of making labels a lot.

A combine orders auction would really work for us too. We often have customers on ebay buying products on separate orders.

Definately one combined order for the same customer would be helpful and save deleting extra orders

Is this feature available now? It would be certainly useful if the system can auto detect orders going to the same address, and then allow for combining.

Can the orders that come in from different platforms, Amazon, eBay ect be shown billed separately on the invoice?

Please can you allow orders that you import for the same Buyer / Address to be marked as combined when required so that you update eBay or Amazon that both orders have been posted? Thank you

Thank you for the suggestion, this suggestion is on our plan for delivering later this year to allow orders for the same address to be combined into a single label regardless of the marketplace it has been ordered from.

Some ebay customers take a "buy one, pay one" attitude to ordering so I have 4 items that could be posted in one parcel to the same address, but because of the way they have ordered I have 4 orders in C&D. I then have to delete 3 and adjust the weight of the 4th.
