Update the system to show Tracked 24 and 48 items can be dropped off at post office
I understand dropping off Tracked 24 and 48 items at a post office was not allowed until relatively recently.
The 'https://www.royalmail.com/sending/uk/tracked-24' page clearly states 'Alternatively, you can choose to print and apply your own label and drop your Tracked 24 items off at a Post Office or at a Parcel Postbox near you.'
However in several places, the web site and click and drop instructions have not been updated to reflect this.
For example, the 'https://send.royalmail.com/' page has a graphic for the 'Print at home' option which suggests 'Take your item to a Post Office' but has a footnote which states 'If you’re not using our Tracked 24 or 48 service'
In addition the A4 'print at home' label for a Tracked 24 item clearly states 'Do not take this label to a Post Office'.

YES! This is absolutely ridiculous. You go onto the Royal Mail website to find out how much a parcel will cost to send, walk all the way to the post office, and they tell you they do not offer tracked delivery.
This is not clear in any way on Royal Mail's website. I do not care if Royal Mail and the Post Office are separate companies, you provide a service and you should be working together. By the way, this particular post office have sent tracked 48 returns before, so it is not true that they cannot offer this service.

My local post office still does not accept 24/48 hour tracked items - their systems are unable to scan the barcode. We still have to take items to the nearest depot to be posted, so not all post offices accept these services.

I don't understand why this misleading information has not yet been corrected.

Using click & drop today (6th Feb 2023) and this following statement is still provided after paying for postage:
Drop your items straight in to a post box, providing that they're small enough, you don't require proof of postage, and you've not selected a tracked or signature service.
Take your items to a Post Office® branch, providing that you have not selected our Tracked 24 or 48 service, or Tracked 24 or 48 Age Verification services.
Take your items to a Royal Mail Customer Service Point.

This has not been done yet. A4 'print at home' label for a Tracked 24/48 item STILL clearly states 'Do not take this label to a Post Office'. Consequently I and probably many others are not using these services and are continuing to use 2nd Class Parcel instead.
