  1. Bug: Reports / Manifested orders "Tracking status" filter out "Delivered" not working

    Im trying to find a list of orders outstanding delivery.

    Usually you can go in -
    Reports / Manifested orders

    Filter column "Tracking status"

    Filter out value selected above "Delivered"

    But its not working - Delivered is still showing in the column after applying the filter

    Doesn't look like the tracking status column is allowing filtering on the Reports / Manifested orders page

    Anyone else able to confirm the same

  2. Show the SafePlace for each order / delivery and allow bulk SafePlace assignment

    There is no easy way to see the SafePlace for an order or delivery. You have to click "re-apply" postage for each delivery to see the current SafePlace. Also, you can't add SafePlace in bulk, which is really time-consuming.

  4. Clear old collections that have been collected

    I have a stockpile of old booked collections in my orders. They were collected but, for reasons known only to themselves, the postmen didn't scan them in so they remain on my account. It's just a niggle but these old orders sat there are a bug and there's nothing I can do at my end to remove them.

  5. Allow impersonating batch/orders when uploading them via Click & Drop API

    At the moment Orders/Batches submitted using API are without any user assigned. This makes it hard for users to find the batch they have created using our CRM. Tags that are allowed for items are not helpful as they are shown only in "order view" but not when viewing the Batches.

  6. Re-instate 'Product Details' into the batches page

    Since this function has been removed our order processing time has dramatically increased.

    Historically, we would batch our orders into product types, and then within the batches page, we would open that batch and it would show each product description, so we can quickly note the size or colour etc for each order.

    Since this has been removed, we either have to open each order individually, or we have to head back to the marketplace of each order and search for each one.

    Please re-instate this.

  7. Make it easier to see the postage paid on orders

    On the new Orders list, there is no option to see the postage paid. Even when you go into the order you no longer see it. It seems the only way to find out is to reprint the shipping label.

  8. Add extra items collected with my collection to the email confirmation

    Add extra items collected with my collection to the email confirmation of what has been collected, so I have proof of posting.

    I often want to send extra items with my booked collection. However, the extra items do not appear on the email confirmation of collection. This leaves me without proof of posting. The email should include booked and extra items.

  9. Search box results ordering is random ( can we have by most recent please)

    Dear Support, When using the Search box on the website to find recent orders, when I search for Stuart for example, the results are not in date or order number and show up randomly. Can the results be listed in most-recent order/date please?

  10. Bug: Editing Customer or Product Details Not Reflected In Saved Products & Address Book Entries

    When you edit the customer address / product details during create an order, if you delete a line of text, it shows correctly on screen. However, the printed label (and entry in the address book) has the original line of text rather than the blank field.

    The only way around this is to edit the address / product data in the address book / product list before creating a new order.

    This needs correcting, as I often end up having to request a refund for labels because of this.

  12. Allow Changing Orders From Despatched to Label Generated

    If a user has accidentally moved an order to Despatched, you can no longer book a collection for it.

    We batch our collections and purchase these at the end of each day, but if another user has accidentally marked a label as dispatched we cannot add it to the collection for the following day. This means we have to dispatch it using the RM website and as these accounts are not linked, we cannot track this on C&D.

  13. Show Username in Dashboard and Header

    Can you please look into having the username clearly visible on the Dashboard of the Click and Drop Accounts. As a large Mailing House and since the swtich off of STL/SD1/T24 etc on OBA, we now have access to 12 C&D accounts, all with different end billing account numbers. This number is growing each week. We really need the username/account name to be visble somewhere on the Dashboard as we are alwasy swapping bewtween these accounts and it is very easy to genrate an order on the wrong account. It has already happended and we now have to go through…

  14. CN22 for BFPO

    All BFPO require a CN22. Also in order to get the correct postage customers need to use the BF1 Postcode rather than the BFPO. BF1 and BFPO are classed as UK addresses, All BF1 postcodes and BFPO should automatically generate a CN22 like overseas addresses do.

  15. Retain Weight as Imported when Applying Postage in Bulk

    There is no way at all to bulk assign postage and retain the weight specified by Shopify for each order.

    I would love it if we could simply select all our orders of any one package format, go to Apply Postage and for there to be a tick box that enables it so all the weights already assigned to the orders are used, instead of inputting one weight for all the parcels.

    We also need a method of assigning the weight to orders before Applying Postage for manually created orders

  16. Remove Refunded and Awaiting Refund Labels From Orders Grid

    When a postage label is awaiting despatch it can be refunded. This is done when the wrong postage is selected is wrong or the customer cancels their order. The postage label remains at status awaiting refund for a number of days however it remains in the 'orders awaiting despatch' list. You may not want to despatch this order but can accidentally do so in the period it takes for the refund to go through. Could orders awaiting refund not be visible in the 'orders awaiting despatch' list but still be searchable from the drop down lists.

  17. WooCommerce Orders Are Importing with 'Unrecognised' Country.

    When orders made via WooCommerce transfer over to Click & Drop, the county names are not displayed, and instead it shows the ISO codes provided by WooCommerce.

    This request is to have these codes mapped to the county names to enable addresses to be complete and correct to avoid undelivered orders.

  20. Edit Shipping Costs After Order is Created / Imported

    We need to be able to edit the 'Shipping Cost' for existing orders after they have been created. You allow us to edit the Products and their Prices, but not the Shipping Costs.

    When cloning orders, it is important to be able to edit the shipping costs of the cloned order.
