'Create Order & Apply Postage' Button Not Working in Beta
After manually adding address on the beta version, the "apply postage" button is saving the entry and not going to the "apply postage" page.
Have tried this on multiple browsers and the same issue exists.
Hello and thank you for your suggestion. This will be resolved in our coming feature release.
Many thanks

I noticed today that this is now fixed - thank you!

Beta version. Duplicate of the following two bugs, but posting as a new idea in case it gets more traction with Royal Mail:
How it used to work: After creating an order, clicking the "Apply Postage" button would take you to the screen where you can apply postage - weight, size, service etc.
How it now works: Now, "Apply Postage" goes back to the list of orders, and the order you've just created is hidden until you refresh the page! This is frankly stupid.
Here is a video showing what is happening:

Milly - there are two other threads for this. I'm currently trying to see how the non-Beta version works but it is *so* different that I can't find all the features I use.

I have phoned them, on two occasions several weeks apart. I had hoped, from the description, that last week's update (assuming it eventually happened) would have fixed it. They claim the developers pay more attention to what is on here than what they say.

If I could upvote this a hundred times, I would! Exactly the same issue here. I had a lengthy back and forth with Royal Mail, and they eventually admitted that this feature has been removed in the beta version:
"We have discussed this internally and this option isn't in the new BETA version moving forward."
Personally, I'd hardly consider it a "feature", it's simply common sense. If I click on a button that says "Apply Postage", then I would expect it to take me to a screen where I can, duh, apply the postage! Not back to the list of orders.
I also had problems with it not showing the just-created order when it goes back to the list of orders. I found that if you use this URL instead:
https://business.parcel.royalmail.com/orders/?forceGridRefresh=true
it will automatically refresh the list of orders. Which, again, it should do without thinking.
I really hope Royal Mail get their act together on this.

When using the beta version of the website, we have found that after putting in our reference on a new order when we click to apply postage we get taken back to the home screen. In the past, clicking apply postage would take us to the next page where we could input the weight and then print the label. Now we have to go to dashboard and edit the order to input weight.
This has only started happening recently, last two weeks, so hopefully it's an easy fix. Thanks.
