  1. Lower pick up cost to 10p

    The introduction of a 30p pick up per item seems a bit high. This will stop me from using the service and I'll go back to dropping at a Post Office, or a post box. If the cost was 10p, I'd pay, or if it was a set amount per pick-up day (say 50p) I'd pay. But 30p per item means it's cheaper to drive to a drop off ... doesn't make sense for the customer, feels profit-driven.

  2. Allow Combination of Multiple Orders into A Single Parcel

    We occassionally get Ebay customers making several separate orders, all for the same address. Obviously we combine the orders into a single parcel to save on postage and so that the customer receives the orders together. However, it is a real pain to do this in Click and Drop. Currently, we have a customer that has ordered 3 items, each as a separate order. This means I have to edit one of the 3 orders in C&D. Then I have to delete the other 2 orders. Then at the end of the day I have to remember go into Ebay…

  3. make the shipping Cost option editable on the Address details Page

    When you manually enter an order on Click and Drop there is an option for the Shipping Cost Box.
    After an order is entered there is no option to enter a cost in this box.
    I propose The Shipping Cost should be available to edit on the Address details page.

  4. Bug: Tracked 48 orders not Showing "We've got it" in click and drop - Just "Manifested" lable

    Tracked 48 orders in the click and drop orders screen for business customers seems only to be showing "Manifested" status and not pulling through the "We've got it"

    Click and Drop - Just shows Lable Generated > Despatched > Manifested

    Royal Mail Website - Shows "We've got it"

    Click and Drop order flow is missing the "We've got it" stage before "Delivered"

    Please confirm you can replicate, and this bug will be fixed?

  5. Bug "In Transit" twice for BPL orders rather than "Delivered" + 1 hour time difference

    When tracking BPL 2nd Class Orders
    By clicking on a click and drop order and following the order progress.

    There is a duplicate "In Transit" bug

    "In Transit" is listed twice for BPL orders rather than the 2nd "In Transit" message being > "Delivered"
    Also the + timestamp is 1 hour before delivery scan

    So what is Delivered @ 11:43 - as shown on Royal Mail main tracking website
    Is showing as In Transit @ 10:43 - shown inside click and drop order/manifested

    Please confirm you can replicate, and this will be fixed?

  6. Customer (Receiver) EORI field should be added as field in the address book

    Our address book contains saved details for regular customers, covering 99% of our orders. With the upcoming Windsor Agreement, an additional field should be introduced in the address book to store customers’ EORI numbers. This would eliminate the need to manually enter the EORI each time an order is created. Instead, it should be saved within the address book and automatically populated when placing an order, ensuring a more efficient and seamless process.

  7. I think Click & Drop should pull in the tax info from eBay’s new “Tax details” section and add it to the address label.

    eBay used to include things like ABN numbers (for Australia, Norway, etc.) in the address itself, so they automatically showed up when printing with Royal Mail. Now they’ve moved that info to a separate “Tax details” section, and Click & Drop doesn’t pick it up anymore.
    It would really help if that tax number could still be added somewhere on the label, so the customer wont get charged twice.

  8. Don't chage your customers MORE for saving you time and fuel

    I think it is ridiculous to be charging 20p extra per parcel when a customer takes their parcels to a post office (which for me is a 3-minute walk to my local shop so if I am going there anyway I may as well drop my package off as well) instead of wasting Royal Mails time and fuel to come to pick them up from me at an unspecified time the next day, which adds an extra day to the delivery time, IF they actually turn up (which in the past they haven't turned up to collect).

  9. Include Delivery Date in Reports

    Hi, can you please add delivery date (i.e.the date on which item was delivered) in "reports" and "manifest orders".

    We can only see STATUS if it is delivered or not, but we are not getting delivery date. It would help us greatly. Thanks

  10. Duplicate Name identifier

    We have people, every single day that buy numerous products and check out individually every time. It's hard to find these peoples name in 1000 orders unless we really check them. It would save royal mail delivering to the same people 3/4 times if there was an alert for the same name or post code. We could then put them orders together and send in one package.

    The Click & Drop API could be significantly enhanced by including product SKUs in the order data. SKUs are essential for accurately tracking and managing inventory, as they uniquely identify each product, reducing errors and improving order reconciliation. Including SKUs would streamline inventory updates, enhance reporting and analytics, and enable seamless communication with third-party systems like ERP or CRM platforms. This addition would provide businesses with deeper insights into sales trends and product performance while ensuring faster issue resolution and more efficient operations. Adding SKUs would elevate the API’s functionality, making it an even more powerful tool for order management.

  12. create all the manefest documents needed so they can be printed in one go

    When I print the manifest, I have to print out 2 copies, one for the bag and one to be handed in. It would be helpful if the document generated contained everything I need so it can be printed in one go. Like 2 copies of uk post and 2 copies of international post, but only 1 copy of the tracking numbers.

  13. Requirements for the movement of goods from Great Britain to Northern Ireland

    I know this has been mandatory from 1st May and was optional before 1st May (which we were doing) but it is very confusing which items are optional and which compulsory for B to C parcels.

    We have all our customers addresses in the address book and then just "create order" as we just need the address label, we don't have a shop which is connected to C+D.

    What we need is it being obvious which ones need the extra info when we create the order and then which sections are mandatory. At the moment it is just not obvious…

  14. Don't require gray mailsack for 20 or less items

    I am not having my gray mail sacks delivered and have been using bin bags for a long time now. I think maybe I am low priority because I don't have much to post (sales are slow atm) it would stop me having to constantly chase up mail bags and borrowing them from the post office if I could just hand them in or post them in a letter box as they are always large letters.

  15. Highlight an order in 'New Orders' window

    It would be nice to have the ability to change the background colour or to otherwise highlight an order for an extended period of time to make it stand out.

    If we receive an order but the item is out of stock, we keep that order in 'New Orders' until such time as it can be fulfilled. This can be several weeks in some cases.

    The risk is that we may inadvertently send this item out, along with the rest of the in-stock items by mistake which alerts the customer that the item has been shipped.

    It seems that for your use case, the order tag functionality might be helpful. Tags can be added to an order at the point of order creation and then you could filter your grid so that orders with a certain tag are not displayed. For more information on this functionality, you can consult our help guide.

    Please note that we are planning on improving this feature by allowing users to add tags at any point of the user journey and we may allow for using different colour tags too.

  16. Have an easier way to complain when you have incorrectly charged us for a wrong size package.

    Twice now you have incorrectly charged us when you think a Large Letter should be a Parcel.

    The first one had a picture of a Card Backed Envelope being handed to my customer, so there was no dispute and you eventually refunded the charge.

    The second one we only found out about because the invoice was a different amount to what we expected so had to go through it line by line to find it. This one has no picture, but we have confirmation from our customer that it was a large letter which went through her letterbox.

  18. combining taking postage and collection payment together

    Right now, paying for postage and collection is done separately, which means making two payments.

    It would be great if you could streamline this by allowing customers to pay for both postage and collection in one go. This would really reduce the hassle and make things smoother.

  20. Click and Drop Orders Page Colour change on Despatched.

    Why have they today (20/5/2025) decided to change the colour box for dispatch to a pastel green (Which in sunlight look light blue)
    The old Brown Dark colour made it more obvious when checking through to check all item had been dispatch correctly.
    Just changed it without any thought. Obviously keeping some 3rd year Graphic Designer happy.
