Split and merge no, but you can clone an order that is in the new state, then adjust the contents of the original and cloned order, so that's a kind of workaround for splitting. For merging, you can edit the first order and add items to it, then delete the second order. PITA.

This basic feature should have already been implemented.

Wow I can't believe 7 years later we still don't have the ability to combine orders, so we only have 1 postage label to the same address.

If ebay & etsy can do it, why can''t Royal Mail? This is so last century :(

I sell low value items and I offer free postage. When I get multiple orders from the same person, at roughly the same time, I combine the orders and post them in one package.
Your system does not allow me to mark all the combined items as dispatched.
It's awkward to do it manually as it's not easy to translate which order is which going through my list on the marketplace and matching to my orders list on here.
I often get orders which accidentally get a late despatch alert because of this.
I want to mark as despatched, all orders in a combined postage package.

They just ignore the comments, i can't separate store to generate the order or see by store activity, shame on you click & drop team, you must listen user not only what you think is the..........

Been asking for this for a while. Really what they need to do is SCAN EVERYTHING!!!! and do what they are supposed to do....

As Helen states, we just delete the extra orders so the RM doesn't get any extra money! But it is an absolute pain to have to manually combine several orders with the customs info. for countries like USA!

Why are we still waiting for this? Is it because you think that you can get more money out of us sending the orders separately? We won't we will just delete one order and put the other through with extra weight but you are causing us extra work for no reason.

This would be a massively useful addition for us. We regularly get customers placing additional orders but we have no way of merging them in C&D.

This would especially be useful for IOSS orders now as we currently have to enter the 2nd order details manually so that the customs data is correct.

Sell on eBay and need this so much. Come on Royal Mail.
