Thank you for your suggestion. We will consider adding an option to generate CN23s for lower value orders in future development.

Split and merge no, but you can clone an order that is in the new state, then adjust the contents of the original and cloned order, so that's a kind of workaround for splitting. For merging, you can edit the first order and add items to it, then delete the second order. PITA.

Thank you for your suggestion. We are expanding the range of data we consume from our third party integrations; we will consider VOEC and other Pre Registration Schemes as a part of these changes.

I've dropped click and drop off at the post office and had collections. I've only ever needed one copy to either hand over the counter at the post office or give to the collections driver. You don't need to attach the manifest to the bags as well.

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback. We are currently working with our International partners to determine what if any phone number should be printed and where it needs to appear.

100% Required. If I receive an order for two items, 1.1kg each, which comes in at 2.2kg for an international shipment I need to split the order to 2 packages. To do this, I clone the original, giving me 2 orders. I then edit the contents of each order to reduce the qty to 1 item in each. I can then send them, however this results in 2 packages, each with the shipping value set to that of the original order which I can't edit. I need to be able to edit the shipping value by half (in my case) so that the totsl order value is split equally across the two packages. I can't do this.
