sort out integration with Google address book
C&D used to integrate fully with my Google Address book, autofilling the book when I have a new customer and populating the C&D page when I began to enter a customer name for existing customers. Now it will only pull the name from Address book when you start to type it but not address, phone email etc. Can this be rectified?

Increase log out time
Can you please increase the time before Click and Drop logs you out from 20 minutes to several hours?
We are Parcelforce customers, we were able to leave WDM on basically all day without logging out which is handy as we process ecommerce orders as they come in.

Add delivery date/time to Manifested orders report export
It is useful to export the manifested orders report in order to analyse delivery status, however it would be even more useful if the 'delivered date/time' could also be added.
This would allow us to do our own 'performance measurement', and give us insight into where we need to be adjusting our handling times and delivery expectations.1 vote -
Filter Orders by Stock Location
We print orders from two different locations, and it would be much easier to manage if we could filter orders by stock location. Adding a stock location column seems like a simple enhancement. Could this feature be considered? I believe many users would find it very useful.

Manifest API
Please could you look into returning the "OBA order #" that is displayed within click and drop via the API also when you create / get a Manifest entity, this would then allow us to then match each manifest to its docket on the invoice supplied.

Add a Quantity box in order details like the old WDM system for multiple parcels to same address
The old WDM system was simple for this, instead of having to go through the stupid way its done now and dragged out process, simply add a quantity box would be way more simple and user friendly and faster. there is to many moving parts in this system that are totally unnecessary.

Please move Tracked Returns option from Settings to the Home page
Could you please move the Tracked Returns option from Settings → Miscellaneous to the Home page?
At the moment, when a customer adds new users without administrator permissions, these users are unable to access settings and I fact they can’t access that section and therefore cannot generate return labels.
Moving Tracked Returns to the Home page would ensure all users can generate return labels regardless of their permission level.1 vote -
Provide an option to make the "Order reference" a required field
Would it be possible, please, to give the option to set the "Order reference" field as required so it cannot be left blank? This would mean that all shipments can be referenced to their corresponding delivery note, pick list, or whatever other internal reference a company uses to identify shipments sent using Click & Drop. As a bonus, you could add an editable description so that the user can add what that reference is in brackets - i.e. "Order reference (delivery note)".

Multi Parcel Consignments for international orders
Until last week we could create Multi Parcel Consignments for international orders. This has now been 'turned off' as apparently it's not a feature we were supposed to have. The only way we can create multi parcel consignments for Parcel Force since the integration is to do 1 carton at a time separately. This is totally bizarre, considering a customer would expect 1 invoice for, for example, 8 cartons. How are we supposed to create 8 different invoices and create 8 different labels separately? I could do it until last week, and now have been told categorically 'no'.

Have the ability to book ad hoc collection in a similar way to the Parcel force WDM book a collection service. To book a parcel via parcel force and then having to ring up just to book a collection is a waste of the customer service teams time and mine. A regular collection day does not work for me as my orders tend to come in batches at odd times in the month. Also sending royal mail parcels and then having to go on a completely different part of the web site and pay 30p for a collection is also…

Correct the discrepancies with invoice vs billed amounts
Since November I’ve had a discrepancy in amounts so I assume this is because the PDDP duties aren’t included on the invoices but I need them to match for accounting. I’ve emailed RM but yet to receive a response. If I go into the payments section of my portal I can see the amount is what I am actually paying but the actual invoice shows different.

Show total number of parcels on manifest
The Parcelforce manifest doesn't show the total number of parcels sent, it only shows the number of consignments. We need to know the total number of parcels the driver is taking.

Recent DDP changes have broken label retrieval for non DDP international orders
Hi,
For context, my workflow is the following: eBay and Etsy orders are retrieved via the respective integrations. Shipping services are then purchased via the website (https://business.parcel.royalmail.com/), but labels are then retrieved via the API integration, by calling "https://api.parcel.royalmail.com/api/v1/orders/<order number>/label?documentType=postageLabel&includeReturnsLabel=false&includeCN=true" with the relevant Authorization header.
Since end of last month/early September, this endpoint has been returning 400 bad request errors when calling the API, citing missing fields. However a) this issue only occurs via the API, not when generating the labels via the website and b) the fields it claims are missing aren't things that are…

import multiple boxes
Currently when we import an order we can only move one item at a time into specific packages. As each of our packages can contact 20 or 30 different lines and we could be sending 6 packages to the same address, we are a wholesaler, then this can mean possibly 180 lines to be moved one at a time currently. It would be benefical if you could move multiple lines at once so in this case we could move 30 per package at once when we have selected which ones and that could be done in 6 moves rather than…

Synchronisation planned despatch dates between shopify and click and drop
We can synchronise our website orders onto click and drop to create the shipment label. However, there seems no way for the planned despatch date to synchronise? This means we have to manually select shipments in click and drop and apply the planned despatch date. We have lots of different orders with different planned despatch dates so it would be very useful to have if possible?

US tax: form only calculates accurately for one item. Does not recalculate for multiple items
I am trying the new extended protocol for calculating US tariff charges in advance and the form does not seem to react when I add a second item to the order. Or if the order is created with multiple items. The form only displays the charge based on the cost of the first item on the list.

How to send letters to the USA?
How do I send letters to the USA using Click and Drop please? The option do to this was removed on Tuesday.
In his email dated 28th August your colleague Micheal Irwin (Director of Export) says this "If you only send personal correspondence to the USA, you are not affected by these changes“ So this is the reason for my query on letters.
I’ve had product codes added to my account for parcels but I need to send letters to the USA. I’ve been using product code DP3 previously for sending letters to the USA.
