    Please could you look into returning the "OBA order #" that is displayed within click and drop via the API also when you create / get a Manifest entity, this would then allow us to then match each manifest to its docket on the invoice supplied.

  2. Add a Quantity box in order details like the old WDM system for multiple parcels to same address

    The old WDM system was simple for this, instead of having to go through the stupid way its done now and dragged out process, simply add a quantity box would be way more simple and user friendly and faster. there is to many moving parts in this system that are totally unnecessary.

  3. Allow Merging of more than 16 items.

    I often have customers oder 30 or more items as I do live auctions. It would be great to be able to merge more than 16 at once.

  4. Please move Tracked Returns option from Settings to the Home page

    Could you please move the Tracked Returns option from Settings → Miscellaneous to the Home page?
    At the moment, when a customer adds new users without administrator permissions, these users are unable to access settings and I fact they can’t access that section and therefore cannot generate return labels.
    Moving Tracked Returns to the Home page would ensure all users can generate return labels regardless of their permission level.

  5. Missing 7-Day Orders Graph and Inaccurate Sales Data

    Royal Mail previously showed a simple 7-day graph in Click & Drop, clearly displaying how many orders were received each day, which was very useful. The new update looks more advanced, but this feature seems to have been removed.

    The new sales graph that appears when hovering over each day is also inaccurate. It shows very low order numbers, sometimes around 10 or less, whereas we actually receive hundreds of orders on those days.

    Currently, there is no clear way to see how many orders are received per day or the total over a week. While the data may exist…

  6. Parcel Force manifest has no breakdown of customer name or number of cartons, only consignments

    Old WDM parcel force manifest used to clearly show the customer name and number of cartons, not just the number of consignments. Not knowing the number of cartons and blindly giving our boxes to the driver which just shows the number of consignments is clearly not workable. We used to have it, and we need it.

  7. Simplify the option to ship multiple boxes in an order

    Why not have an option at the point of entering box weight to say how many boxes you are sending as part of the order, instead of having to go out into a separate page? We often ship up to 30 boxes for one order to the same address, so it would be much easier to just type "30" rather than adding a new box 30 times.

  8. Collections from other addresses

    Why is there not the same facility as the WDMO for arranging collections? A collection on the WDMO system was easy to arrange and the driver collected the item and when they arrived they had a label to attach to the item.
    Now we need to add the collection address to our own business address and email a label for the to the person the item is being collected from, this seems another step backwards

  9. Dedicated Firearms Team

    With ParcelForce there used to be a specific Firearms Team that dealt with Firearms related problems and queries, they have been disbanded this would seem to be a mistake, the requirements for shipping firearms are governed by legislation that will not be know to your normal helpdesk.

  10. Firearms collections

    The previous WDMO system would allow the collection to be booked in up to midnight the day before collection. The new system requires submission of a manifest by 1300 hours for next day collection. A paper copy of the manifest is supposed to stay with the collection and be filled out by the driver? Why when the drivers have the ability to scan the collection to the system have you gone backwards to using paper and pen?

  11. royal mail tracked delivered to wrong house major problem

    We had a customer inform us the tracking online showed the parcel was delivered to a completely different area of her street, across a road and in a cul-de-sac.
    She needed the items urgently to complete her grandsons birthday present of a Panda.
    I rang RM and got a nice chap a week ago who said the postman would go back to that address and retrieve the parcel and deliver it to the correct address. He also said i should claim for the miss delivery as is my right.

  12. Multi Parcel Consignments for international orders

    Until last week we could create Multi Parcel Consignments for international orders. This has now been 'turned off' as apparently it's not a feature we were supposed to have. The only way we can create multi parcel consignments for Parcel Force since the integration is to do 1 carton at a time separately. This is totally bizarre, considering a customer would expect 1 invoice for, for example, 8 cartons. How are we supposed to create 8 different invoices and create 8 different labels separately? I could do it until last week, and now have been told categorically 'no'.

    Have the ability to book ad hoc collection in a similar way to the Parcel force WDM book a collection service. To book a parcel via parcel force and then having to ring up just to book a collection is a waste of the customer service teams time and mine. A regular collection day does not work for me as my orders tend to come in batches at odd times in the month.   14. printing on 4 per page, A4 label sheets

    Printing labels and CH22's on 4 per page, A4 label sheets from PDF's used to work fine. Now the placing of the labels on the page overlaps the label joins.
    This is the same for 4 per page with and without border sheets.
    Please check and adjust the label positioning to corectly print within the label boundaries

  15. Multi Parcel Consignment takes longer than WDM system

    It seems that some of the basic IT functionalities have slipped with the new system, and it’s starting to impact our workflow. For example, when creating a Multi Parcel shipment via manual entry, the process has become much more time-consuming. The system no longer captures default settings like service type, parcel size, or whether a signature is required, which were all part of the previous system and helped streamline our operations.

  16. Correct the discrepancies with invoice vs billed amounts

    Since November I’ve had a discrepancy in amounts so I assume this is because the PDDP duties aren’t included on the invoices but I need them to match for accounting. I’ve emailed RM but yet to receive a response. If I go into the payments section of my portal I can see the amount is what I am actually paying but the actual invoice shows different.

  18. API - what is the minimal data to post to generate a label?

    I can successfully generate an order using the Click&Drop API. But for the label generation, I think that I need to also specify the shipping method.

    However, each time I post a new order with the field postage_details and add a carrierName, then I get a 400 Bad Request.

    The downloaded specification does include:

  20. Order status slow updates on ebay since the new click and drop dashboard

    Orders marked as dispatched are taking longer than they use to on ebay sometimes over a hour.
    Before it was not very quick but its even worse now
    I have called up and was told this is how it is but it needs to update quicker
