Filter Orders by Stock Location
We print orders from two different locations, and it would be much easier to manage if we could filter orders by stock location. Adding a stock location column seems like a simple enhancement. Could this feature be considered? I believe many users would find it very useful.

Do not hold Tracked 48 parcels for 24 hours before scanning
As well as Royal Mail and Parcelforce parcels not being scanned at point of collection like other carriers manage to do, we also have the problem that all our Tracked 48 parcels are not scanned when they are received at our local hub. We are reliably informed that their standard practice is that because they are Tracked 48, they are left for 24 hours before being processed and scanned for the very first time. Create csv templates for order imports [My friends, I need your help]
As with the WDMA software, order imports are genuinely upsetting to use.
Some poor users (such as myself) are forced to navigate the byzantine system of order imports as integrations with stores from outside the UK are prohibited (why also).
I have a simple and - I think - elegant way to help: two csv templates.
Instead of providing the user with endless documentation on how she likely won't get the thing to work, why not provide a couple of a csv templates (domestic & international) for imports? An easy way for both the user and the system to know…

new address book interface
As a neuro diverse person, i find change very hard. So to be faced with a new interface for adding and changing addresses in the address book without being warned was difficult.
A note on the login page (where you say new features are coming but not that this had been done) would have been very useful.
Or perhaps you should have had it as Beta, like other pages, so we can choose to go back if we wish.
I decided to really check it out before saying i didn't like it, i like to be fair.

An update will be made to the address book page so that the ''Add new address'' button is returned to the sticky header. This page will be updated once the change is live.
Regarding the reference being clickable: this is no longer a link due to accessibility adjustments, but you can still edit the entries by simply clicking anywhere else inside that row. So you do not necessarily have to click on the three dot menu, but you could click inside the Customer address, Shipping address or Billing address columns instead and this will open a tab to edit the address book entry. Hopefully this will make editing your address book entries a bit easier!

remove notify customer
Have the ability to automatically deselect "Provide SMS notification to the recipient" and "Provide email notification to the recipient" at the bottom of the booking page. It is annoying having to deselect these two boxes on every booking.

Allow WooCommerce Customer Order Status to Sync.
Please allow custom order statuses to sync to click & drop, not just "Processing" orders.
Lot's of WooCommerce users use custom order statuses to manage orders, having only the "Processing" orders sync, leaves us to manually enter a large chunk of orders.
An extra field in the settings page where you can write the slug of the extra order statuses would fix the issue, and allow us to continue using Click & Drop.

BUG: Can't make payment, can't buy labels for past 3 days
I reported this previously, but it's now the 3rd day and I still can't use C&D and purchase labels. It doesn't matter what browser I use, when I am ready to pay and click the "Pay with debit or credit card" button, it just turns pale as if its processing it, but doesn't proceed to complete the task.
I have orders to process and can't use ther service at all. I've tried in Chrome, Firefox - none of it works.1 vote -
Provide an option to make the "Order reference" a required field
Would it be possible, please, to give the option to set the "Order reference" field as required so it cannot be left blank? This would mean that all shipments can be referenced to their corresponding delivery note, pick list, or whatever other internal reference a company uses to identify shipments sent using Click & Drop. As a bonus, you could add an editable description so that the user can add what that reference is in brackets - i.e. "Order reference (delivery note)".

Add Large Letters for USA
Now we can only send orders to the USA as Small Parcels!
This is costly, wastes excessive packaging for small items and not at all Eco Friendly. Not business friendly.
It's unbelievable that it's an option for over the counter customers but not for OBA customers3 votes -
how to work out which parcel you are overcharging me on
4 times in the last year you have put a surcharge on my invoices. 3 for sending a parcel as a large letter and one for an unreadable bar code.
All bar codes are readable when the are put in the mail sack. Something in your system must have messed the label up, why should we be "fined" for a problem in your system?
This goes for all 4, it is VERY difficult to work out exactly which parcel or large letter you are charging us for. We have OBA login which is supposed to help us work out which…

Products export only exports maximum 5000 rows/products. A big problem if you have tens of thousands of products requiring bulk updates
We have over 30,000 products within C&D and the quantity grows almost every week as new products come in. We have been using C&D for quite a few years now and over the years some of the data within C&D has become corrupted. For example, we have found that over the years, the original and correct item weights stored within C&D can often get overwritten by mistake with completely wrong values. These wrong values then get carried forward continuously leading to a number of surcharges in the form of "Admin Charge for underdeclared or mis-declared " packages. These surcharges have…

USA letters
I’m trying to create a label for a letter to send to the USA using code DP3 and I’m getting the following error:
"Error applying postage. Errors for order 63448: Customs Duty Cost (DDP/DTP) is not supported by the selected service to this destination”

PDDP parcels to USA, compensation on MPR
Instead of using MP7 for parcels to USA, I now have to use MPR in order to be able to pre-pay the USA Tariff. However, the compensation level on this is only £50, when on MP7 it was £150 I believe? Why is this?
The reason I am asking here is because communication with RM is virtually impossible. Phone calls take hours to be answered and emails more than a week, if you receive any response at all.

Show total number of parcels on manifest
The Parcelforce manifest doesn't show the total number of parcels sent, it only shows the number of consignments. We need to know the total number of parcels the driver is taking.

Recent DDP changes have broken label retrieval for non DDP international orders

For context, my workflow is the following: eBay and Etsy orders are retrieved via the respective integrations. Shipping services are then purchased via the website (https://business.parcel.royalmail.com/), but labels are then retrieved via the API integration, by calling "https://api.parcel.royalmail.com/api/v1/orders/<order number>/label?documentType=postageLabel&includeReturnsLabel=false&includeCN=true" with the relevant Authorization header.
Since end of last month/early September, this endpoint has been returning 400 bad request errors when calling the API, citing missing fields. However a) this issue only occurs via the API, not when generating the labels via the website and b) the fields it claims are missing aren't things that are…

Synchronisation planned despatch dates between shopify and click and drop
We can synchronise our website orders onto click and drop to create the shipment label. However, there seems no way for the planned despatch date to synchronise? This means we have to manually select shipments in click and drop and apply the planned despatch date. We have lots of different orders with different planned despatch dates so it would be very useful to have if possible?

Give us the option of not pre paying tariffs for US customers so they pay it themselves
Ebay do not collect US Tariffs on behalf of the seller, but then when the seller posts the item to the US, royal mail pays the tariff and charges the seller. So the seller will pay the tariffs. Lots of people use ebay so why is there no option to let the customer pay the tarrifs, we only get to use pddp. Can we have the option to use a service where the customer pays.

US tax: form only calculates accurately for one item. Does not recalculate for multiple items
I am trying the new extended protocol for calculating US tariff charges in advance and the form does not seem to react when I add a second item to the order. Or if the order is created with multiple items. The form only displays the charge based on the cost of the first item on the list.
