  1. order weight set to ZERO every order

    Give users the option to have a fresh 0 order weight for every item. I find the pre-entered order weight useless and in most cases counter productive because the system constantly tries to default to an incorrect weight. I'd rather have a fresh blank field to enter every time I send an item. Please give us an option in the settings to opt out of the pre-entered memory order weight.

  2. fix the problem of not being able to delete unwanted orders

    I have been unable to delete unwanted orders now for several weeks, is this due to be fixed? my orders page is getting very cluttered with unwanted orders making it difficult to find the orders I do want

  3. Filter orders to print alphabetically

    The ability to select the order labels are printed out, based on a variety of factors - eg. name (surname or first name), date, Uk/international.

    I process a large amount of orders and line parcels up alphabetically before applying postage labels. If there was an option to print labels out by name this would save a lot of time. I believe the only way they print out currently is by order date.

  5. Bug - Notification uses sender email instead of recipient email

    When generating an order with Click & Drop API, email notification goes to sender email address, not recipient email address. Can clearly see in our request we are sending the correct information.

  6. Import all Unshipped Orders from Amazon for Subscribe and Save Issue

    Currently orders are only imported if they were logged on Amazon within the last 7 days. So Subscribe and Save orders often don't pull through and have to be handled manually. This is becoming a big problem with Amazon's recent developments to open this up for merchant-fulfilled orders.
    This service should ideally just pull through ANY orders in unshipped status. Does there have to be a date attached to complicate things?

  8. Fix issue requiring labels to be regenerated

    For a couple of months now labels haven't been generated after payment has been made. I have to return to the dashboard, seelect the transaction from the "Awaiting Dispatch" transactions, and the regenerate the label with custom positioning. Is this a known problem, or am I doing something wrong?

  9. Add a 'Label Created By' Column to the Order Dashboard

    We would like to suggest adding a column to the Royal Mail order dashboard that shows which user generated each shipping label.

    This would be a valuable tool for handling post-shipment enquiries, as it would allow us to quickly identify and redirect any issues back to the individual who originally processed the shipment. It would improve accountability, save time, and enhance internal communication — particularly helpful when managing customer follow-ups. This feature would make a meaningful difference to operational efficiency.

  10. Fix click & drop desktop wrong label bug

    Nightmare bug today

    I uploaded 6 batches - 23 orders in total today at 15:06pm
    Click & Drop Destop downloaded all the orders into the Labels/Watch folder as usual with the correct filename(Order reference) e. 308150.pdf, 308151.pdf etc

    But when I opened each pdf they had a different customers label in the pdf.
    It turned out that all the pdfs in each batch contained the same label from one of the customers.

    That explains why I only had 6 correct labels out of 23 orders uploaded in 6 batches.

    The csv Results and Processed files all look fine.

  11. Shopify Exchange Orders not Downloaded

    When you create Exchanges in Shopify, it updates the original order, but as this order has already been sent, C&D won't download it again. This means that for every exchange that we do, we have to enter the details manually. C&D needs to recognise exchanges and download the order again please.

  12. Requirements for the movement of goods from Great Britain to Northern Ireland

    I know this has been mandatory from 1st May and was optional before 1st May (which we were doing) but it is very confusing which items are optional and which compulsory for B to C parcels.

    We have all our customers addresses in the address book and then just "create order" as we just need the address label, we don't have a shop which is connected to C+D.

    What we need is it being obvious which ones need the extra info when we create the order and then which sections are mandatory. At the moment it is just not obvious…

  13. Don't require gray mailsack for 20 or less items

    I am not having my gray mail sacks delivered and have been using bin bags for a long time now. I think maybe I am low priority because I don't have much to post (sales are slow atm) it would stop me having to constantly chase up mail bags and borrowing them from the post office if I could just hand them in or post them in a letter box as they are always large letters.

  14. Highlight an order in 'New Orders' window

    It would be nice to have the ability to change the background colour or to otherwise highlight an order for an extended period of time to make it stand out.

    If we receive an order but the item is out of stock, we keep that order in 'New Orders' until such time as it can be fulfilled. This can be several weeks in some cases.

    The risk is that we may inadvertently send this item out, along with the rest of the in-stock items by mistake which alerts the customer that the item has been shipped.

    It seems that for your use case, the order tag functionality might be helpful. Tags can be added to an order at the point of order creation and then you could filter your grid so that orders with a certain tag are not displayed. For more information on this functionality, you can consult our help guide.

    Please note that we are planning on improving this feature by allowing users to add tags at any point of the user journey and we may allow for using different colour tags too.

  15. Have an easier way to complain when you have incorrectly charged us for a wrong size package.

    Twice now you have incorrectly charged us when you think a Large Letter should be a Parcel.

    The first one had a picture of a Card Backed Envelope being handed to my customer, so there was no dispute and you eventually refunded the charge.

    The second one we only found out about because the invoice was a different amount to what we expected so had to go through it line by line to find it. This one has no picture, but we have confirmation from our customer that it was a large letter which went through her letterbox.

  17. Click and Drop Orders Page Colour change on Despatched.

    Why have they today (20/5/2025) decided to change the colour box for dispatch to a pastel green (Which in sunlight look light blue)
    The old Brown Dark colour made it more obvious when checking through to check all item had been dispatch correctly.
    Just changed it without any thought. Obviously keeping some 3rd year Graphic Designer happy.

  18. Address Book - Create Order

    Is it possible to add function to bulk send orders from the address book. At the moment all you can do is bulk delete. We send out a monthly subscription, the addresses are contained in the address book. It would be great to select all the subscribers address in bulk and generate their shipping labels in one go.

    Also i think there is a small bug with the address book. The very first a create order it does not work on first opening the address book, selecting a customer, on pressing create an order this does not work ie it…

  19. Bug: Tracked 48 orders not Showing "We've got it" in click and drop - Just "Manifested" lable

    Tracked 48 orders in the click and drop orders screen for business customers seems only to be showing "Manifested" status and not pulling through the "We've got it"

    Click and Drop - Just shows Lable Generated > Despatched > Manifested

    Royal Mail Website - Shows "We've got it"

    Click and Drop order flow is missing the "We've got it" stage before "Delivered"

    Please confirm you can replicate, and this bug will be fixed?

  20. Bug "In Transit" twice for BPL orders rather than "Delivered" + 1 hour time difference

    When tracking BPL 2nd Class Orders
    By clicking on a click and drop order and following the order progress.

    There is a duplicate "In Transit" bug

    "In Transit" is listed twice for BPL orders rather than the 2nd "In Transit" message being > "Delivered"
    Also the + timestamp is 1 hour before delivery scan

    So what is Delivered @ 11:43 - as shown on Royal Mail main tracking website
    Is showing as In Transit @ 10:43 - shown inside click and drop order/manifested

    Please confirm you can replicate, and this will be fixed?
