  1. change the flow when postage is applied to multiple orders.

    When applying postage to more than one orders it takes you to the batches/batch details page. Once postage is applied please just have it go straight back to orders like it does when applying postage to a single order.

  2. add Shipping Service to Despatch note

    It would be great for us to have the name of the shipping service for the order added to the despatch note under the barcode.

    This means when we take the label off the integrated sticker paper and stick it on the parcel we can check that the service on the thermal label matches the order. We use this with the Scan and print function.

    We are an online jewellery store and the despatch notes on C&D help unify all our selling platforms. I.E NOTHS, SHOPIFY, WOOCOMMERCE

  3. Print the Customer's Name on Returns Label

    Allow the customer's name to be displayed on Returns labels. At the moment we have to cross reference their address on another system. It only shows their returns address, not the customer name.

  4. Re-instate 'Product Details' into the batches page

    Since this function has been removed our order processing time has dramatically increased.

    Historically, we would batch our orders into product types, and then within the batches page, we would open that batch and it would show each product description, so we can quickly note the size or colour etc for each order.

    Since this has been removed, we either have to open each order individually, or we have to head back to the marketplace of each order and search for each one.

    Please re-instate this.

  5. Incorrect tax calculations for international orders via Shopify and Click&Drop integration

    We've identified inaccuracies in tax calculations for international orders within the Royal Click and Drop system. Despite our Shopify platform accurately pricing and taxing orders, an additional tax amount is being erroneously added when processed through Royal Mail Click and Drop, resulting in incorrect totals.

    To illustrate this issue, please see the following order example:

    1. Within our international Shopify order, item prices are clearly displayed, with the subtotal in EURO inclusive of tax at €17.99. The total order value is €102.80, equivalent to approximately £87.82 based on the current exchange rate.

  6. Access to International Heavier through click & drop

    If I want to send an International Heavier parcel I cannot do this through Click & Drop. This tends to mean I don't use this service as it is not part of the click & drop offering. As it is a Royal Mail service I do not know why it cannot be included.

  7. Allow orders to import from WooCommerce with status' other than "Processing"

    Please allow order to be imported from WooCommerce integration with order status' other than "Processing".

    As with many stores we take Pre-Orders and Back-Orders for out of stock items, we use custom order status' and the "On hold" status to separate these from newly created "Processing" orders.

    We then can't have these import into Click & Drop properly and have to make them manually as Click & Drop can't see anything other than "Processing".

    Please create an extra field in the settings page where we could write in the extra status' we want to import. Or have the plugin scan…

  8. Urgently Stop Allowing Free Unauthorised Tracked Returns

    Click & Drop allows the public to send anything back using our Tracking numbers for free at any time for any reason and we are not told.

    I discovered this when I was billed for a Return to Sender label but I don't have Tracked return labels set up in my OBA account.

  10. Order checkboxes not de-selecting

    When multiple orders are selected to generate labels they then move to the 'Orders ready for despatch' section. When you view that section the checkboxes for those orders are sill selected. As I have discovered, when you go to delete a single order from the three dot menu within the order, any other orders with checkboxes still selected are also deleted. This is a major flaw and does not happen in the old interface.

  11. Allow order numbers to be copied on the new click and drop interface

    In the new click and drop interface you are unable to copy the cutsomers order number. There are instances where when applying the postage you need to double check something back on the channel interface, and doing a search on the order number is the easiest way to find a customers reord. Functionality was available on the old style page was available and disappeared from the new one.... very frustrating and time wasting for users!

  12. Train the helpdesk staff

    I'm not contacting the helpdesk with basic queries. Unfortunately that's all they can handle though as anything more than this renders the helpdesk useless.

    The staff are dismissive, rude and do not know how C&D works.

    There's long wait times on the phone, days wait for email replies. My guess would be that no one is getting queries answered properly and it's taking a number of tries to get any resolution.

    Train your people Royal Mail so we don't have to suffer this frustration.

  13. Make it possible to copy a tracking number

    If you are not using TikTok integration you have to manually add the tracking nuber to each order. The problem is you cannot copy the tracking number because its a hyperlink, so you have to either go into each order to get the tracking or click the hyperlink. Th eproblem with this is is takes you to the Track and Trace site and perform the track and trace function automatically. This will have a negative impact on the track and trace site.   14. At login have an option to stay logged in

    I use the Click & Drop system integrated to my eBay account.
    Orders come in through the day and I find I am entering the login details 10 or 12 times in that day.
    Most annoying and frustrating waste of time.

  15. Allow impersonating batch/orders when uploading them via Click & Drop API

    At the moment Orders/Batches submitted using API are without any user assigned. This makes it hard for users to find the batch they have created using our CRM. Tags that are allowed for items are not helpful as they are shown only in "order view" but not when viewing the Batches.

    allow users to sort 'product detail'. I was hoping this would be in an updated version. Its what everyone wants and would make 300 orders per day easier to process. Usually it takes 1.5hours but this new version has increased it to over 2 hours as you have to hover over the order when they have ordered more than 1 item to see what they have ordered, whereas before i can see the 3-4 items they had ordered just from looking at the screen.

  17. apply postage within a batch without going back to main page every time!

    Currently, in the old (better) C&D system, you can group together a bunch of orders as a batch, go into that batch and individually add postage without leaving that batches page. Now trying the Beta as it's being switched over permanently at the end of the month and when I press 'Apply' after selecting postage & filling in customs info etc for an order, it takes me back to the main orders page instead of just applying and closing that line so I can continue through the batch. I have to click back into 'Batches', 'Apply Postage' for the batch…

    Please bring back Scroll Position memory when the order page is refreshed. It saved countless time during the day and reduced mistakes. When the order page is refreshed it now sends you back to the top of the page, its very frustrating, please change it back.

    I have just made a 1-line user feedback on how C&D works. To do that I had to register my email address, confirm the email link, set a new password and then log in. I am surprised I went through with it all. I'm sure there are a large number of people who got put off and stop trying to give you the feedbcack, as I would be myself most of the time.     That must be the most common thing to do at this stage, but now you have to work out what's the least inconvenient indirect way to get back there.
