  1. Use the correct address formatting for the destination country.

    International addresses are currently printed using the UK format, however R.M. advise using the correct format for the destination for the destination country, especially (at the moment) with regards to Spain. Under the International Incidents bulletin (Spain), quote: "It’s particularly important to provide the Spanish address in the correct format ...". I would, but I can't when using C&D!!

    I created software to do just that for my own labels before I started using C&D, so it's not difficult and surprising that a major postal company doesn't even do it themselves, at the same time as advising others to do…

  2. Apply the reference used on C+D to the Royal Mail invoice

    The reference needs to appear on the invoice instead of just"click and drop" so we can track which orders are for which job. We are a mailing house with many C+D customers we post on behalf of, and we are having a nightmare tying all the invoice lines to each individual job

  3. shipping rules package sizes

    When customers order multiple items with different package sizes the shipping rules default to the smaller item size. Surely it should default to the larger one?

  5. Future dating batches broken

    Since the new update you cannot future date batches, you have to reset the postage that is applied and set the future date when you manually reapply it.

    I have my click n drop set up to automatically apply the postage to my items based on stored weight and size, before the update you could future date these batches of orders Now you have to reset the postage to future date it.

    what is the point of automatically applying postage if you cannot future date it, this update is a step back not forward please fix this issue its adding…

    At the moment, you can only future date orders when manually applying postage. If you have shipping rules applying postage to your orders, you will need to reset them back to 'New' state, or reapply postage in order to apply a future despatch date. 

    This functionality was not changed with the implementation of the new Batches page.

  6. B2B Shipping - outside IOSS

    When sending items to a VAT registered business in the EU even if they are below the IOSS threshold, there is no way of easily stopping the IOSS number being added.

    A simple tick box would be ideal to disapply IOSS to the order - even better if I could enter the EORI number of the recipient business.

    Currently the only way I have found is by creating another sender profile which does not have IOSS linked to it.

    You can remove the IOSS number applied to an order you have created during Apply Postage. 


    For orders imported from certain marketplaces where they have used IOSS and captured import tax, IOSS will always be used when a supporting service is chosen in Click & Drop; this is a requirement of those marketplaces.

    You can 'delete' orders imported via spreadsheet using the 'Undo import' function. Navigate to Orders / Import and clicking the 'Orders import history' button to the top right of the data-grid. Then, selecting the appropriate batch, use the 'Undo Import' function.

  8. If an order has a tracking number the system should mark it as Despatched

    The system should have the logic to automate this.

  10. Tracking status column under dispatched stopped working

    Tracking status column on Reports / Manifested orders and Orders/Order Overview/Manifested orders stopped reporting about July 2023 - It is blank on all since then!

    Please ensure you have the tracking status column enabled in either 'Manifested orders' or 'Manifested orders report' to see the current tracking status. If you are still encountering problems seeing the tracking status of despatched / manifested shipments, please contact the help desk. 

  11. Inconsistent payment verification requests

    When sending 1st and 2nd class the payments usually go through without going bank verification, but when a tracked 24 or 48 item is added to the order every time I have to verify the transaction.

    Its only a small thing but it puts me off using these services as it takes up more time to process orders.

  12. Add Ability to Manually Trigger Order Import From Magento

    When it's close to post collection time, and we get a new order in Magento, no matter how many times I refresh the click and drop screen, or if I log out and back in the order does not appear quickly enough. I assume it auto updates at set times in the background - a manual refresh option would be really helpful

  13. Labels are printed to an Avery sticky label - why can we not just copy and paste the label from the screen

    You present the documents on the screen and the label in in a 4 x 6 label size. to get that label to the envelope it is necessary to print the sheet.Waste of paper and carbon footprint. Why canwe not just select the label and copy and paste it to the label. We then save time and paper!

  15. Prevent Labels Being Purchased if Collections are Unavailable

    You will happily take payment for postage whilst advertising that collection is available. Then, when you go to book the collection, "Sorry, collections cannot be arranged right now. This service will be available again shortly, so please try again later.". This has happened a few times - possibly it is unscheduled/unannounced maintenace at the worst possible time which is just before the midnight cutoff. Or possibly the webservice is down from time to time. Either way, you must not advertise collection service on the payment processing page when the API is down.   16. Work with Amazon to allow OBA users to send standard letters on their accounts

    Amazon are making sellers pay for standard 1st & 2nd Class letters directly on Amazon otherwise it goes against our VTR Rates, which means we are not able to use our OBA Accounts and therefore paying more for standard letters with some sellers not meeting the yearly spend with Royal Mail and losing their free business collections.

  17. Add an option to Automatically upload ref numbers to online market places

    Add an option to automatically upload the ref number above the QR Code from standard untracked services to marketplaces such as etsy and ebay.

    For example Etsy require a tracking/ ref number to meet the star seller. The ref number above the QR Code on standard 1st and 2nd Class letters are satisfactory but currently we are having to manually add these numbers to etsy otherwise we are penalised for not adding the number.

    Hello, thank you for your suggestion. We already offer the ability to upload these numbers to Etsy, please ensure you have 'Upload delivery confirmation to channel' enabled in your integration settings. Please note that not all of these numbers are valid for the requirements of Etsy, eBay, Amazon or other channels; we only upload them where they meet the specifications of the marketplace as otherwise it will negatively impact your rating. If a number has not been uploaded to your sales channel, this number is not valid for confirmation of delivery and you are responsible for providing tracking data to your sales channel.

  18. Beta version has a problem

    It manifests all orders whether selected for manifesting or not. Say you have 10 orders of which 5 are BPL1 and 5 are BPL2 and you have printed labels for all 10. Then if you select the 5 BPL1 for manifesting and press manifest, it will print one manifest for all 10 orders.
    Surely yhis is wrong because BPL1 and BPL2 must go in separate sacks with a unuique manifest that reflects the correct contents in the respective sack.
    IOs there a work around?
    Otherwise, I think it is brillant!

    Hello, thank you for your suggestion. There is no need to create multiple manifests for each sack of parcels or service type. Click & Drop will manifest all orders in a batch, and will do so even when only a sub set of those orders have been selected.

  19. Add Option to Manually Mark Tracking Status as Delivered

    Sometimes, the tracking status of a shipment is not up-to-date, especially on export orders. I would like the option to manually change the tracking status of an order to 'Delivered'.

    Hello and thank you for your suggestion. We support updating your integrations when a shipment has been despatched. There may be a few minutes delay between you marking your shipments as despatched in Click & Drop, and the same being reflected in your integration.

  20. Option to Display All Ordered Products In Orders Grid For Orders

    We print off check sheets each day to ensure we are packing correctly, print screening straight off click n drop. When customers purchase multiple orders it use to give a preview of 3-4 items before flowing onto "+X items" if there was more. Now it simply displays the first items only then "+1 item" or so. This is frustration as if someones ordered 5 items, It'll only ever show the first item then "+4 items" which on the checksheet it doesn't show what that is. An option to be able to expand orders would be great, rather than having to…
