  1. Display Product Image In Open Orders Screen

    One extra column on the orders screen (maybe next to "Product Identifier (SKU)") should be a thumbnail of the product. Hovering over/clicking on it should show a full size image. We have 26,000 products on the database with photos added, but that is little use if we cannot see the ordered products when we are despatching the orders. Thanks.

  2. Send dispatched email through EKM integration by passing "true" on send email attribute in addition to tracking number

    Tracking number is now sent to EKM through the integration, but an option to send a "true" value back on the "send email" attribute would trigger an automatic dispatched email from EKM to the buyer, as happens with eBay.
    Could this be optional in the integration, as EKM currently don't have a permanent Bcc in the email template to send a copy of the email to review platforms, which needs to be added manually for each batch of dispatched orders.

    Click & Drop allows you to specify the state returned to EKM when an order is despatched, including non-despatched states. This will allow you to both update your store, and avoid the email being sent automatically before you have had the opportunity to add the BCC address.

  3. Have labels in ZPL format as well as PDF

    PDF labels are great for simple "ebay" or "etsy" customers, but for SMEs using the API, and larger commercial integrations, the infrastructure on site means that there are multiple pick/pack stations, with networked Zebra printers. Seeing as ZPL is the predominant label format, it would make sense to have the server send labels in ZPL directly to the label printers.

    Just specify an option on the API call to choose the label format.

    Thank you for your suggestion. You can already support a multi-workstation label printing process using separate user accounts on each workstation and print assist. 


    If you require ZPL format for other reasons, please add another suggestion.

  4. Send an Item site is too complicated

    Site is too complicated. I am a personal customer wanting to send a parcel to a friend. Did I go to a business site? Couldn't understand all the stages. What is a 'Customer'? Is it the person sending or the recipient? It is not clear. No clear idea of what I have ordered until I have paid. Should be somewhere where it states the 'To' and 'From' before I pay.
    Even the Feedback page is too complicated.

  5. Mark orders as despatched on channel - Ability to exclude certain products to fix VTR issue

    A big issue at the moment is trying to manage Amazon's VTR when we send letters,

    A quick and simple way this could be handled is having the ability to stop Click and Drop marking certain orders as despatched.

    For example, If I could select a product in click and drop (a low value item that we send by letter) not to mark as despatch on Amazon, we could log into Amazon and Mark as despatched on there platform with the option Stamps / Franking Option which does not count towards Amazon's VTR

  6. Change wording to reflect customs documents needed for sending to the EU

    Your wording on the postage paid for page says this : "Once you have placed your labels and - if sending outside of the European Union (EU) - your customs declaration forms onto your items, you can choose to either:"

    You need to change that as the customs declaration forms are also need for postage to the EU now.

  7. Scrolling down the booking page can reduce input weight value

    Adding weight to Click & Drop then scrolling down quickly to select service can reduce the desired weight by 1 or 2 grams depending upon how far you scroll down page.

    Seems strange but I regularly find you have to click outside the weight box to confirm and set value.

    An example - booked Parcel at 995 grams, if I scroll down the value will change to 994 grams.

    Just in case anyone else has found same problem.

  8. Allow old "store postage method" entries to be deleted from the list of methods used in shipping rule creation.

    "Store postage methods" are automatically imported from our webstore into click & drop. We often change the name of these methods to reflect current shipping estimates.

    This means we have a huge list of 40 shipping methods to sort through when creating a new postage rule. Every single postage method that has ever been used in our store is found in this list when creating a new rule.

    I would like to delete the old, redundant postage methods from this list (or just let me delete all of them and re-import the ones in use right now).

  9. Support Recipient EORI on CN22 & CN23 Declarations

    Add end user (Business) EORI/VAT for CN22\23 as this is required for shipping B2B into the EU

    You can now add your Recipient's EORI number when creating an order going to an EU destination. The number should appear in the Company EORI no. field in your CN22 and CN23 documentation.

  10. export to xls is creating an xml file instead of xls

    Recently the manifested orders export function is generating an xml file but labeling it as an xls - I have to open and resave it (after warnings by any sw that tries to open it). Oddly it doesn't do it all the time looks like there's a bug there?

  11. Automatically populate SAFE PLACE instructions, or alert as to their presence

    Currently - safe place instructions are only realised upon printing the order out, unless each order is viewed individually.
    Enable either the safe place instructions to automatically populate or alert the user that they are present for review.

  12. Correct the wording on where and when a 24 - 48 Tracked parcel can be dropped off.

    The current wording states that 24-48 Tracked and 24-48 Tracked Age Verification can NOT be dropped into a Post Office, it is very specific for those two services, it does not mention 24-48 Tracked Signed For, thus it is misleading and implies that the Signed For service CAN be dropped into a Post Office branch. It should either include ALL services by their exact titles or simply state ALL 24-48 Tracked services.

    When this service is chosen it should also offer opening times for the depots where it CAN be dropped in, and show the nearest to your home or…

    Hi, our new orders grid supports the filtering of orders by product. We have not added sorting as the order may become unclear when orders with more than one product are in the results.

  14. Add more Payment Options

    The payment options on the 'Business' Click & Drop system are inferior to those on the 'casual' Send an Item system, in that in order to avoid PayPal all the card info has to be entered manually, including billing address, email etc that are pre-populated in the 'casual' system. Be great to have the same facility in both.

    Please consider adding a payment service such as WorldPay or Stripe.

  16. Allow to print only Proof Of Postage for multiple orders

    Hi,

    We are using the business.parcel.royalmail.com for a few years to buy and print labels for our orders via Royal Mail.

    We always ask for Proof of Postage at the Post office, to have a proof in case it gets lost.

    Lately because we have more orders international, because they have to type the address for each label the people at the post office ask us to print the Proof of postage from the system for all the order and give them to stamp.

  17. Show Customer Upgraded Postage on Click & Drop from Amazon / eBay

    Show customer upgrade on postage via eBay or Amazon on click and drop. if customer has chosen an upgrade or even free deliver, please show it on the options, so we can apply what they require. visually this is needed

    Hello, thank you for your suggestion. This is already possible in the Order Details pane and is shown as 'Store Postage Method'. Furthermore, you can build shipping rules to apply postage automatically according to the 'Store Postage Method' selected by your customer at the point of sale.

  18. Batch Together Orders Quicker

    I get annoyed that all batches from new to previous batches are shown on screen, it doesn't allow you to select all, as that would select old batches. Needs to be quicker to select all.

    Click & Drop offers a ‘Select all’ option in batches. From your comment, we assume you are looking to proceed to manifesting? If this is the case, we can confirm that selecting all and then manifesting will not adversely affect those batches you have already manifested.

  19. Edit a Collection without starting again

    When you complete a collection request it -seems- to give you the option to 'amend' but it does not allow you to add any more parcels, doing so you have do do everything again from scratch. Streamlining this edit process, so extras can be added or removed without having to start again. Being able to cancel any right up until the point of collection (unless it is the only one, as this would, of course, affect the postperson's route and waste time). Or allow a refund for any 'unavailable' on the day if there has been an error.

  20. Send the 'delivery confirmation' number to woocommere

    You currently send the tracking number and a delivery confirmation number to ebay. This is the exact same that you can and should do for woocommerce.

    Currently you only send the tracking numbers into the WC notes field, and you do not send the 'delivery confirmation' numbers.

    There is no reason why you cannot allow place into the WC order a note when there is a delivery confirmation number.

    Without this information our business is not able to keep track of delivery confirmations and does not allow us to manage and communication about the delivery status.
