Still happening. Most of the time I get "Sorry, an unexpected problem occurred." and have to find and regenerate the label. Wish they would sort this instead of tinkering around with the appearance of the site.

I reported this on 3rd October. The reply of 30th Oct included:
"There is a technical error being investigated with our I.T team affecting the label creation process, the work around when this occurs is as you described to locate the orders and regenerate paperwork.
Please accept our apologies for any concern this has caused our I.T are working to fix the problem as a high priority."David J

This is an especially valid request as the online claims form is useless. I doesn't accept cut and paste and keeps returning "invalid character" responses. Since all the relevant information is already held in Click & Drop it should be easy to copy it over. Yes, I know they don't want it to be too easy to claim, but if we've paid for a service which is not provided we should be compensated.

I agree - I mark those "Simple" orders as "despatched by other carrier", the other carrier being Royal Mail!

Still happening. And 2 emails to 'clickanddropsupport@royalmail.com' remain unanswered. Have just sent another one. I get "Sorry, an unexpected problem occured" and then have to go to the Dashboard, find the order in the Waiting Dispatch queue and regenerate the label.

I reported something similar, specific to label printing, back in June. Nothing happened, and it is still happening.

So, this has been planned since July 2022. Possibly it is time for an update.
Meanwhile I would like to know if it is safe to delete an item awaiting refund from the "Order Ready For Despatch" page, or will that cancel the refund request? Does anyone know?

This really should have been sorted by now. I don't delete the item awaiting refund in case that deltes the refund request as well. Better to be safe than sorry.

Agreed- Spent some time trying to figure out what the problem was with St Leonard's Road, Clarendon Park, Leicester, Leicestershire.

Deutsche Post combine their CN22 with the postage on the same label. Saves labels and is quicker.

Agree, really annoying. And yet they spend time tinkering with the appearance of the site rather than fixing this problem.
