  1. Add option to change sender details in Customs Settings

    I'm having difficulty finding where C&D picks the sender name for the Customs Settings. I've looked at every trading name (for different locations) etc and have been unable to find where it selects the sender details to edit that for applicable orders. It should be easy to change, but it's a maze of unknown origin.

  2. Allow easy trading name changes in new orders (from Shopify)

    There should be the option to select between trading names for new orders - even if you have a default trading name selected.

    It doesn't allow you to do that for new orders coming from Shopify integration.

    To change trading name (for occasional shipments with a different shipping pickup or location) you have to manually fill in the recipient address in a new order. Only then can you pick the trading name.

    This is very time consuming and tedious.

    The option should be available for all new orders selected for label purchase.

  3. Need better tracking status updates

    The tracking details, especially on international orders, does not update at all until the shipping is either delivered or is returned. I'm getting quite a few complaints and pressures about this from buyers.
    We're in 2025. I am sure there must be a way for the postal services to have constant tracking updates, not only for international deliveries, but for local deliveries with the whereabouts can be tracked regularly.

  4. I'm getting regular 'unexpected problem' errors

    I'm ending up with a lot of "Sorry, an unexpected problem occurred." when I try to print labels, or when the purchase is completed. They started to become regular occurance since the last update.

  5. Twice attempted to arrange for parcel collection from another address.

    First date for arranged collection Royal Mail e-mailed me to say no one at home when postman called yet the sender said he was in all day. I'd paid for the parcel label to be taken to the collection address. 2nd date arranged three days later. Paid a small fee for the next collection and on this date NO label taken to the collection address despite having paid for one so no collection made again. Total incompetence by Royal Mail. I've cancelled my order on the item I was trying to buy. The booking system is un necessarily long winded…

  6. Fix Wordpress > WooCommerce Integration. Order Import & Send Tracking Notes is Broken.

    Problems.

    1. Ignores random orders when importing them into Click and Drop.

    I had to delete the integration and create a new one to force it to get a week's worth of orders it ignored. Then today it has randomly missed three orders again. It worked for a few days reliably after making a new integration and is now unreliable again.

    We need a way to force an order import from WordPress > WooCommerce.

    1. It only sends tracking as a note randomly. Many orders that are Tracked 48 don't get any tracking sent.

  8. Create user attribute to allow sub-user to see payment invoices

    I've recently resolved a support case with Click & Drop Support where I was unable to access most invoices on the 'Payments' screen. The result of that case was that I can only access payments that had been made on my account and not any of the other sub-users.

    Whilst this makes sense, the current user experience makes it seem like something is wrong as an error message is displayed saying the payment couldn't be found.

    Few suggestions for improvements:
    1. Can the invoices unrelated to the current user be hidden by default?
    2. Can a permission tickbox be created…

  10. Stop Sending Tracking Numbers to eBay on Non-Tracked Postable Items

    With the new update you are sending tracking numbers to eBay for non-tracked postable items such as 2nd/1st Large Letters / Letters. These orders are often only scanned on the day of delivery, so eBay is counting that as the date it was posted and subsequently recording it as a defect which effects performance standards. Due to this I have had to disconnect the eBay integration.

    Quite often we will get customers that order from us, then cancel the order the same day or we accidently delete the orders but they are not reappearing as they should.

    There should be a way to click on a deleted order to reinstate it if needed.

  13. Add claims function

    I know this has been asked before, and it has been declined before - why? It would be far simpler all round if a claim could be directly started by a click beside the missing/lost/mis-delivered parcel? The current claims process is an absolute pain in the butt.

  14. Allow notes to be added to label

    When I send click and drop parcels, sometimes I need to be able to quickly show my partner which product he should be packing - if I could add this to the area that says "customer ref" on the posting label it'd help us a lot rather than having to hand write this info so it doesn't get mixed up.

  17. I think Click & Drop should pull in the tax info from eBay’s new “Tax details” section and add it to the address label.

    eBay used to include things like ABN numbers (for Australia, Norway, etc.) in the address itself, so they automatically showed up when printing with Royal Mail. Now they’ve moved that info to a separate “Tax details” section, and Click & Drop doesn’t pick it up anymore.
    It would really help if that tax number could still be added somewhere on the label, so the customer wont get charged twice.

  19. Address settings, and safespace settings not functioning well.

    I notice that the address settings as specified in the "company settings" preference panel allows various collection business address's to be set, however on booking a collection it will only use the "collections" address as set up in that panel. Regardless of what is actually specified in the settings and trading names section! Which specifically allows you to set this!

    Also on the regular Royal mail click and drop it allows you to set a safespace that can be used for collections, while in the registered account there is no ability to specify this!

    The Click & Drop API could be significantly enhanced by including product SKUs in the order data. SKUs are essential for accurately tracking and managing inventory, as they uniquely identify each product, reducing errors and improving order reconciliation. Including SKUs would streamline inventory updates, enhance reporting and analytics, and enable seamless communication with third-party systems like ERP or CRM platforms.
