Address edits do not appear on labels
Bug report:
When there are errors in an address in Shopify, or perhaps buyers have filled in the whole address on one row, and you edit them to correct them - the faulty address still appears on the printed labels.1 vote -
Label generation should open in new window
When labels are created in the same window, it leaves the login dashboard. It's really annoying when you have multiple tasks to do. Can it not open in a separate window/new tab to avoid this?

Bug Fix: Customs Fee Wrongly being charged for Antiques to USA
We hope that you can help. After the introduction of tariffs to the USA the RM C & D was working perfectly, the system just calculating the 50p handling fee for all of the customs fee exempt items included under Chapter 97 Works of art, collectors' pieces and antiques. However since 16th September 2025 C & D has erroneously been adding the 10 % customs fee for Antique Of An Age Exceeding 100 years products, classed under HS Tariff 970690. Filter orders by whether they have been booked for collection or not
After purchasing labels, I need to book orders for collection. First 10 items work fine as I can bulk buy them but for the next 15, I usually have to buy them one by one, due to slot situation. it's hard to look for the ones i didnt book collection for, when they are all in same column 'ready for dispatch'. I think it would be really helpful to filter those by whether they've been booked for collection or not.

Printing CN 22 Labels
I use the Standard A4 integrated S19 labels. This has always printed the CN 22 on a separate sheet, on the label at the foot of the sheet. The CN22s are now printing at the top of the sheet in portrait orientation meaning I am not able to use the sticky label. Can this be corrected.

Will I get an apology from admin for declining my bug notification?
CN22 total weight of items was always wrong because it matched the package label weight instead of just being a calculated weight of the items in the CN22.
I notified click and drop about this bug a long time ago and it was declined and I was told specifically that I was wrong and it was working correctly.
So can someone tell me why this issue has just been quietly fixed?

Add option to change sender details in Customs Settings
I'm having difficulty finding where C&D picks the sender name for the Customs Settings. I've looked at every trading name (for different locations) etc and have been unable to find where it selects the sender details to edit that for applicable orders. It should be easy to change, but it's a maze of unknown origin.

Allow easy trading name changes in new orders (from Shopify)
There should be the option to select between trading names for new orders - even if you have a default trading name selected.
It doesn't allow you to do that for new orders coming from Shopify integration.
To change trading name (for occasional shipments with a different shipping pickup or location) you have to manually fill in the recipient address in a new order. Only then can you pick the trading name.
This is very time consuming and tedious.
The option should be available for all new orders selected for label purchase.

Need better tracking status updates
The tracking details, especially on international orders, does not update at all until the shipping is either delivered or is returned. I'm getting quite a few complaints and pressures about this from buyers.
We're in 2025. I am sure there must be a way for the postal services to have constant tracking updates, not only for international deliveries, but for local deliveries with the whereabouts can be tracked regularly.3 votes -
I'm getting regular 'unexpected problem' errors
I'm ending up with a lot of "Sorry, an unexpected problem occurred." when I try to print labels, or when the purchase is completed. They started to become regular occurance since the last update.

Twice attempted to arrange for parcel collection from another address.
First date for arranged collection Royal Mail e-mailed me to say no one at home when postman called yet the sender said he was in all day. I'd paid for the parcel label to be taken to the collection address. 2nd date arranged three days later. Paid a small fee for the next collection and on this date NO label taken to the collection address despite having paid for one so no collection made again. Total incompetence by Royal Mail. Fix Wordpress > WooCommerce Integration. Order Import & Send Tracking Notes is Broken.
Integration to WordPress > WooCommerce is unreliable
Problems.
- Ignores random orders when importing them into Click and Drop.
I had to delete the integration and create a new one to force it to get a week's worth of orders it ignored. Then today it has randomly missed three orders again. It worked for a few days reliably after making a new integration and is now unreliable again.
We need a way to force an order import from WordPress > WooCommerce.
- It only sends tracking as a note randomly. Many orders that are Tracked 48 don't get any tracking sent.

Create user attribute to allow sub-user to see payment invoices
I've recently resolved a support case with Click & Drop Support where I was unable to access most invoices on the 'Payments' screen. The result of that case was that I can only access payments that had been made on my account and not any of the other sub-users.
Whilst this makes sense, the current user experience makes it seem like something is wrong as an error message is displayed saying the payment couldn't be found.
Few suggestions for improvements:
1. Can the invoices unrelated to the current user be hidden by default?

Stop Sending Tracking Numbers to eBay on Non-Tracked Postable Items
With the new update you are sending tracking numbers to eBay for non-tracked postable items such as 2nd/1st Large Letters / Letters. These orders are often only scanned on the day of delivery, so eBay is counting that as the date it was posted and subsequently recording it as a defect which effects performance standards. Due to this I have had to disconnect the eBay integration.

Reinstate deleted orders - if deleted by accident
Quite often we will get customers that order from us, then cancel the order the same day or we accidently delete the orders but they are not reappearing as they should.
There should be a way to click on a deleted order to reinstate it if needed.
