Automatically Remove Despatched Orders from Click & Drop, if Marked as Despatched at Marketplace.
When orders are marked as dispatched on eBay, Etsy, or Shopify, they should automatically be removed from the "awaiting dispatch" section in Click and Drop.
Currently, orders remain in the pending section even after being dispatched through these platforms, which causes confusion and extra work. Improved marketplace integration is needed to ensure Click and Drop reflects only the orders that are still awaiting dispatch.

Make it easier to enter Recipient AIRN
I only realised that when you apply postage, if you view the contents, for some countries, you can enter the Recipient AIRN (tax ID number).
Odd that you cannot enter it when entering the package details only if you go to edit the contents.
Please make it more obvious and easier to find - I have been adding it to the address details until now because I did not spot this before.

Post Codes formatting errors
Please post code formatting errors, because post code entered like this: PP5 5XZ where double space is included generates errors.
So you will need to add filtering RegEx rules to handle this without generating errors. Also the lady on Royal Mail line 0345 2661 004 told me that the eBay customers often enters double city like London London which also generates some errors. I did not experienced any issues like this but address handling should be generally improved and as a developer I know this is easy and possible to achieve. Wondering why this is not done already.3 votes -
Support Adding Credit to Accounts to Reduce Card Payments
Have the abililty to pre load the account with funds so that we don't have to authorise a credit card transaction or paypal transaction every time we produce a label

Support Tracked Returns for Click & Drop Personal Accounts
On Personal Click & Drop offer a returns service where I can generate a return, pay for it and arrange collection from customers house with PO to generate label. At moment I have to go in and change my collection address to cust address and then back again afterwards.

Make it easier to see the postage paid on orders
On the new Orders list, there is no option to see the postage paid. Even when you go into the order you no longer see it. It seems the only way to find out is to reprint the shipping label.

Add a filter to orders with field "collection booked or not". This will allow us to easily see which orders do not have a collection booked yet and book it if so.

Print barcode labels Instead of paperwork
So I think something should be done about the required paperwork from click and drop. It is a massive pain having to use a printer only for my click and drop paperwork. I was thinking what if maybe you could do something with just the 4x6 labels like print off barcodes that can be cut out and stuck on tags for each bag and when they are scanned it will bring up the manifest data.

Clear old collections that have been collected
I have a stockpile of old booked collections in my orders. They were collected but, for reasons known only to themselves, the postmen didn't scan them in so they remain on my account. It's just a niggle but these old orders sat there are a bug and there's nothing I can do at my end to remove them.

Fix Invoices to show actual amount / vat paid
Every month we download your VAT Invoice for our accounts.
However it is always incorrect compared to the amounts of postage/VAT we have paid within the month.
We have our pre-payments in the accounts form each payment made as per the amounts on the individual payment but the invoice is completely wrong.The VAT invoice should be the same as what we have paid in the month it should never be different and we have to then make manual adjustments.
The problem is we dont know is it the invoice or the individual batch payments that is correct! As we…1 vote -

Edit package contents does not currently work on mobile or ipad devices - the screen width does not allow the user to edit. Please update.
The edit package contents interface does not work on mobile or ipad devices as the pop-up screen width extends beyond the size of the screen. The screen width needs to be set to x% rather than fixed pixels/width.

Add option to print only postage labels without order information
I would like to be able to print postage labels without out the order information included. I know you can have this as a spearate sheet but I do not want the order information at all as I can print a packaging slip from shopify already.

Bug: Tracked 24/48 always need bank authorisation
I'm hardly ever asked to authorise payment on my banking app for 1st and 2nd class postage, but as soon as I include a tracked service it is guaranteed to need authorising. It is starting to get annoying logging on for a £3.50 payment when no other website does this.

Book a Collection For More Than 10 Items
I send 15-30 parcels each time, and I need to book it in batches of 10. Can you increase the limit please?
It confuses the postie, as the see a few parcels to collect, but there is over 20 I give, as it booked under a different code, so they do not see how may in total they will collect.

Include Printed Paper Rates for International Postage
I haven't been able to find an option to send "Printed Papers" small parcels weighing over 2kg to International addresses.
It should be possible to pay a supplement for each additional 250g up to 5kg but I haven't been able to find a way of doing it using Click & Drop.
Is there a way, or could it be added?

Allow non business to use PDDP (Postal Delivery Duty Paid) service
Smaller businesses that don't send frequently are currently barred from using the OBA and have to use the personal account click and drop. Yet its small businesses that are less likely to have their own IOSS set up and need or want to use a DDP service.
I send less than 20 a week but a large part of them are international and high value. I would like the have the option to ensure the customers don't get extra charges on delivery.
This is offered by many couriers, why not Royal Mail? Limiting the service to OBA members cuts out…

Add a declaration box for those sending restricted items to tick
When sending restricted items (a carving knife as part of a set in my case), the customer is asked to use the age verification service. However, having done that and before paying, they are asked to tick a box saying "I confirm that I am not sending any item that is prohibited or restricted in the UK or overseas", thereby in effect asking the customer to lie and thus potentially break the law because they ARE sending a restricted item. I have been told that what it means is that they are not sending a restricted item that doesn't comply…

Reduce Font Size on Address Label
When sending letter size packets to the US, I sometimes get them returned as "address does not exist". After some discussion with customers and their local postal service, it appears that USPS ONLY reads the last 4 lines of the address.
Therefore if the first line of the address goes over 2 lines, their automated systems cannot find the full address (as it is now 5 lines long) and simply return the post!
This does not happen on Large Letter / Small Packet as the font appears to be smaller.

Add extra items collected with my collection to the email confirmation
Add extra items collected with my collection to the email confirmation of what has been collected, so I have proof of posting.
I often want to send extra items with my booked collection. However, the extra items do not appear on the email confirmation of collection. This leaves me without proof of posting. The email should include booked and extra items.
