Show Tracking Status in Click & Drop
When sending an item tracked it would be very helpful to have an extra column showing the different stages of that items stage - so at a glance you can see the delivery status, filter by undelivered etc.
This would save clicking on each item and regularly checking.

This was completed in our 7.23 release in November 2021. You can add the tracking status column to the manifested orders grid using the column configuration settings found at the top right of the grid

Return Label Option
Could we have a way we can just click on issue returns label for items already sent, it will then bill us and allow us to send to our customer,
At the moment, we have to purchase a Returns Label on personal Click & Drop, with an unregistered account.
C&D already has all the information needed on parcel weight and size. Just need the option added using the same information but going from them to us.

Alternatively, you can set a tracked return label to be generated with any given service in your account settings.
Tracked Return labels are only billed to your account if used, meaning you can offer an improved experience to your customers, and reduce your administration for returns, by including a return label in your shipment without any cost if the label is unused.

Display 4 SKUs as a minimum
Printed labels should display 4 SKUs as a minimum and then the plus more. eBay seller like ourself have offers such as buy 2 get 2 free and buyers are allowed to choose 4 variants. This means 4 SKUs should appear ideally before the "Plus More" shows.
This slows down dispatch times hugely as each order has to be checked on CnD for the full SKU list and then written on the label. There is plenty of space on the label in the SKU box as apart from the customer order and CnD label number we have nothing else appear. …

Tracking status
Tracking status, Click & Drop says this feature has been completed, but when I go to Reports, Manifested orders. The tracking status header is showing but there is no tracking information. Can this be sorted out as this would be very useful feature to keep check on the progress of our tracked mail we send via C&D without having to check each item individually .

Unable to search orders that are manifested
Hello. I used to be able to do this, but as of lately it doesn't work...
Basically when I search an order ID or using a buyer's post code for example, then click the order (using the search bar/results in the top right corner), nothing happens! I want to view the order information, get the tracking number etc, but I am unable to do so! on manifested orders (if the order is not yet manifested, it allows you to check the details, but not once manifested).

Send dispatched email through EKM integration by passing "true" on send email attribute in addition to tracking number
Tracking number is now sent to EKM through the integration, but an option to send a "true" value back on the "send email" attribute would trigger an automatic dispatched email from EKM to the buyer, as happens with eBay.
Could this be optional in the integration, as EKM currently don't have a permanent Bcc in the email template to send a copy of the email to review platforms, which needs to be added manually for each batch of dispatched orders.10 votesDear User,
Click & Drop allows you to specify the state returned to EKM when an order is despatched, including non-despatched states. This will allow you to both update your store, and avoid the email being sent automatically before you have had the opportunity to add the BCC address.

Tracking Number is Missing on Click & Drop Desktop Results
Since the last update the tracking number is no longer returned in the results csv when importing orders with Click & Drop Desktop.

Beta Orders Grid Doesn't Display 'Generate Labels' After Applying Postage to a Batch
In the current version, as soon as you apply postage to a batch, you can generate labels from a displayed link, but with the March 2023 Beta version, after applying postage you have to scroll manually to the top of the screen, click 'Batches' then generate labels. Very time-wasting compared to the current method. Also, when we have several staff working on dispatching at the same time, it is not clear which batches are which and this really slows down the process and disrupts the dispatch flow. Please put back the 'Generate Labels' link after applying postage, thanks.

Support IOSS on Letter Format Shipments
Small items of value that are sold by small businesses in the UK (through platforms such as Etsy) and sent to the EU have to be posted as a large letter in order to meet IOSS rules because Royal Mail does not print IOSS on a letter sized envelope.

7 votesThanks for your suggestion. Royal Mail made changes in 2019 to reflect the Universal Postal Union requirements regarding items of Non-Personal Correspondence (NPC), ie Goods. Many countries only accept NPC as Parcel format and wherever possible Royal Mail has retained an up to Large Letter format. IOSS, and other pre-registered VAT Schemes, are available for all NPC products and ‘letter-sized’ goods may be sent on these services. All goods must be sent on NPC services as they require full electronic Customs Data and electronically processed Customs Declarations.

Clicking an Order in the Search Box Doesn't work
If I search for an order in the search box it will appear, but then when I click on the order in the search, nothing comes up. So as of now cannot see and view any historic orders and print off proof of posting or tracking numbers etc

IOSS reporting for 'documents'
We sell books, which occasionally are quite heavy. If a book or set is over 2 kg, we cannot use the 'parcel' field on Click & Drop. We have been assured that we can, however, send them as 'documents' as long as no personal correspondence is included.
However, if I select 'documents' the IOSS box in the customs field disappears. I am aware that Click & Drop is not currently set up for IOSS reporting for items marked as 'documents,' but it is necessary for our particular business to be able to do so. Our customers have already paid the…

New Orders Grid: Product Name is Truncated. Show Full Product Name
The new beta Orders Grid is less-usable for our business as the product name is truncated, showing ... at the end.
Our unique product code to identify the item that was sold is at the end of the product name, therefore we will have to manually check eBay + Amazon to see what the customer has actually ordered.

Support Filtering the Orders Grid by Country
On the Beta version of OBA Click and Drop, you can sort by country, but you can't filter. When you try to click the drop down menu by 'Country', the whole section closes down as if you clicked off it. Needs fixing before the final build is released.

Display Product Image In Open Orders Screen
One extra column on the orders screen (maybe next to "Product Identifier (SKU)") should be a thumbnail of the product. Hovering over/clicking on it should show a full size image. We have 26,000 products on the database with photos added, but that is little use if we cannot see the ordered products when we are despatching the orders. Thanks.

Send the 'delivery confirmation' number to woocommere
You currently send the tracking number and a delivery confirmation number to ebay. This is the exact same that you can and should do for woocommerce.
Currently you only send the tracking numbers into the WC notes field, and you do not send the 'delivery confirmation' numbers.
There is no reason why you cannot allow place into the WC order a note when there is a delivery confirmation number.
Without this information our business is not able to keep track of delivery confirmations and does not allow us to manage and communication about the delivery status.

Option to switch off the Commonwealth Games logo
Option to switch off the Commonwealth Games logo from printing - this new forced addition to Click And Drop is unwelcome:
- it wastes a lot of ink/toner,
- it is distracting on the label, increasing the chances of mis-delivery
- for international customers, very few people care, especially outside of Commonwealth countries
- for international customers, it looks suspicious from a customs' point of view as though there is something in the package that isn't in the e-customs data.
Please add a switch so we can disable it.

Mark orders as despatched on channel - Ability to exclude certain products to fix VTR issue
A big issue at the moment is trying to manage Amazon's VTR when we send letters,
A quick and simple way this could be handled is having the ability to stop Click and Drop marking certain orders as despatched.
For example, If I could select a product in click and drop (a low value item that we send by letter) not to mark as despatch on Amazon, we could log into Amazon and Mark as despatched on there platform with the option Stamps / Franking Option which does not count towards Amazon's VTR

Allow collections to be cancelled more flexibly.
Currently we're unable to cancel booked collections after midnight on the preceding day. Occasionally this means a poor postie turns up to collect and we have to send them away empty handed. Surely it should be possible to implement a more flexible cancellation system so that RM time is not wasted. Cancellation before 6/7am on the booked day would be much better. Thanks.

Email notification wording
Yesterday I performed a test of the customer email notification to see it it would be of any use to our workflow.
Bit of info as to my workflow. Not only do I post direct to my customers, I also post on their behalf to their customers. To do this I have their details set up as different Trading Names so that all their details appear on any post or customs labels.
