Allow us to put price and HS code in without having to go to products
ebay integration for non-EU countries does not allow you to input HS Tariffs or change the price of product on the C&D shipping page now, you have to go to product and back again, if it is going to be the customs rule now that these have to be done digitally then we need the chance to adjust the price of product and check HS code is right before committing to shipping, I refund TAX on ebay purchases made from outside the EU but as the ebay/C&D import as already took place then the product price is showing wrong to what I right on my CN22 for the shipment label

Hi Robert - Hopefully there can be an easy solution to your issue - maybe an integration setting that automatically removes the respective VAT amount on the relevant delivery countries. As you say, this could of course be everywhere overseas shortly and isn't appealing.

The total value box on the CN22's that are generated is incorrect aswell (and presumably the elctronic information that is submitted is wrong too). It includes shipping, which should not be included on CN22s. Shipping costs are only included on CN23's.

HI lcs19, I have been in contact and suggestions made to ebay about VAT refunds but get the usual ,we will look into it' this will be even more of a issue once (or if) we leave the EU. I was told I could always register on the other ebay websites in the countries, why have a UK ebay account with international shipping and 20 other ebay accounts???

Isn't this fundamentally a problem with eBay? i.e. VAT registered eBay sellers don't have their prices automatically adjusted for non-EU sales. All credit to you Robert for refunding the over payments, but I'm sure many sellers don't. One of the reasons we don't sell on eBay is this apparent lack of VAT support that any half decent online shop manages without problem. The cynical view would suggest that eBay are happy to sell at higher prices as it increases their profit share?
