  1. Add integration with Squarespace

    Please integrate with Squarespace! Importing orders via desktop is a lot of hassle. I used to love this service when I was selling with Etsy and now it’s making me regret moving to my own website!

  2. Add intergration for Folksy

    Folksy is the UK version of Etsy, there is a lot of sellers on there who also sell on Etsy which you have integrated already. I think lots of Folksy sellers who are on CandD would benefit from this integration.

  3. Enable Tracked 24/48 items to be dropped at Post Office

    Tracked 48 is my most used service but I'm forced to take parcels to a CSP - pre-COVID this was OK(ish) as a CSP is local to me and was open all morning. Post COVID the CSP is running severely restricted hours and is now closed on Wednesday. This makes it difficult and often inconvenient to drop off items.
    Can we please enable drop off at any Post office or at least a main Post Office - this would also benefit those who don't have a CSP nearby

  4. I would like to see the price of each order, so I know what I am paying. With fuel surcharges and VAT it is often quite complicated!

    I know we are given prices but when you then have to calculate VAT and fuel surcharges it does get quite confusing. It would be so much easier if each order showed the price before postage could be applied. I am often using couriers as I am not confident that RM will give me a better price. Can this be done please?

  5. Bold Print for more than 1 qty ordered for an item

    Prior to last release, any item that was ordered with a quantity more than 1, was shown in Bold. This has now disappeared. This was a very useful for order packing to ensure the right quantity is sent.

    Can you please reinstate this functionality.

  6. Can Royal Mail international standard be tracked? I mean we get a refernce number and would be great if at least would say delivered.

    I think would be great and a piece of mind for sellers to be able to see if item is been delivered throught standard international. We have the option via uk already. Why not international ? Most of the time we cannot figure out if items are lost or of customers lied about it. At the end of the day they have a reference number and a scanning code. That would be amazing. I know will be denied but I wanted to try anyway💜💜💜

  7. Please put an option to hide postage paid on click and drop , clearly it s a thing that all small businesses want. Thank you

    This option is needed for small business. For large letter ,parcel (over 100g) , parcel over 250gram etc, there is a huge difference in prices for international and can happen that cost less or more . The customers will complain, they don t think about how much cost us packaging, elvelopes, ink, labels , stickers, etc etc. Please we really need an option to hide asap.
    Other countries have tracked and very low cost. I had an item posted tracked for only 5 dollars from usa and other companies doesn t show price at all. I really don t understand…

  9. Have option to hide postage cost on labels

    Have the option added in settings to stop 'Postage Cost' appearing on labels printed. As its built into the QR code for post offices.

  10. Remove the need to scroll down when applying postage

    When applying postage, its necessary to choose the size, then postage option and then scroll all the way down to the bottom to apply the postage.

    It would be much efficient to have all the information visible on the screen without having to scroll. There's a lot of free space that could be used to fit everything into a much smaller area.

    When a lot of orders need processing, this adds alot of extra time to the processing speed.

  11. Confirmation in your account when Mainfest is scanned and at royalmail sorting office

    Over easter we had to many orders go missing which is starting to badly effect our business.

    In our account should be confirmation when mail is scanned at royalmail sorting offices. At the moments it's just blinded trust.

    We need some form of reassurance our post is not being stolen by royalmail :/ At moment it looks like theft. There just to many gone missing from the last 2 weeks.

  12. Recipient telephone numbers should be printed on postage labels.

    A lot of international countries make use of the recipient's telephone numbers to notify them of parcel delivery. Israel is a fine example of this.

    Yet even when I input the telephone number in C&D, it never ever gets printed on the postage label, therefore I have to put it onto the PDF image manually or place it in the surname field.

    We should have a setting whereby we can choose to display telephone numbers on labels or not and also choose to display them on all parcels or just domestic or just international.

    Would save parcels being returned which…

  13. Automatically update/edit/remove orders in C&D if an order is updated/edited/cancelled in Shopify, Amazon, Ebay etc.

    When an order is cancelled or updated/edited in Shopify (and I assume in other marketplaces) the order does not get removed from C&D or get its status changed to 'cancelled' at the very least.

    This glaring flaw can and has led to orders being sent which were actually cancelled, resulting in losses incurred by the seller because customers are receiving items they cancelled and were refunded on. A huge flaw that should have been fixed a long time ago.

    There needs to be better communication between marketplace and C&D and an AUTOMATED removal or editing of the order in C&D…

  14. Clarify the need to use a customer service point when using this service

    It is not clear when purchasing postage via this service that only certain types of outlets can process the parcel as I found the hard way. Tried to drop off parcel at regular Post Office only to be told rather rudely that it couldn't be done at that post office. The postmaster didn't offer any help by telling me where I had to drop it off and on checking the website I was unable to establish where my nearest customer service point was actually located.

  15. 'Customer service Point' filter on map search for Tracked 24/48 drop off

    I am first time user of click and drop. I purchased 'Track 48' for my parcel. In the instructions it stated '3 Take your item to a Royal Mail Customer Service Point.' with 'Customer Service Point' as a link to your services near me map search. I was unable to determine from the map results which locations are 'Customer Service Points'. I wasted time walking to my nearest post office who, could not take it. I am now unsure which local branches will take it and may be driving around all afternoon regretting not paying £4 more for sending from…

  16. Manifested orders - ability to recreate a new postage label with the same customers details on.

    When a customer places an order and its processed and manifested.

    There are times i need to resend an order out to the same customer. Could be to replace a faulty item as an example. Rather than having to recreate a postage label from complete scratch. It would be good to go to the manifested order and have the option for a drop down "Re-Create Postage Label" along with "Re-Generate Paperwork".

    This new "Re-Create Postage Label" option goes straight to creating a "New Order" but has all the customers name and address in already. Which saves having to enter it…

  17. scammers address highlight

    RM and online sellers are in the same boat. We are calculated that about 10% of the customers abuse the system and claim that they not received orders. RM cover this loses, but it would be much more easier if the address would be marked as a risky and this will allow RM and sellers to save money.

    Can someone from RM please explain why the Fuel surcharge which increased from 3% to 4% on 28 January 2019 has not been reduced as fuel costs are at an all time low.

  19. Make it clear BEFORE BUYING that Tracked 24 can't be left at a Post Office and have a list of CSPs on the website

    New to this service and it wasn't clear until after I paid for Tracked 24 that the parcel can't be left at a Post Office. Says I need to go to a CSP and there's a link to find a CSP but that only shows post boxes and sorting offices. Wish I hadn't used this service - I now need to find a CSP. If it's my local sorting office then that's 20 mins drive whereas my Post Office is 5 mins.

  20. Reinstate the SKU improvements which were lost on introduction of new label designs.

    Could you please reinstate the improvements which this forum called for and Click & Drop team developed and released a few years ago, but were then recently lost when the new label designs were released.

    Namely as follows:


    1. Increase SKU length to 40 characters.
      Improvement previously released in May 2017.
