More SKU's lines on the label
Hi Royal Mail team,
Please can you expand the number of SKU lines visible on Click & Drop labels?
At present, the “Customer Reference” block only shows ~3–4 lines of SKU text, even though the block itself has much more space available. The SKU list is vertically centred, leaving unused whitespace, and a large portion of the block is taken up by the logo area. In addition, the line “Royal Mail: UK’s lowest average parcel carbon footprint 200g CO2e” occupies space that could be better used for operational data.

Bug report: Unable to legally buy postage to the USA for parcels worth more than £593 ($800)
There is a critical bug in the new system for buying PDDP to the USA through click & drop. When declaring a package value of more than £593, the form errors out and fails to submit. The only way to buy postage for a package worth more than this value would be to falsely declare a lower value, which would be fraudulent.
£593 is roughly $800, so I presume this bug is related to the threshold for the previous duty-free limit.

Add DDP for Large Letters to the USA
Add Large Letters with DDP for the USA please.
80% of my orders are Large Letters to the USA and today I had to send them as Parcels which has increased my shipping costs hugely.2 votes -
I need to send letters and large letters to the USA via Click and Drop. This function is not available post RECIPROCAL TARIFF RATES
As far as I am aware sending documents to the USA do not attract Reciprocal tariff of 10%. This related only to Parcels. So no change required on Click and Drop.
Can this function be switched back on.

How to send letters to the USA?
How do I send letters to the USA using Click and Drop please? The option do to this was removed on Tuesday.
In his email dated 28th August your colleague Micheal Irwin (Director of Export) says this "If you only send personal correspondence to the USA, you are not affected by these changes“ So this is the reason for my query on letters.
I’ve had product codes added to my account for parcels but I need to send letters to the USA. I’ve been using product code DP3 previously for sending letters to the USA.

Need better tracking status updates
The tracking details, especially on international orders, does not update at all until the shipping is either delivered or is returned. I'm getting quite a few complaints and pressures about this from buyers.
We're in 2025. I am sure there must be a way for the postal services to have constant tracking updates, not only for international deliveries, but for local deliveries with the whereabouts can be tracked regularly.1 vote -
I'm getting regular 'unexpected problem' errors
I'm ending up with a lot of "Sorry, an unexpected problem occurred." when I try to print labels, or when the purchase is completed. They started to become regular occurance since the last update.

Twice attempted to arrange for parcel collection from another address.
First date for arranged collection Royal Mail e-mailed me to say no one at home when postman called yet the sender said he was in all day. I'd paid for the parcel label to be taken to the collection address. 2nd date arranged three days later. Paid a small fee for the next collection and on this date NO label taken to the collection address despite having paid for one so no collection made again. Total incompetence by Royal Mail. Shipping Rules - Filtering by SKU
Please add filtering rule by SKU, so we can create more advanced rules. Mainly we have may orders that goes by other shipping company but they are still imported to the C&D account so we need to delete them manually every day. If we have rule that not allow to import certain SKU's that would make out work a lot easier. Hope more people will vote for it too. So simple to add but crucial for some businesses.

IOSS number didn't pulled into Click&Drop from Amazon and eBay recently, please fix it ASAP, recently the parcels sent to the EU all don't have IOSS number display so a lot of customers refused to pay the customs duty and return the parcels which value less 50eur. This error impacting our business now. please fix it ASAP

Report/enquire/request help with Tracking Number
Being able to Report a missing parcel or enquire/request further help with the Tracking Number in question from user Click&Drop account would be great. There is no easy way to contact Royal Mail if a parcel is undelivered. For example a Tracked 24 Track Your Item page says it has been delivered, but no PROOF image has been uploaded. The current system is a never-ending loop of contact pages.

Marking Parcels as dispatched and deleting unused orders
1) For some time now it has not been possible to delete unused orders from New Orders, Orders ready for Printing and Orders Ready for Dispatch, so things are starting to getting a bit cluttered. Is there any way that the functionality can be returned?
2) Tracked and Signed For items are now automatically marked as dispatched when they are scanned at the Post Office but there seems to be some inconsistency with plain second class. Parcelforce integration
Are there any plans to add Parcelforce bookings to the current Click & Drop OBA services?
In the past I have used the Parcelforce website to make booking without any issues and drop the items off at the Post Office. Today I fired up the PF website only to find that things are now done via the consumer version of Click & Drop site. Well all I can say is what an absolute pain in the butt it was to book a simple parcel compared to the old PF site.

Some Customs Docs / AWBs are not printing in chronological order
We are having an urgent issue whereas AWBs in click and drop are not printing in chronological order, most are but some are not and it appears as totally random.
Once postage applied all is fine and in chronological order but then a few random ones go out of sync one the labels have been printed.
Also once manifested, the orders are not being marked as fulfilled in shopify and the tracking numbers are not uploading despite the 'mark orders as despatched on channel' icon (attached) being clicked.
It has been integrated with our Shopify for 2 years without issue…

Fix Wordpress > WooCommerce Integration. Order Import & Send Tracking Notes is Broken.
Integration to WordPress > WooCommerce is unreliable
Problems.
- Ignores random orders when importing them into Click and Drop.
I had to delete the integration and create a new one to force it to get a week's worth of orders it ignored. Then today it has randomly missed three orders again. It worked for a few days reliably after making a new integration and is now unreliable again.
We need a way to force an order import from WordPress > WooCommerce.
- It only sends tracking as a note randomly. Many orders that are Tracked 48 don't get any tracking sent.

Get C&D working with Safari on earlier Macs again...
Until last week, C&D was working perfectly fine for eight years on our MacBook Air despatch computers with Safari and then an update from Royal Mail killed it. Royal Mail tech support advice is to buy newer laptops, which for a small business isn't going to happen. Developers should just do their jobs and make sure changes are backward compatible.

Pass through References from Click and Drop to Invoice for Tracked 24/48
When using Tracked 24/48, no reference is carried through from the Click and Drop orders to the generated OBA order or the Invoice. This makes tying up payments to the correct job very difficult for our Accounts Team, as usually we reference the Job Number in the Product Description field. With Tracked batches there is just a random order number generated which doesn't help anything. Using Departments is not the solution, as we have a unique job number / reference number for every order we do.

Change C&D so that it pulls through the weight of the item when bulk printing
When you tick lots of orders, so that you can bulk edit, it then asks the weight. but each order has a different weight. if bulk editing, it should blank out the order weight field and pull in the induvial orders weight so that I can select the same postage option for lots of different orders. otherwise I now have to create each shipping label separately and this is very time consuming.

Every business parcel to Northern Ireland now requires us to manually enter the recipient’s XI EORI number. For each parcel, we must also manually re-enter the product name, declaration category, goods description, and value.
