  1. manually refresh orders from magento to bring them in quicker

    when its close to post collection time and we get a new order in magento 2, no matter how many times I refresh the click and drop screen, or if I log out and back in the order does not appear quickly enough. I assume it auto updates at set times in the background - a manual refresh option would be really helpful

  2. Beta - cannot clone

    In the new beta, I cannot search for a previous order and clone it.

    The option to clone appears only on the order list table view, and not the individual order page.

    In the beta, searching for an order and selecting it views the individual order. On the old page, it displays a list (of 1 order) where clone is available.

  3. Click & Drop Desktop Forgets Password

    The latest updates to Click & Drop desktop randomly forgets your password when the app starts up.

    It may be related to Click & Drop Desktop updating, or Windows updates, however it never used to happen and is very annoying when you rely on the service being on!

  5. Adjust the column widths on the order details table when expanding an order

    Currently when you expand "order details" to see a table of the products in the order, the columns have fixed uniform widths. There's no way to adjust them manually and no text wrapping, so if the contents of one cell is too long it gets cut off and there's no way to read it. Having all the columns the same width means that there are big spaces around the quantity and price fields (which are generally only a few characters long), and then the product name is squeezed into the same width and cut off.

  7. Support Permanent Setting To Include Post Office Drop-Off In Price

    Please add a setting to pre-tick "Include Post Office drop off in price" for all orders and also include the setting in API and dropbox integration so that we don't need to edit every tracked 24 order imported and then tick the box manually.

  8. Support Changing Trading Names After an Order is Created

    We use multiple Trading Names when drop-shipping.

    With the old order creation UI, the 'Trading Name' dropdown was at the top of the page. With the new Beta Create Order screen, the Trading Names part is further down the UI and therefore easier to miss.

    Would it be possible to do one or both of the following:

    1. Alter the layout so that the Trading Names dropdown is again at the top of the order creation UI

    2. Make it so that the Trading Name can be changed for an already created order prior to applying the postage in the event of…

  9. Make 'Despatch Date' Mandatory If 'Future Dated Orders' Selected in Settings

    On 'Allow Future Dated Orders', I would like Planned despatch date mandated before I can move on to the 'Apply Postage' screen. I often mistakenly forget to enter the planned date.

  10. Bug: Editing Customer or Product Details Not Reflected In Saved Products & Address Book Entries

    When you edit the customer address / product details during create an order, if you delete a line of text, it shows correctly on screen. However, the printed label (and entry in the address book) has the original line of text rather than the blank field.

    The only way around this is to edit the address / product data in the address book / product list before creating a new order.

    This needs correcting, as I often end up having to request a refund for labels because of this.

  11. Automatically select ADD' Customer Delivery instructions' to orders when doing as Batches

    Your new web interface deigns for CLICK and DROP - really need to address the need automatically select ADD' Customer Delivery instructions' to the print labels..... at present its a manual instruction which looks like a after thought bottom right of screen - many operators may miss this critical message!

  12. Mandate PO Box / Tax Identifier Number When Mandated by Destination

    Mandate PO Box numbers when sending to Dubai or UAE, when using Royal Mail tracked services.

    When posting to Brazil or Portugal you are required to Provide a Tax Reference Number, unless this box is filled you can't post the item

    For Dubai / UAE, shipments requires a PO Box number.

    If data is required, then it should be marked with asterisk and be mandatory.

  14. Book a Collection For More Than 10 Items

    I send 15-30 parcels each time, and I need to book it in batches of 10. Can you increase the limit please?

    It confuses the postie, as the see a few parcels to collect, but there is over 20 I give, as it booked under a different code, so they do not see how may in total they will collect.

  15. reinstate the availability of printing QR label for tracked services at delivery offices

    Previously I was able to get my QR label for tracked services printed at the delivery office. This service has now been removed, probably as not all offices could print the label. Surely the proper thing to do was to give all offices this ability instead of removing the service from all. Not everyone has a printer that is good enough to ensure the QR and barcodes are printed correctly.

  16. Suggestions For New Orders Grid

    New order page only shows one product per order and "+ 1 more item". This creates extra steps to see what an order contains.

    When applying postage, it opens in a new "tab" and you are unable to see what products are in the order.

    The font colour for product SKUs is too light and small, so it is more difficult to read.

    Order details should not open in new tab as it breaks the flow of the page.

    Customer name and postcode should not be in the same column, as it makes it more difficult to quickly scan for…

  18. Charging The 16p Supplement Charge Separately Causing Issues With Accounts Software Package

    This is causing havoc with my accounts package. If I have to pay an extra 16pence, it should be taken off at source, as it is difficult to balance books with an after the fact transaction.

  19. Shopify - import orders that are Authorized as well as Paid

    Currently Click & Drop only imports orders with a Paid status. However some merchants (like ourselves) prefer to manually capture payments, in which case the payment status is Authorized. I would like to either see an option to decide which payment statuses are imported or for Authorized to be considered the same as Paid (which they are).
