Can't buy postage for Canada
I'm unable to purchase postage for Canada, N0M 1G0. I get error "There are no services matching this criteria " and cant complete the purchase process.
I've tried both click and drop logged in account, and the website (without login). The website gives the error message: Sorry, there are no available services to this country.

Give batches a reference other than just a batch number
We have multiple batches for multiples customers. It would be good if you could name the batch with a job number or a internal reference so everyone knows what the batch is rather than just a batch number. We have people manifesting the wrong batch by mistake as sometimes the quantities are the same. This would make it so much easier to differentiate the batches

Please fix the bug to make shipping rules compatible with Amazon orders. Initially when we first joined Click and Drop we could have postage automatically assigned to amazon orders. It hasn't worked for quite some time.
Original Working Example:
Shipping rule selected all orders with the shipping method 'Amazon Shipping - Std UK Dom_1' and applied the appropriate shipping method.Then amazon changed the text string being fed through with their orders. For example 'Amazon Shipping - Std UK Dom_1 | Ship By Date: Feb 23, 2023, 23:59:59'

Issue with Parcel Drop-Off Confirmation Screen
I am experiencing an issue with the parcel locker service. Every time I post a letter, a screen appears asking, “Did you load the Parcel?” with options to select YES or NO.
• Regardless of what I press, a random locker compartment opens.
• Sometimes I receive an email confirmation that the parcel was dropped off, but other times I don’t get anything.
• I am unsure whether I should press YES, NO, or ignore the message altogether.While my parcels have been received so far, I don’t always get proof of posting, which is concerning. I need guidance on…

Duplicating deleted or refunded orders.
When deleting an order you system often re-creates the deleted order causing accidental purchases which then have to be refunded, once refunded you then add the refunded order back into the basket with postage applied causing yet another accidental purchase sending us both in circles unnecessarily. Fixing this could save much time and hassle for youself and your customers.

Bug: Reports / Manifested orders "Tracking status" filter out "Delivered" not working
Im trying to find a list of orders outstanding delivery.
Usually you can go in -
Reports / Manifested ordersFilter column "Tracking status"
Filter out value selected above "Delivered"
But its not working - Delivered is still showing in the column after applying the filter
Doesn't look like the tracking status column is allowing filtering on the Reports / Manifested orders page
Anyone else able to confirm the same

Reinstate Bold Font
Up until recently, the pending order list displayed the customer name in a bold font, making it easy to see each customer at a glance. As of this week, the bold has been removed, blending all the information and making identifying customers at a glance very difficult.
Please reinstate the bolt font for the customer name; it makes no sense to remove it. Thank you.

Develop a Packaging Add on Weight Rule so that the system could auto apply postage to orders with more than 1 product in, saving hours!!!
Not being able to auto apply postage to orders with more than 1 product is a huge pain point of the process with Click and Drop and adds hours onto our day when processing hundreds of orders. The only problem i can see is that we have had to add packaging and inserts weight on top of the product weights into Shopify product listings so that when the weights pull through to click and drop and follow a rule through to automatic posting for single product orders they are absolutely correct and we therefore do not get surcharges for incorrect…

Switch over Order Number and Channel Ref on Dispatch Notes so relevant to the end user customer for comms and RM returns portal.
Currently on dispatch notes, the order number given is a Click and drop generated number that is not relevant or applicable to the end customer receiving goods . The Channel Ref is the actual end users (customers who purchased a product) order number and will match anything sent to them on emails . This is extremely confusing for the end user customer receiving the order , as the order number is completely irrelevant to them and its the channel reference that is their true order number. Click and Drop - Unable to Edit Currency
It would be helpful to be able to edit the currency for an order when entered incorrectly. All other aspects of overseas order can be edited, but not the currency. I have to delete the order and re-enter with correct currency.

Compatability With Woocommerce's Official Shipment Tracking Plugin
Woocommerce has launched their official shipment tracking plugin.
Please make click and drop compatible with it rather than sending tracking details via an outdated method:

Alternatively, allow the sending of tracking details via order notes without marking the order as complete on woocommerce
OR
First send the tracking details into the order notes and THEN mark the order as complete.
All of the above allows tracking details to be embedded into the complete order email. RM's current solution does not.

More parcel postboxes please
My local parcel postbox is often full. The nearest is then another 5 mile drive, so I end up driving round trying to find one with space, or missing another day on the delivery time by waiting until the day after. More and more people are selling personal items on ebay/Vinted etc so we need more parcel boxes please.

Country specific hs-codes
When downloading order from Magento 2, Click and Drop downloads, if an hscode object is present under the Order->OrderItem object, please use this, falling back to the Products hscode if not present in the OrderItem.
Hs_codes in the OrderItem are order specific, and therefore country specific and this can be 10 digit HS codes.
Ireland are now returning to sender any items that don't include 10 digit country specific HS codes.
10 digit country specific HS codes are available under Order->OrderItem in my Magento store.
Please indicate and standardise in documentation how you download order specific 10 digit…

Senders Reference to be visible on invoice or invoicing reports
The invoice batches tracked parcels together the reports available only shows the tracking number RM have supplied making it impossible to reconcile against our own accounts. Senders Reference is supplied which is the reference we have for the order so believe this should be visible against the invoice somewhere.

Show the SafePlace for each order / delivery and allow bulk SafePlace assignment
There is no easy way to see the SafePlace for an order or delivery. You have to click "re-apply" postage for each delivery to see the current SafePlace. Also, you can't add SafePlace in bulk, which is really time-consuming.

The RM app doesnt work on foldables with a change of orientation
See the attached screen shots and look at all the information vanishing when switching from portrait to landscape on the Honor magic v2 (a £1600 phone). It does exactly the same on the Samsung galaxy fold 5 too.
You have an issue with your reactive design not adapting properly to anything not in a 16:9 aspect ratio.
