Sender's name WRONG on customs forms
The form automatically populates name of the signature on the customs form as the "sender". This is not (necessarily) the sender. For example, if the sender is a business - the sender name is instead replaced by the name of the signature on the customs form.
When I remove the signature name, it auto-populates the name from the payment details... It shouldn't keep borrowing names from all over the place when the trading address and customs details are clearly setup.2 votes -
Fix a bug which has been introduced about a week ago
After importing from a CSV and then appying postage to this batch of mail.
The screen starts flickering multiple times a second and locks out user input for a minute or so until its done.
The URL keeps flashing and updating with urls such as this;
This makes import and processing take about 4 times longer than the week before.

Filter orders by whether they have been booked for collection or not
After purchasing labels, I need to book orders for collection. First 10 items work fine as I can bulk buy them but for the next 15, I usually have to buy them one by one, due to slot situation. it's hard to look for the ones i didnt book collection for, when they are all in same column 'ready for dispatch'. I think it would be really helpful to filter those by whether they've been booked for collection or not.

Enable user to manually enter the postbox ID when the app cannot detect the postbox even though I'm standing right in front of it!!
Yesterday I tried the Proof of Posting thing in the app for the first time. I tried to scan my item several times, but the app could not detect the postbox I was standing next to. I could see the postbox ID so it would be good if I could add that retrospectively to the tracking after I'd put my item into the postbox. This was a Parcel Postbox.

Ditch the new layout and return to the old style. Absolutely nothing wrong with it. Now it's awful

Royal Mail Allowing printing of postage which is not legally accepted by Ireland.
Royal Mail will allow you to input customs data where an item has zero value.One might be led to thinking that if a product is a gift or has no intrinsic value because it's expired, etcetera, then this would be okay.
Irish Post reject instantly any item which contains a value under one euro.. I have confirmed this with Irish Customs and it's taken nearly a year.
I have literally lost a thousand pounds worth of postage because of this error.

C&D Shopify app does not update
The RM Click and Drop Shopify app does not accurately update tracking and completed deliveries into Shopify. This afffects the shop account very negatively as deliveries show outstanding when they are not and have been delivered. Only about 20% of deliveries show completed.

fix the Shopify discount syncing because double-discounting is causing incorrect customs declarations
Currently, the Shopify integration is incorrectly appling discounts twice. Shopify provides the line-item price with the discount already applied and a total discount line so you can see what the total discount is. However, Click & Drop then subtracts this "Total Discount" field again from the order summary.
This results in an artificially low "Total Value" for the order. This is a significant regulatory risk, as it leads to the undervaluation of goods on CN22 and CN23 customs forms for international shipments.
Request: Please update the mapping to ignore the Shopify total_discounts field if line-item prices are already being pulled…

Need better tracking status updates
The tracking details, especially on international orders, does not update at all until the shipping is either delivered or is returned. I'm getting quite a few complaints and pressures about this from buyers.
We're in 2025. I am sure there must be a way for the postal services to have constant tracking updates, not only for international deliveries, but for local deliveries with the whereabouts can be tracked regularly.4 votes -
Allow reports of Invoices and Despatched orders to cover longer periods
If personal data needed for accounting is lost, it becomes difficult to retrieve older records. The Click & Drop system only stores invoices and dispatch information for a little over one year. Requesting data older than that is extremely challenging, as there appears to be no direct way to submit a request or speak to someone for assistance.

On the Open Orders Screen, save Column Configuration
On the Open Orders Screen, save Column Configuration at Account Level (not via cookie)
Currently the configuration is saved throughout logins and logouts, but only until cookies are cleared. (I delete all cookies fairly often to prevent clutter.)
Column config ought to be saved as part of the account setup, not via a cookie.

Large letters can no longer be used for shipment - doubling postage fees
This is complete madness. My items which are small and qualify in size and weight as a Large Letter, can no longer be shipped as a large letter but a small parcel, DOUBLING the shipping costs!

BUG: Shipments can only be filled as 'Document'
What's going on with C&D lately? It's just covered in one problem after another. Today, I can't send any item in any other category but "Documents". But I am not sending a document...
I am unable to change the Declaration category to sales, commercial sample, gift, etc. It only allows Document to be selected. Any other attempts give the following error message:"A Personal correspondence shipment must use Documents Declaration category

Twice attempted to arrange for parcel collection from another address.
First date for arranged collection Royal Mail e-mailed me to say no one at home when postman called yet the sender said he was in all day. I'd paid for the parcel label to be taken to the collection address. 2nd date arranged three days later. Paid a small fee for the next collection and on this date NO label taken to the collection address despite having paid for one so no collection made again. Total incompetence by Royal Mail. I've cancelled my order on the item I was trying to buy. The booking system is un necessarily long winded…

Add Pay & Generate Labels With Collection
When you apply postage for an order, it would be great if you could pay for the postage and "book collection" on the same transaction. Currently, these have to be done separately, which is quite time-consuming.

Show Postage value on Orders Page
On the orders page you have the option to manage columns, but the one thing I cannot add to the page (tick) is a price column.
To record and total up postage I have used I have to manually enter it into my spreadsheet from the label during the calculation or once completed.
Also a price column would also help identify that I have applied the correct postage, especially where more unusual services have been requested.
Making existing columns smaller would easily accommodate this extra column.

Product Customer Code Length Issue
When shipping to the Republic of Ireland, a 10-digit customer code is required for customs clearance. However, in Click & Drop, the system only allows 6 digits to be saved.
As a result, we have to manually amend the customer code every time we create a shipment by API. If this is not corrected, the parcel gets held in customs and can be delayed for up to a month.
