Printing CN 22 Labels
I use the Standard A4 integrated S19 labels. This has always printed the CN 22 on a separate sheet, on the label at the foot of the sheet. The CN22s are now printing at the top of the sheet in portrait orientation meaning I am not able to use the sticky label. Can this be corrected.

On the Open Orders Screen, save Column Configuration
On the Open Orders Screen, save Column Configuration at Account Level (not via cookie)
Currently the configuration is saved throughout logins and logouts, but only until cookies are cleared. (I delete all cookies fairly often to prevent clutter.)
Column config ought to be saved as part of the account setup, not via a cookie.

Will I get an apology from admin for declining my bug notification?
CN22 total weight of items was always wrong because it matched the package label weight instead of just being a calculated weight of the items in the CN22.
I notified click and drop about this bug a long time ago and it was declined and I was told specifically that I was wrong and it was working correctly.
So can someone tell me why this issue has just been quietly fixed?

STILL unable to pay for labels on C&D website. One month now.
I've send this issue to support, I've posted on here and nothing is changing. Since C&D did the change of adding the billing name in the checkout, I am unable to pay for any labels and have to manually process all shipment from our Shopify store. WHEN WILL THIS BE FIXED?
The popup window for the payment card details, seem to not appear. I have not disabled any popup on my browser and the account doesn't work on any device or different computer. It's the payment processing that has a bug in it.1 vote -
Show Postage value on Orders Page
On the orders page you have the option to manage columns, but the one thing I cannot add to the page (tick) is a price column.
To record and total up postage I have used I have to manually enter it into my spreadsheet from the label during the calculation or once completed.
Also a price column would also help identify that I have applied the correct postage, especially where more unusual services have been requested.
Making existing columns smaller would easily accommodate this extra column.

BUG: Almost three weeks of not being able to buy postage - why is it not fixed?
I've complained about this before. Why is it not being fixed? It's now almost THREE weeks of on and off not being able to buy C&D postage online via the logged in site.
When you proceed to Payment summary - confirm - pay with debit card - nothing happens. The button just turns grey and doesn't allow you to finalise th purchase. PLEASE FIX IT.
It's not browser or device related and happens on all browsers, all devices.

Can't buy or pay for postage since 29-10-2025
I am unable to pay at all for postage on C&D since yesterday. When I try to pay, and click the pay button, it turns grey and doesn't do anything. I've tried reloading. removing cookies, restrating - nothing works.

Inaccurate Goods Codes
I noticed that the customs feature in C&D brings up faulty Goods Codes with no option to select accurate codes from the drop down selection. For example, if I ship small bottles below 30ml it has a specific code (which I add in the customs settings). But C&D often automates the code, switching it to "baby bottle", and you can't actually change it to the accurate Goods Code because it can never find any other options for glass bottles except two.

Correct your errors
My idea is that you sort out an error before another occurs. For example, It's been a few months since I reported an 'unexpected error' after paying for labels, so that I've had to use 're-generate labels' option to print them. You told me that it is a known error and your tech guys were working on it.

Parcelforce login doesn't work with existing account
It says on Parcelforce that you can login with existing Royal Mail account details, but when I use the Click&Drop login details it can't recognise any account.

Address edits do not appear on labels
Bug report:
When there are errors in an address in Shopify, or perhaps buyers have filled in the whole address on one row, and you edit them to correct them - the faulty address still appears on the printed labels.1 vote -
Label generation should open in new window
When labels are created in the same window, it leaves the login dashboard. It's really annoying when you have multiple tasks to do. Can it not open in a separate window/new tab to avoid this?

Allow easy trading name changes in new orders (from Shopify)
There should be the option to select between trading names for new orders - even if you have a default trading name selected.
It doesn't allow you to do that for new orders coming from Shopify integration.
To change trading name (for occasional shipments with a different shipping pickup or location) you have to manually fill in the recipient address in a new order. Only then can you pick the trading name.
This is very time consuming and tedious.
The option should be available for all new orders selected for label purchase.

Fix Wordpress > WooCommerce Integration. Order Import & Send Tracking Notes is Broken.
Integration to WordPress > WooCommerce is unreliable
Problems.
- Ignores random orders when importing them into Click and Drop.
I had to delete the integration and create a new one to force it to get a week's worth of orders it ignored. Then today it has randomly missed three orders again. It worked for a few days reliably after making a new integration and is now unreliable again.
We need a way to force an order import from WordPress > WooCommerce.
- It only sends tracking as a note randomly. Many orders that are Tracked 48 don't get any tracking sent.

Create user attribute to allow sub-user to see payment invoices
I've recently resolved a support case with Click & Drop Support where I was unable to access most invoices on the 'Payments' screen. The result of that case was that I can only access payments that had been made on my account and not any of the other sub-users.
Whilst this makes sense, the current user experience makes it seem like something is wrong as an error message is displayed saying the payment couldn't be found.
Few suggestions for improvements:
1. Can the invoices unrelated to the current user be hidden by default?
