Add Large Letters for USA
Now we can only send orders to the USA as Small Parcels!
This is costly, wastes excessive packaging for small items and not at all Eco Friendly. Not business friendly.
It's unbelievable that it's an option for over the counter customers but not for OBA customers8 votes -
Allow WooCommerce Customer Order Status to Sync.
Please allow custom order statuses to sync to click & drop, not just "Processing" orders.
Lot's of WooCommerce users use custom order statuses to manage orders, having only the "Processing" orders sync, leaves us to manually enter a large chunk of orders.
An extra field in the settings page where you can write the slug of the extra order statuses would fix the issue, and allow us to continue using Click & Drop.

Add ‘tubes’ as a category on click& drop- as available on 'send an item'
I have a click & drop account which syncs with Shopify. We sell mainly prints in tubes, and until recently we were able to send these as a small parcel. Now the dims for small parcels are far too small, but there is no dedicated tubes category (which there is on the 'send an item' service). The only option to send a tube on click & drop is a large parcel for which the cost is ridiculous- around £28 (Vs ~£6 on 'send an item'). This seem to be an omission- can you PLEASE add this functionality/category? Sending via unregistered…

Bring Back The Create Another Order Button on the Create Order Page
Following the recent update we have lost the Create Another Order button on the Create Order page. This slows the process of manually adding orders a lot as we have to go back into the create order page from the overview page every time.
2 votesThank you for your feedback.
We are currently working on adding this functionality to the new page. This page will be updated once the change is made.
Kind regards,

new Create Order Page April 2026
Friday 10th April 2026 the online create an order page worked well. All the bits you needed was there and you were able to create an order and NOT leave the form so the trading name stayed the same. That is the only reason we used the newer create an order page.
So Tuesday 14th April i go in to create my labels and find its all change. I don't like change at the best of times but BACKWARDS CHANGES just make no sense. And then to tell us we have LESS THAN A MONTH to get used to it…

You do not understand. To go to payments and invoices will show VAT for the MONTH. I need to see the VAT for one payment summary invoice. The VAT will show on the payment summary ON SCREEN but with a printed payment summary the VAT does not show. Until recently VAT did show on a printed payment summary ,someone has altered the software. Can you modify the software so VAT shows on a printed payment summary

Add Chile 'RUT' pre-tax registration scheme
Add Chile's RUT to pre-tax registration schemes, as eBay are now collecting sales tax, and Chile Post require all incoming items to have tax pre-paid. Items without this marked on them are subject to customs processing delays.

Allow 4 6x4 CN23 labels per A4 page
Since the switch to CN23, it would be helpful to allow 4 6x4 CN23 labels per A4 page, as with CN22.

API - what is the minimal data to post to generate a label?
I can successfully generate an order using the Click&Drop API. But for the label generation, I think that I need to also specify the shipping method.
However, each time I post a new order with the field
postage_detailsand add acarrierName, then I get a 400 Bad Request. The downloaded specification does include:
PostageDetailsRequest: type: object properties: serviceCode: type: string maxLength: 10 carrierName: type: string maxLength: 50However when I look at the https://api.parcel.royalmail.com/#tag/Orders/operation/CreateOrdersAsync endpoint,
I see no carrierName in the example. That seemed to be a problem when posting.Could you clarify which information is needed to…

Get C&D working with Safari on earlier Macs again...
Until last week, C&D was working perfectly fine for eight years on our MacBook Air despatch computers with Safari and then an update from Royal Mail killed it. Royal Mail tech support advice is to buy newer laptops, which for a small business isn't going to happen. Developers should just do their jobs and make sure changes are backward compatible.

Ability to Hold or Draft Orders Imported from WooCommerce
We currently use WooCommerce with the standard order workflow:
- Processing = order imports into Click & Drop
- Label created/despatched in Click & Drop = order marked Complete in WooCommerce
One area that causes significant operational issues is when a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
When this happens, we place the order On Hold in WooCommerce and contact the customer to obtain the correct address. Depending on how quickly the customer responds, the order may remain on hold for several days.
The problem is that these orders continue to appear alongside normal orders in Click & Drop. As…

validate country in address
There are problems with customers in the Channel Islands who still use the United Kingdom in their address for orders imported from eBay/Amazon marketplaces
When imported into C&D the country then appears as "United Kingdom Excluding Channel Islands" and does not display all of the correct delivery options. For example there are no delivery options for Parcelforce where orders are over 2KG.
The country should be "United Kingdom - Guernsey" or "United Kingdom - Jersey". There is no warning or error message from C&D.
The addresses correctly state Guernsey or Jersey and they have the correct postcode. C&D should be…

Parcel Force manifest has no breakdown of customer name or number of cartons, only consignments
Old WDM parcel force manifest used to clearly show the customer name and number of cartons, not just the number of consignments. Not knowing the number of cartons and blindly giving our boxes to the driver which just shows the number of consignments is clearly not workable. We used to have it, and we need it.

Allow amend Channel Reference
If sending an item under warranty (for example) it would be great to allow an edit of a cloned order number (to then add a suffix of w to highlight it's a warranty or a digit {1, 2, 3} to indicate the number of times this has been sent). Just a simple way of using pre-existing data in a way that is suitable for the company using Click & Drop.

Simplify the option to ship multiple boxes in an order
Why not have an option at the point of entering box weight to say how many boxes you are sending as part of the order, instead of having to go out into a separate page? We often ship up to 30 boxes for one order to the same address, so it would be much easier to just type "30" rather than adding a new box 30 times.

Dedicated Firearms Team
With ParcelForce there used to be a specific Firearms Team that dealt with Firearms related problems and queries, they have been disbanded this would seem to be a mistake, the requirements for shipping firearms are governed by legislation that will not be know to your normal helpdesk.

Firearms collections
The previous WDMO system would allow the collection to be booked in up to midnight the day before collection. The new system requires submission of a manifest by 1300 hours for next day collection. A paper copy of the manifest is supposed to stay with the collection and be filled out by the driver? Why when the drivers have the ability to scan the collection to the system have you gone backwards to using paper and pen?

Customer EORI & UKIMS numbers addition to address book
Any delivery to Northern Ireland by a business now needs the customs declaration fields filling in to comply with the Windsor Framework. If there were fields available in the address book to store EORI and UKIMS numbers, these could be automatically added to a job rather than copy / paste entry, or manual entry which leads to errors. If the customer was not UKIMS registered and the account holder was declaring, the system could use the account holder's EORI number and UKIMS number stored in the company details field.

Add Order Weight to XLS Report Export
When exporting dispatched orders to XLS in the Reports area, include the order weight field. Our business is monitoring our carbon impact, therefore requires the weight in order to calculate c02.
