  1. Business name not coming through from Amazon Business orders

    Does not happen on every order. I think it is due to the 'Amazon Business SARL' or whatever it says, in the first line on Amazon Business orders.This has resulted in several orders being returned as 'address invalid' or similar. Have reported to Amazon already and reporting to you here also

  2. Website Display Error on Printing Payment Breakdown Statement (VAT Record)

    Click & Drop Dashboard -> Payments

    As the company's accountant, the detail under each entry on this Payments page is great for the purposes of VAT and seeing at a glance domestic vs international shipping. You don't offer a way to print this natively, which is fine; the browser's Print function is enough for me to save it to pdf for our records.

    However, only when looking under print preview and the final saved/printed file (ie not when viewing in the browser), a ribbon overlay appears on the second page, which can cover the records themselves, if there is more…

  3. The manifest system requires a drastic overhaul to better serve its users and improve functionality.

    The manifest used by Royal Mail needs significant improvements to enhance accountability and user-friendliness. It should provide more than just a summary; it needs to serve as a definitive proof of posting with a detailed list of the contents sent. This information should be accessible on the platform, allowing users to generate a proof of posting for any customer as needed.

  5. QR code for tracked returns

    I have tracked returns enabled on my account, and can email / post a returns label, but a lot of people do not have printers nowadays, is there a possibility of having a QR code enabled to send to customers as this would make it a lot easier, I know the facility is available as ebay/amazon and some online stores already have it,

  6. Maybe keeping your account holders in the loop as to changes

    Maybe keeping your account holders in the loop as to changes in the software would be a great idea and if you are NOT going to print counties on the labels that the facility to map this is removed!

    I have just wasted time and over 1000 labels before I noticed you FAILED to print this

    People are not mind readers - I wish we could be - so a little customer care would be appreciated !

  7. Automatically import images from marketplaces!

    PLEASE make it so images import from marketplaces (eBay, Amazon etc) to help prevent mistakes when sending incorrect items etc. I don't know why this isn't the case already. Uploading a CSV is not viable for most.

    Amazon have introduced a brand new Amazon.ie marketplace in the last few days but there is no Amazon.ie integration in C&D as yet so we are having to manually create dozens of postage labels every day. Kindly add an Amazon.ie integration ASAP. Thanks!

    I am writing to suggest a couple of enhancements concerning the management of shipping methods within the Click & Drop platform, specifically in the shipping rules creation area.

    Automated Cleanup of Historical Shipping Methods: It would be highly beneficial if the platform could automatically remove shipping methods that are not active or have not been used in the last 12 months from the dropdown list in the shipping rules creation area. This would help streamline the process of creating new shipping rules and ensure that only relevant shipping methods are visible, reducing clutter and potential errors.

  11. Update Tracked 24/48 to collected when Business Collection takes place

    Royal Mail Tracked is not tracked when the driver collects. Please can you update the tracking using the manifest when collected not when the packet gets to the super hub the next day?

    It was impemented for personal customers last year:

    Second class post tracking is fine and shows the following message when the driver collects:

    It is far too difficult to find out how much one has actually been charged for an item. If it is on the system at all it is not easy to find.

  13. Compatability With Woocommerce's Official Shipment Tracking Plugin

    Woocommerce has launched their official shipment tracking plugin.

    Please make click and drop compatible with it rather than sending tracking details via an outdated method:

    Alternatively, allow the sending of tracking details via order notes without marking the order as complete on woocommerce

    OR

    First send the tracking details into the order notes and THEN mark the order as complete.

    All of the above allows tracking details to be embedded into the complete order email. RM's current solution does not.

  14. Duplicating deleted or refunded orders.

    When deleting an order you system often re-creates the deleted order causing accidental purchases which then have to be refunded, once refunded you then add the refunded order back into the basket with postage applied causing yet another accidental purchase sending us both in circles unnecessarily. Fixing this could save much time and hassle for youself and your customers.

    VOEC number for Norway or other VAT system scheme's should automatically be pulled through from eBay / Amazon etc integration with their unique number, similar to how the IOSS number is pulled through.

  16. Allow us to enter TARIC Additional Codes

    Given it is now a legal requirement, since January 2022 to include certain TARIC Additional Codes for sending items to the EU for certain TARIC codes in order to pass import controls, please allow us to enter TARIC Additional Codes on our customs declarations.

    I believe these go in Box 11 of the CN23. So allow me to generate CN23s for all orders regardless of value, and allow me to enter data into.box 11 of the CN23.

  18. Put 'Customer Name' in Bold Font on the Orders Grid

    Up until recently, the pending order list displayed the customer name in a bold font, making it easy to see each customer at a glance. As of this week, the bold has been removed, blending all the information and making identifying customers at a glance very difficult.

    Please reinstate the bolt font for the customer name; it makes no sense to remove it. Thank you.

  19. Develop a Packaging Add on Weight Rule so that the system could auto apply postage to orders with more than 1 product in, saving hours!!!

    Not being able to auto apply postage to orders with more than 1 product is a huge pain point of the process with Click and Drop and adds hours onto our day when processing hundreds of orders. The only problem i can see is that we have had to add packaging and inserts weight on top of the product weights into Shopify product listings so that when the weights pull through to click and drop and follow a rule through to automatic posting for single product orders they are absolutely correct and we therefore do not get surcharges for incorrect…

  20. Switch over Order Number and Channel Ref on Dispatch Notes so relevant to the end user customer for comms and RM returns portal.

    Currently on dispatch notes, the order number given is a Click and drop generated number that is not relevant or applicable to the end customer receiving goods . The Channel Ref is the actual end users (customers who purchased a product) order number and will match anything sent to them on emails . This is extremely confusing for the end user customer receiving the order , as the order number is completely irrelevant to them and its the channel reference that is their true order number.
