  1. Retain Weight as Imported when Applying Postage in Bulk

    There is no way at all to bulk assign postage and retain the weight specified by Shopify for each order.

    I would love it if we could simply select all our orders of any one package format, go to Apply Postage and for there to be a tick box that enables it so all the weights already assigned to the orders are used, instead of inputting one weight for all the parcels.

    We also need a method of assigning the weight to orders before Applying Postage for manually created orders

    We already import quantity of units for orders.


    Could you provide some context as to how the condition of the goods you have sold is used in processing a shipment?

  4. Add Custom Label Positioning to OBA / Business Accounts

    If you buy the suggested labels - 4 per page - you cannot choose the position of the label.

    If you have small order numbers, you end up with lots of label sheets with unusable labels. This is wasteful. Bizarrely, personal accounts are able to customise the position.

  5. Allowed to select "Parcel" and "RM48 LBT"

    I have been incurring penalties for RM48 LBT parcels. An investigation has uncovered that I do not have RM48 parcel service, only Large Letter, but I have been allowed to choose size "parcel" and service "TRS48" which is a large letter ONLY band thus incurring a £1 penalty for every parcel.

    Hello, thank you for your suggestion. TRS 48 LBT (Letter Box-able Tracked) is available on parcel format to afford you the full 1000g weight limit TRS48 supports. You must still adhere to the service specifications, which for letter box-able includes a weight limit of 1000g, and dimensions matching that of Large Letter. Please speak with your account manager to get the full details of your services specifications. We will consider changes to make these limitations clearer in the future.

  6. TRS Service and Large Letter / Parcel

    TRS Large Letter Tracked.

    Please can you implement a setting for TRS so that Shipping Rules work for both formats. There is no way for Click & Drop to tell the difference between Large Letter or Parcel, when using TRS above 750g (750g-1kg). A drop-down menu on products would be good.

  7. Display Customer Phone Number On International Shipments

    Please add an option to add the customer phone number to the printed shipping label. This is necessary for some of Royal Mail's international delivery partners as they sometimes require the phone number to be visible in order to deliver the package to some locations/buildings.

    On the orders open page there are lots of headings to choose from to display or hide, but there isn't a way of showing if the items are parcels or large letters.

    It would be great if Click and Drop could be integrated with the SquareUp selling platform as at the moment I would have to take orders via one platform and then manually log in to C&D and enter all the order information again by hand which is really time consuming and off putting.

  11. Remove Refunded and Awaiting Refund Labels From Orders Grid

    When a postage label is awaiting despatch it can be refunded. This is done when the wrong postage is selected is wrong or the customer cancels their order. The postage label remains at status awaiting refund for a number of days however it remains in the 'orders awaiting despatch' list. You may not want to despatch this order but can accidentally do so in the period it takes for the refund to go through. Could orders awaiting refund not be visible in the 'orders awaiting despatch' list but still be searchable from the drop down lists.

  12. Label Generation: Customise Document / Label Order

    We have set Click & Drop for returns labels to print as well as the send-to address labels.

    Consensus amongst the despatch staff is we don't want this because the send-to label comes out first, so they will end up using the wrong label. The despatch process is that the last task is to put the send-to address label on the packet.

    I know you may think this is splitting hairs, but the reality is if we can’t have the returns label come out first, it’s useless. It’s just not worth taking the risk that parcels will be returned to…

  13. Show a Manifest Summary Before Submitting Manifest

    When Manifesting at the end of the day, prior to committing to the manifest, can you pop a box up giving a table including the average weight for each product code that will be submitted to OBA. This will allow us to double check we are within our weight bands for costing purposes and allows us to adjust orders at the last minute. for example, to switch items from 2nd to 1st, if 1st is just over the 2kg average.

  14. Improve Post Code Validation

    UK Postcodes. C&D accepts normal postcodes as eg AB12x3CD and AB123CD as valid but rejects AB12xx3CD as invalid (x represents a space). Surely it should be simple enough to either strip all spaces or reject those with no spaces.

  15. WooCommerce Orders Are Importing with 'Unrecognised' Country.

    When orders made via WooCommerce transfer over to Click & Drop, the county names are not displayed, and instead it shows the ISO codes provided by WooCommerce.

    This request is to have these codes mapped to the county names to enable addresses to be complete and correct to avoid undelivered orders.

  17. Show Trading Name Logo on Open Orders Page

    Under the heading "Channel" there is a picture of a piece of paper and a shopping cart.
    When you hover over the "picture" it says which of our trading names we used on that order.
    We have an icon set in the preferences for each of our trading names, so why can't they be shown in the Channel instead of the same unnecessary picture for all trading names/channels?

    Currently the dispatch note displays the product items but not costs. It would be handy to have an option to display this, along with a breakdown of tax and postage costs.

  19. Add intergration for Folksy

    Folksy is the UK version of Etsy, there is a lot of sellers on there who also sell on Etsy which you have integrated already. I think lots of Folksy sellers who are on CandD would benefit from this integration.
