Add IOSS to letter sized envelopes. Items of value (such as stickers, a greeting card) can and are sent in letter sized envelopes
Small items of value that are sold by small businesses in the UK (through platforms such as Etsy) and sent to the EU have to be posted as a large letter in order to meet IOSS rules because Royal Mail does not print IOSS on a letter sized envelope.

Add a page where you can add buyer names that are known for scamming
Amazon A-Z is a well know internet scam these days and royal mail tracking does not do anything for Amazon, they still refund the customer. We have a couple of regular customers that do this, we can't block them like on ebay and with many orders we sometimes miss them. Just add a page where we can add names or addresses, that then come up with an alert when they buy. Like an exclamation mark similar to international orders. This would be beneficial to both us and royal mail as it would stop many claims.

Postage Method
In the new BETA C&D when applying postage we must be able to see what postage method the buyer has selected. In the non BETA version we can slightly scroll up and can see what the postage method is, usually Royal Mail 48 but this changes if the buyer upgrades to RM24 and so on.
On eth BETA version we cannot see what postage method needs to be applied to an order on the 'Apply Postage' page.

BETA UI orders list 'status' field - make optional
Can the "Status" field be selectable under the column manager akin to other columns, as takes up screen space on small displays causing scrolling - it may not be relevant to all users when it just says 'manifested' for every entry...

Remove menu from select all rows in beta UI
Select all rows in the beta is a menu with either "Select All" or both select and deselect all.
Either way it requires 2 clicks and a mouse movement to use.

Beta Orders Grid: Cannot Select & Copy Text
In the Beta version of the Open Orders Page, I am not able to highlight and copy text, such as channel order number, customer name, and postcode. These details are often used to check/match orders back in the platform or third-party software.

Special Delivery Orders not being marked as despatched after manifesting
An ongoing issue that means when a special delivery order is manifested it is not getting marked as despatched. Therefore if there is any delay for these orders, the tracking states RM are still expecting the shipment, even though they already have it. Doesn't happen with RM24, they are showing as despatched as normal, only seems to affect Specials,

Display Future Despatch Date After Applying Postage
When we are not getting a collection on the day we are applying postage, we change the dispatch date but we are unable to check that the correct dispatch date has been entered for all orders. If there was a way to see the dispatch date that had been applied this would be beneficial so we could re-apply the postage to any that were not correct.

Add Ability to Sort by Weight in New Orders Grid
The new Orders Grid is missing a feature found in the original.
You can sort by weight, so that it shows the lightest in order down to the heaviest.

BETA display multiple items on orders rather than "+1 item"
We print off check sheets each day to ensure we are packing correctly, print screening straight off click n drop. When customers purchase multiple orders it use to give a preview of 3-4 items before flowing onto "+X items" if there was more. Now it simply displays the first items only then "+1 item" or so. This is frustration as if someones ordered 5 items, It'll only ever show the first item then "+4 items" which on the checksheet it doesn't show what that is. An option to be able to expand orders would be great, rather than having to…

Deleting "Where are you sending it from" addresses.
I'd like to be able to delete old addresses from the "where are you sending it from"/"sender" tab.
I'm always afraid I'll click the wrong address by accident.

New Shopify Integration App not fulfilling all despatched orders in Shopify
If a Shopify order contains a non-shipable product add-on (like engraving or gift wrap) the App doesn't update the order status to fulfilled when the label is printed. Which it did previously.
Shopify handles these product enhancements as a non-standard temporary product which has no option to set a 'Product Location' or 'Requires Shipping' status.
I won't be the only person seeing certain orders not switch to being fulfilled when the label is printed.
The prior version just marked the shopify order fulfilled when the label was printed. You probably need an option to allow this or all these orders…

return address
The facility to not show sender's address is not available in the beta system but it is in the old system. If it has to be there then the faciliuty to use another address (stored) needs to be made available. Currently it does not allow a change from the default address

Add tracking numbers to confirmation email
Currently the order confirmation email gives the name and address + QR code for each parcel but not the tracking number, it would be very useful if you could add that please to save logging in and going through order by order to get them.

Allow Address to be Added to the Address Book For Previous Orders
Allow past orders to be added to the Address Book or a Deafult to add all orders to the Address Book, rather than having to select each.

When adding a new integration make the options appear on screen for mobile users
As a mobile user I would like to be able to setup a new integration but I can't, as the popup window that shows all the integration logos is larger than a mobile device screen. I have to use a desktop to set this up as the the 2 rows on the right hand side are completely inaccessible on mobiles. This is an issue when trying to setup a WooCommerce integration.

Don't put refunded orders back into the 'Ready for Printing' section
When a label refund has been accepted, the order moves back into the 'Orders Ready for Printing' session. If you have orders in there that you haven't purchased yet, this can lead to re-purchasing the refunded label. You may find yourself stuck in the cycle forever 😱
