'Send an Item' through Click and Drop OBA
I sometimes have to send one off business items as 'stamped' mail, or create occasional pre-paid returns label for customers.
It's a shame I can't use my OBA to create first or second class mail that I can bung in a post box.
Instead I have to do it via the standard Royal Mail Send and Item Now, which is a faff on many levels, especially when I have a business account sat there with all my details.1 vote -
Option of sorting orders by Product Details (Product Name and SKU) alphabetically
There is an option to sort all orders by any header but not by Product Details which is the product name and SKU. That would be very helpful because it would allow us to print the orders in a nice order and pack the repeated product. Now, it's all mixed up and the same product can be 1st, then 30th. As the option for sorting by different headers is there already, I think it's not a big problem to allow us to sort by product details. I can see from previous requests that there is more people seeking this option.

Make it possible to check the time slot that was booked for click and collect
It would be nice if I knew what time my parcel was being collected at, I have had no confirmation or anything and there is nowhere online to check

Overwrite Existing Product Data option not working
We have numerous products setup, but often the weight differs slightly on the final weighed package to what I have pre-set (default)for that product. This is usually down to variations with amount of packaging etc.
Obviously this is not an issue for domestic posting as I can alter the final package weight when I get to the Apply Postage page.
However, with international items I may need to amend the product weight to reflect this final package weight so that the CN22 information is correct. When I do this I do not want it to change my default weight for…

Need to have SKU in reports of click and drop
SKU is mandatory to export the orders in XL Sheet for generating bills and invoices from the reports.

Automatically refund postage when label generation fails
It is very frustrating when you pay to produce postage labels, then the email you receive says 'QR code unavailable'. This happens occasionally for no apparent reason. It also happens consistently if the addressee has special characters in their name, like Jürgen.
You then have to wait over a week to be refunded. Even if you call customer service, they will refuse to refund earlier and tell you to wait.
- Your developers should receive alerts each time this happens.
- There needs to be an option to request an immediate refund if the QR code / label fails to generate.

Smaller Shipping Label Formats
I send parcels to family in Australia and the postage is often significantly cheaper online but if it’s a small package, the label that prints out is too big for the available space. Is there a way to print out a smaller version of the postage label rather than having to pay a higher price at the Post Office?

Show Username in Dashboard and Header
Can you please look into having the username clearly visible on the Dashboard of the Click and Drop Accounts. As a large Mailing House and since the swtich off of STL/SD1/T24 etc on OBA, we now have access to 12 C&D accounts, all with different end billing account numbers. This number is growing each week. We really need the username/account name to be visble somewhere on the Dashboard as we are alwasy swapping bewtween these accounts and it is very easy to genrate an order on the wrong account. Generate the required customs forms for posting goods to the Channel Islands

These forms are not currently generated by the Click & Drop service. The service should generate them.

Automatic Total on CN22
When creating manual orders the total order value has to be input on the first create order page and is optional. When creating orders that need a CN22, the value of each item has to be input, but the total value for the CN22 is taken from the optional order value field on the first create order page. I request that a modification is made so that the system adds up the total value of the items on the CN22 and inserts that automatically into the total field. This would make life easier for users and also avoid errors.

Bug with Date Filter selecting incorrect date.
When you filter with the Date column by selecting October 31, changing the filter again will select the wrong date (one day earlier).
For example:
STEP 1: Click the Date filter (either Manifested or Open orders) tab, then on the calendar double-click to select October 31.October 31 will now show above in the Filter Value box in (hard to read) light grey.
STEP 2: Now double-click to select October 28 and it will instead incorrectly set October 27 as the date in the Filter Value box.
This occurred using the latest Chrome browser on Windows 10.

able to remove orders being pulled through who have selected click and collect
I would like an option that if someone has selected click and collect on the woo commerce site that they aren't pulled through to click and drop.

Revert back to previous order of printing labels and CN22
The print order seems to have changed again recently, for the worst.
Previously the CN22 was always printed on the top left of an A4. This meant that you could select a DIFFERENT position for the postage label. Now both the CN22 and the postage label are set up to be printed in the same location. Not very convenient.
This does not seem to be adequately covered in the settings options.
Ideally it should be possible to select a different position for each of the Label and CN22. If not revert back to the previous situation of the CN22 always…

Update Delivery Company on EKM when tracking number is sent
Currently the tracking number is updated on EKM on manifesting. The order on EKM shows the number, but the delivery company is not updated, so the URL for the tracking is not created. The consequence is that any dispatch emails sent to customers are missing the tracking and Payment gateways, e.g. PayPal are not updated automatically with tracking (an important fraud prevention). The orders can have the delivery company added manually, one by one, but it is time consuming, Please can Click and Drop add Royal Mail as the delivery company in EKM when the tracking number is passed through?

IOSS reporting for 'documents'
We sell books, which occasionally are quite heavy. If a book or set is over 2 kg, we cannot use the 'parcel' field on Click & Drop. We have been assured that we can, however, send them as 'documents' as long as no personal correspondence is included.
However, if I select 'documents' the IOSS box in the customs field disappears. I am aware that Click & Drop is not currently set up for IOSS reporting for items marked as 'documents,' but it is necessary for our particular business to be able to do so. Our customers have already paid the…
