  1. Send the 'delivery confirmation' number to woocommere

    You currently send the tracking number and a delivery confirmation number to ebay. This is the exact same that you can and should do for woocommerce.

    Currently you only send the tracking numbers into the WC notes field, and you do not send the 'delivery confirmation' numbers.

    There is no reason why you cannot allow place into the WC order a note when there is a delivery confirmation number.

    Without this information our business is not able to keep track of delivery confirmations and does not allow us to manage and communication about the delivery status.

  2. Send delivery confirmation number to Squarespace

    The Squarespace integration is currently lacking the ability to send the delivery confirmation number from Click & Drop to Squarespace.

    This means if you mark the orders as despatched via Click & Drop, the customer is sent (untracked_service) in their dispatch confirmation email - which is confusing and not a great customer experience.

    This feature is available via Shipstation so it is possible.

  3. DropBox Retirement. C&D Desktop Falls Short (A step Backwards)

    As you know you are retiring the DropBox method in June so the alternative that you are offering needs to offer the same service or better. As it stands it’s a step backwards having a Maximum Limit of 50 Labels per batch!

    My system includes the weight and service in our orders CSV Batch File and we use the DropBox method so all labels are generated regardless of an order amount being above 50 but the ‘Desktop Versions’ works differently. If above 50 on the Desktop Version it displays a sidebar notification warning that the labels will not be generated!…

  4. Add 'collection' option to click & Drop accounts

    Stop having to log out of a Click & Drop online account to be able to arrange collection from home address. Presently this is the only way to arrange and pay for collection, which negates the useful integration features of the account, and prevents customers spending more money with you....

  5. Bold Print for more than 1 qty ordered for an item

    Prior to last release, any item that was ordered with a quantity more than 1, was shown in Bold. This has now disappeared. This was a very useful for order packing to ensure the right quantity is sent.

  6. Clone Manifested Orders

    I would like to be able to clone from a manifested order, not just orders that are new.

    There are times i need to resend an order out to the same customer. Could be to replace a faulty item as an example. Rather than having to recreate a postage label from complete scratch. It would be good to go to the manifested order and have the option for a drop down "Re-Create Postage Label" along with "Re-Generate Paperwork".

  7. Make Open Orders Top Menu Options a Permanent Settings Option

    On the OPEN ORDERS screen that ALL online stores and everyone uses to generate labels - you can remove/add options using the colomn bar at the top of the top using the COG symbol - THESE SETTINGS SHOULD BE MADE PERMANENT OPTIONS in the Click and Drop System - So you can choose to have Store Postage Method as a Permanent Selection on your account, or NOT have Country as a Permanent Selection on your account.   8. Always show Tracking field when searching a shipped order

    Finding a shipped order by searching customer name or postcode is lightning fast and really useful, however the tracking field can only be obtained by going to Settings, ticking the Tracking box and then getting the tracking field to come up. There is no way to "Save page settings" preferences so this has to be done every time. As finding tracking must be the most common reason to search an order it would be great to have this field automatically showing please..

    you can enable the tracking number column without navigating away from the page using the cog icon in the top right of the grid. Once you have enabled the 'tracking number' field it will remain visible, as these settings are retained by your computer. If columns  disappear when you navigate away and return to the page, please review your browsers settings.

  9. Bug - restore Country of Origin to new CN22 customs labels

    The recent version (April 2020) of the CN22 customs label shows Harmonized System Codes, but no longer prints Country of Origin. Please fix.
