Search Function is Broken
The search function is currently not working correctly (for the past few days). When searching using a postcode / order number / customer name. It shows "No orders matching inserted date could be found. Even though there are orders that exist under this data. Tested across 30 different orders.
I've called the click n drop helpline and the fixes advised were (fixes not worked):
- Delete cookies
- Log out and log back in
- check internet connectionIt makes checking order status impossible for customer enquiries.

Allow EDITS to orders
I find it very frustrating that as soon as I click on the order, I can't edit anything in it. All I can do is select the kind of postage it needs. I now have one order which needs itemized content for customs forms and I can't edit it, I can't add to it. Why should we not be able to edit the orders?

allow small volume sellers to use one mailsack for 24 and 48, and maybe all post
I don't have many sales, so often I have about 10 items to post, but if I want to offer a choice between 24 and 48 to my customers, I have to hand in 2 bags and a third for international.

No longer able to added more than 20 HS Codes to a parcel
We used to be able to add more than 20 different HS Codes to parcels we send to Northern Ireland and as a Wholesaler who ships multiple products to customers in Northern Ireland this was extremely useful but for some reason this feature has now been removed. We use the import facility and then allocate the items to the relevant parcel as we have multiple parcels to the same delivery address.

I would like to suggest that shipping rules need to be improved.
I would like to suggest that shipping rules need to be improved as I tried to create the shipping rules but I failed because there isn't an option to enter the weight of the mailer box (Tare weight empty mailer box) where the products will be placed in. Result of this I can't use shipping rules as the weight would come up completely wrong.
I would like it if you could pass this message to some management team and they could make some improvements to resolve this issue ...and all businesses could set shipping rules which would be correct.
Needs Net weight of the mailer box + the product weight
because at the moment current shipping rules apply only for the product weight not the actual mailer box, where I have to pack the products in.
Hope I explained and would like to hear from you with some improvements.

Order status slow updates on ebay since the new click and drop dashboard
Orders marked as dispatched are taking longer than they use to on ebay sometimes over a hour.
Before it was not very quick but its even worse now

Would you consider extending the API pull for eBay orders to 1 hour?
15-20 minutes is just too fast. No time to make a coffee, rethink life choices, or stare at the screen wondering if new orders even exist.
Honestly, 1 hour sounds better. Maybe 6 hours for premium suspense. Turn Click & Drop into a proper mystery box experience.
Nothing beats refreshing Royal Mail Click & Drop and asking: “Will the orders show up today, or is it a tomorrow problem?”
At this point it’s less “order syncing” and more “character building for sellers.”

More SKU's lines on the label
Hi Royal Mail team,
Please can you expand the number of SKU lines visible on Click & Drop labels?
At present, the “Customer Reference” block only shows ~3–4 lines of SKU text, even though the block itself has much more space available. The SKU list is vertically centred, leaving unused whitespace, and a large portion of the block is taken up by the logo area. In addition, the line “Royal Mail: UK’s lowest average parcel carbon footprint 200g CO2e” occupies space that could be better used for operational data.
Our proposal:
Move the SKU list to the top of the Customer Reference block and allow more lines to display.
Relocate the carbon footprint tagline into the smaller 10 mm band below the delivery address and above the Customer Reference block.
Allow optional suppression or resizing of the logo area to free more room for SKUs.
Why this matters:
Warehouses rely on SKUs printed on labels to pick and pack quickly. Currently many businesses are forced to implement additional scanning/paperwork systems just to work around this limitation. Expanding SKU visibility directly on the Royal Mail label would reduce errors, speed up packing, and save both sellers and Royal Mail operational headaches.This improvement would benefit a large number of e-commerce sellers and fulfilment operations — many of us are eagerly waiting for it.

I would like to be able to delete orders from the Open Orders Screen
I know this has been asked before. Previously, I found a way to delete unwanted orders, by clicking on the order and selecting delete from the order details screen, one at a time. Now the site has been updated that does not work either. So Now I cannot delete any unwanted orders from open orders, or the individual order screen. Would it be possible to look into this and see if an adjustment can be made, to allow deletion of unwanted orders? Thank-you.
Update_:- This has now caused me to send the wrong item to the wrong person and cost me the cost of the item and postage. "Something went wrong", with generating the label and subsequently the correct label didnt get printed, so it went to the one at the top of the list, which wasnt the correct one. Must be more careful and triple check the correct label is applied.

Allow merging of orders with different postage
Fulfilment customers integrated into C&D sometimes get their customers ordering then making an additional order but with different postage - standard then first class - but C&D will then NOT allow these orders to be merged even though all other information is the same. It means that the 2 orders for instance can't be merged and sent with the same postage service saving both sender and recipient money.

Field Mapping Order
When uploading databases to C&D the mapping field order has changed. We generally use name, address etc and then Weight, Package Size and Service Code. These fields used to appear near the top on the fields list. They are now nearer the bottom so we have to scroll to othe bottom of the list when mapping the data. The importer fields are now at the top. Which are only used for international mailings. Surely it makes more sense to have the standard name and address fields at the top? Or it would be good to have the option to mark as 'favouries' so all C&D customers have the option to list the fields they use at the top and the irrelevant ones can stay at the bottom.

Option for manifest to itemise orders being despatched
It would be very helpful for the manifest to have the option to detail the orders being despatched.
Currently parcel labels have no despatch date and the manifest only tells you the total number of orders (not parcels) being despatched, but not which orders are being despatched. The parcelforce system detailed each order being despatched which aided the team handing over the parcels..

Add despatch date to the delivery label
Please can we have the despatch date clearly marked on the delivery label?
Currently there is nothing on the label to indicate despatch date and the manifest doesn't list the parcel numbers either so it is more difficult than it needs to be to ensure the right parcels are despatched.

sort out integration with Google address book
C&D used to integrate fully with my Google Address book, autofilling the book when I have a new customer and populating the C&D page when I began to enter a customer name for existing customers. Now it will only pull the name from Address book when you start to type it but not address, phone email etc. Can this be rectified?

Increase log out time
Can you please increase the time before Click and Drop logs you out from 20 minutes to several hours?
We are Parcelforce customers, we were able to leave WDM on basically all day without logging out which is handy as we process ecommerce orders as they come in.

Add delivery date/time to Manifested orders report export
It is useful to export the manifested orders report in order to analyse delivery status, however it would be even more useful if the 'delivered date/time' could also be added.
This would allow us to do our own 'performance measurement', and give us insight into where we need to be adjusting our handling times and delivery expectations.1 vote -
Filter Orders by Stock Location
We print orders from two different locations, and it would be much easier to manage if we could filter orders by stock location. Adding a stock location column seems like a simple enhancement. Could this feature be considered? I believe many users would find it very useful.

Manifest API
Please could you look into returning the "OBA order #" that is displayed within click and drop via the API also when you create / get a Manifest entity, this would then allow us to then match each manifest to its docket on the invoice supplied.

Add a Quantity box in order details like the old WDM system for multiple parcels to same address
The old WDM system was simple for this, instead of having to go through the stupid way its done now and dragged out process, simply add a quantity box would be way more simple and user friendly and faster. there is to many moving parts in this system that are totally unnecessary.

Please move Tracked Returns option from Settings to the Home page
Could you please move the Tracked Returns option from Settings → Miscellaneous to the Home page?
At the moment, when a customer adds new users without administrator permissions, these users are unable to access settings and I fact they can’t access that section and therefore cannot generate return labels.
Moving Tracked Returns to the Home page would ensure all users can generate return labels regardless of their permission level.1 vote
