Come up with a sensible way of implements a new security policy
You locked me out of my account and said I received an email with instructions to report password for to be security policy.
I did not receive an email. Forgot issues did not result in an email either.
I then had to sit on the phone for 40 mins before I could speak to someone who sent me a password reset email which arrive instantly.
Why on earth would you not just ask the user to change the password when they log on?
You have implemented this in such a way that there are more ways for it to do wrong and or a bizarre way to do it.
If you want better security, don't increase passwords to 12 characters - allow the user to switch on 2FA like every other modern business service.
Denying access to a service is not a great way to be customer-focused is it? Especially when there are other way to achieve the same which avoid that.
Please think about this next time.

Allow WooCommerce Customer Order Status to Sync.
Please allow custom order statuses to sync to click & drop, not just "Processing" orders.
Lot's of WooCommerce users use custom order statuses to manage orders, having only the "Processing" orders sync, leaves us to manually enter a large chunk of orders.
An extra field in the settings page where you can write the slug of the extra order statuses would fix the issue, and allow us to continue using Click & Drop.

Check that house number or name is present
Sometimes I get a package returned to me because the house number was never given by the customer during checkout. Shopify picks this up but Click & Drop does not.
If I don't check for potential address errors in Shopify beforehand, the label will get printed.
Why can't Click & Drop warn me if it suspects that an order is missing vital address information like this?

Issues with payment of label
Sometimes after importing orders via .csv and following the payment screen after applying postage it will come back with 'sorry there has been an error' .. please retry.
You cannot retry it does not work.
When looking at the orders they are all listed as FAILED however you can go into each order, one at a time and reprint label and it will oblige. You cannot reprint labels for more than one item at a time when they are in this state. This has been bugging me for months as it takes plenty of unecessary time to manually select and reprint each shipping label.

Allow collection address to be entered manually when address not in lookup
Our new business address does not show up as an option in the collection address lookup, so we will never be able to arrange a collection through the portal, which is exceptionally inconvenient.
It would be great if we could enter a collection address manually. Or even allow partial addresses to be selected from the lookup, as the building number and street name for our address covers multiple properties but the lookup requires me to select a specific business at that address. Doing so would send the postie to the entirely wrong property/location so the collection booking feature is annoyingly redundant for us.

Add ‘tubes’ as a category on click& drop- as available on 'send an item'
I have a click & drop account which syncs with Shopify. We sell mainly prints in tubes, and until recently we were able to send these as a small parcel. Now the dims for small parcels are far too small, but there is no dedicated tubes category (which there is on the 'send an item' service). The only option to send a tube on click & drop is a large parcel for which the cost is ridiculous- around £28 (Vs ~£6 on 'send an item'). This seem to be an omission- can you PLEASE add this functionality/category? Sending via unregistered 'send an item' is not viable for more than 1 or 2 items all the order info needs inputting manually whereas this is integrated on click and drop.
Thankyou

Bring Back The Create Another Order Button on the Create Order Page
Following the recent update we have lost the Create Another Order button on the Create Order page. This slows the process of manually adding orders a lot as we have to go back into the create order page from the overview page every time.
2 votesThank you for your feedback.
We are currently working on adding this functionality to the new page. This page will be updated once the change is made.
Kind regards,
Click & Drop Team

No collection yesterday? I called today 24-6-26 and was advised it's hot, your drivers can't work.

Is there a timescale for fixing the glitches?
On top of not being able to delete unwanted orders at all, or manually mark an order as despatched, I am not also not able to edit an order. The automatic download from ebay included an overseas order with a non-latin character and I cannot edit the shipping address or the contents at all, the buttons do not work. Im afraid to say that the click and drop website is the only website that I have problems with. I thought it was my use of old operating system, or incompatible browser, but I have no issues with any other websites. I guess I will need to enter the details manually from now on if there is a character that Click and Drop doesnt recognise.

Bug report: Unable to legally buy postage to the USA for parcels worth more than £593 ($800)
There is a critical bug in the new system for buying PDDP to the USA through click & drop. When declaring a package value of more than £593, the form errors out and fails to submit. The only way to buy postage for a package worth more than this value would be to falsely declare a lower value, which would be fraudulent.
£593 is roughly $800, so I presume this bug is related to the threshold for the previous duty-free limit.

new Create Order Page April 2026
Friday 10th April 2026 the online create an order page worked well. All the bits you needed was there and you were able to create an order and NOT leave the form so the trading name stayed the same. That is the only reason we used the newer create an order page.
So Tuesday 14th April i go in to create my labels and find its all change. I don't like change at the best of times but BACKWARDS CHANGES just make no sense. And then to tell us we have LESS THAN A MONTH to get used to it is really not on.
It states we can use the old create an order page until 8th May BUT that "old" page is the REALLY OLD page which has NOT got the create and stay in form button. So you have removed a perfectly good page with a good facility and gone BACKWARDS.
AND each order is still creating a new tab until you go into the batches page. This has been happening for weeks, since the last update, it used to happen after the update before and was corrected to stop creating so many tabs - slowing the browser down to an almost stop after 30 tabs were opened by click and drop.
So please address the following BEFORE you apply any more changes.
bring back the add and order and stay in form.
stop the system creating extra tabs each time we add postage to an order.
put back in drop down boxes all the stuff that is not needed when you are only creating labels.
when you click in the order to check it and add postage that has all changed and everything is so much smaller. i have had to increase the size on my browser to be able to check the address! Why, what was wrong with the old page, no option to go back on this change.
You really should be thinking about neurodiverse customers who can't cope with change without notice. It is a basic right that "disabled" customers are taken into account.

Improve your website!
Website is very poor - frequently have errors with logging into site, errors with generating labels, lack of option to arrange collection, overly complex interface for personal customers, site message frequently says sorry we have encountered a problem - with no guidance on what the problem is, or how to resolve it. Even leaving this feedback was full of errors - couldn’t log in, email verification links fail

Persisting for at least a year a serious error needs addressing.
There's a problem when importing via CSV and then Setting postage for multiple items.
Occasionally when you have set post and you go to pay for it, it reverts to a failed state - The money has been taken by paypal, Yet the postage label cannot be printed because it is in a failed state..
Due to its state, you cannot also cancel or ask for a refund on the item as all options greyed out.If you click regenerate labels Then you get these messages.
"At least one of the orders in your selection is in an invalid status.Error reference: 427b27f9"
"Request failed with status code 500"A workaround for this in the past has been to go into each individual postage item and click regenerate postage label from the address screen. This no longer works.

Get C&D working with Safari on earlier Macs again...
Until last week, C&D was working perfectly fine for eight years on our MacBook Air despatch computers with Safari and then an update from Royal Mail killed it. Royal Mail tech support advice is to buy newer laptops, which for a small business isn't going to happen. Developers should just do their jobs and make sure changes are backward compatible.

Ditch the new layout and return to the old style. Absolutely nothing wrong with it. Now it's awful
New layout is poor. Not as efficient, buggy, laggy and terrible. Sack the devs and restore to former version

Ability to Hold or Draft Orders Imported from WooCommerce
We currently use WooCommerce with the standard order workflow:
- Processing = order imports into Click & Drop
- Label created/despatched in Click & Drop = order marked Complete in WooCommerce
One area that causes significant operational issues is when a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
When this happens, we place the order On Hold in WooCommerce and contact the customer to obtain the correct address. Depending on how quickly the customer responds, the order may remain on hold for several days.
The problem is that these orders continue to appear alongside normal orders in Click & Drop. As a result, every day when creating labels, we must manually identify and avoid processing orders that are awaiting a customer response. This creates unnecessary administration and increases the risk of accidentally shipping an order before the address issue has been resolved.
It would be extremely helpful if Click & Drop could offer one of the following:
- Synchronise and recognise the WooCommerce "On Hold" order status and automatically place those orders into a separate held queue within Click & Drop.
- Allow users to manually move imported orders into a "Draft", "Held", or "Awaiting Customer" status within Click & Drop.
- Provide a simple option to exclude specific WooCommerce order statuses from the normal label creation workflow.
This would reduce shipping errors, improve efficiency, and provide a much better workflow for businesses that need to temporarily pause orders while awaiting customer information.
I suspect many WooCommerce users would benefit from this functionality.

Parcel Force manifest has no breakdown of customer name or number of cartons, only consignments
Old WDM parcel force manifest used to clearly show the customer name and number of cartons, not just the number of consignments. Not knowing the number of cartons and blindly giving our boxes to the driver which just shows the number of consignments is clearly not workable. We used to have it, and we need it.

Allow amend Channel Reference
If sending an item under warranty (for example) it would be great to allow an edit of a cloned order number (to then add a suffix of w to highlight it's a warranty or a digit {1, 2, 3} to indicate the number of times this has been sent). Just a simple way of using pre-existing data in a way that is suitable for the company using Click & Drop.

When the order is cancelled take it out of 'orders ready to despatch' as it's confusing and easy to mark depatched when it's not.
When the order is cancelled take it out of 'orders ready to despatch' as it's confusing and easy to mark depatched when it's not. As customers cancel their orders before sending them, but the label is already bought.
