Generate CN23's for any order value
Given the UPU changed the rules to make it so it is the choice of the Sender to use either a CN22 or a CN23 for orders under the CN23 threshold, allow us to choose, or have a blanket setting, to generate CN23's for low value orders. The UPU recognise that some orders, going to the EU for example, require CN23's to be used for low order values if the item requires a more complex customs declaration. Items with import controls require information entering in the Comments box of the CN23 (which is not available on a CN22), or they will be returned to sender with failed customs clearance.
So please, update Click and Drop so we can generate customs declarations on CN23's for orders of ANY value, as the UPU and EU customs say we should be able to.
My business is losing money because of this on items returned from the EU with failed customs declarations due to me not using a CN23 when the EU tell me I must use one.

Import all Unshipped Orders from Amazon for Subscribe and Save Issue
Currently orders are only imported if they were logged on Amazon within the last 7 days. So Subscribe and Save orders often don't pull through and have to be handled manually. This is becoming a big problem with Amazon's recent developments to open this up for merchant-fulfilled orders.
This service should ideally just pull through ANY orders in unshipped status. Does there have to be a date attached to complicate things?1 vote -

The manifest used by Royal Mail needs significant improvements to enhance accountability and user-friendliness. It should provide more than just a summary; it needs to serve as a definitive proof of posting with a detailed list of the contents sent. This information should be accessible on the platform, allowing users to generate a proof of posting for any customer as needed.
Currently, the manifest utilizes a range of codes within certain parameters for tracked items, which is inadequate. It should include a comprehensive breakdown of all items, tracked and untracked. A critical flaw in the current system is that if Royal Mail does not remove a tracked item from the bag and scan it, the system indicates that the item is still awaiting dispatch, even though it has been sent. This discrepancy prevents users from making claims for these items.
As service providers who print labels and prepare goods for shipment, there is an expectation for Royal Mail to support its customers better. This can be achieved by ensuring that the manifest accurately reflects that the goods have been posted, thereby allowing customers to substantiate their claims reliably.

Fix click & drop desktop wrong label bug
Nightmare bug today
I uploaded 6 batches - 23 orders in total today at 15:06pm
Click & Drop Destop downloaded all the orders into the Labels/Watch folder as usual with the correct filename(Order reference) e. 308150.pdf, 308151.pdf etcBut when I opened each pdf they had a different customers label in the pdf.
It turned out that all the pdfs in each batch contained the same label from one of the customers.That explains why I only had 6 correct labels out of 23 orders uploaded in 6 batches.
The csv Results and Processed files all look fine.
Please can you fix this urgently

Shopify Exchange Orders not Downloaded
When you create Exchanges in Shopify, it updates the original order, but as this order has already been sent, C&D won't download it again. This means that for every exchange that we do, we have to enter the details manually. C&D needs to recognise exchanges and download the order again please.

Include Stock Location on Order Details
It would be very helpful to add the Stock Location to the order details screen. Currently if you want to make use of the Stock Location entry in the product data, you have to browse each product to find the location which isn't a very helpful workflow.

create all the manefest documents needed so they can be printed in one go
When I print the manifest, I have to print out 2 copies, one for the bag and one to be handed in. It would be helpful if the document generated contained everything I need so it can be printed in one go. Like 2 copies of uk post and 2 copies of international post, but only 1 copy of the tracking numbers.

Requirements for the movement of goods from Great Britain to Northern Ireland
I know this has been mandatory from 1st May and was optional before 1st May (which we were doing) but it is very confusing which items are optional and which compulsory for B to C parcels.
We have all our customers addresses in the address book and then just "create order" as we just need the address label, we don't have a shop which is connected to C+D.
What we need is it being obvious which ones need the extra info when we create the order and then which sections are mandatory. At the moment it is just not obvious and can easily be missed, especially by new staff or agency staff.
When i looked at the help files on it there was no help on which bits are required and which not.

Click and Drop Orders Page Colour change on Despatched.
Why have they today (20/5/2025) decided to change the colour box for dispatch to a pastel green (Which in sunlight look light blue)
The old Brown Dark colour made it more obvious when checking through to check all item had been dispatch correctly.

Address Book - Create Order
Is it possible to add function to bulk send orders from the address book. At the moment all you can do is bulk delete. We send out a monthly subscription, the addresses are contained in the address book. It would be great to select all the subscribers address in bulk and generate their shipping labels in one go.
Also i think there is a small bug with the address book. The very first a create order it does not work on first opening the address book, selecting a customer, on pressing create an order this does not work ie it does not populate the fields with address, persons name etc. The second time you do it, it work fine.
Please can we also have an integration with SqaureUp.com These are a big POS and Online service provider in the UK and beyond!

Import Shopify Order Tags
Import Shopify Order tags and allow for updates coming through. Tags are used on orders in Shopify to manage deliveries including planned shipping dates.

Compatability With Woocommerce's Official Shipment Tracking Plugin
Woocommerce has launched their official shipment tracking plugin.
Please make click and drop compatible with it rather than sending tracking details via an outdated method:

Alternatively, allow the sending of tracking details via order notes without marking the order as complete on woocommerce
OR
First send the tracking details into the order notes and THEN mark the order as complete.
All of the above allows tracking details to be embedded into the complete order email. RM's current solution does not.

Fix the issue with SAFE PLACE instructions automatically being populated when the data is on our website but C&D are not pulling it across.
The data is on our website but not being pulled across onto Click and Drop like it usually would. This has been an ongoing issue since early march. Click and Drop support are being of no help. Our website developers are aware of other customers having the same issue and they are unable to help as its a Click and Drop issue.
Anytime there are changes or updates, in this case all the Windsor Framework changes, something else suffers. So you have added Windsor Framework fields, but now we have issue with the Safe Place field.1 vote -
Show post office opening times during Easter, Christmas and other day that it's closed!
As stated in subject as a new seller I never know when when to take my items to the post office so we test like during last Christmas. Would super convenient if you implement even red or green light that is changed when post office is closed. Super simple solution, as an ex developer I can even writ you the code for this ;) Not every business is able to afford business collections and even they do they would benefit with this feature too!

Give customer full transparency on additional fees if a Click&Drop parcel is dropped off
You have a banner on the Click & Drop website telling customers that they will be charged extra if they drop off the parcel at a Post Office. It then says 'for more info, click here' and then there is a list of all the possible questions you could ask. It is not transparent and easy to find the charge. Having spoken to Customer Service today, I am told that I need to report this here at 'user voice' which I knew nothing about, but as she has told me that the additional fee is 20p, why not just state that on the Click&Drop website where the banner says a fee will be charged. Customers need to know how much something costs, before using the service and it would be very easy to show this.

Business name not coming through from Amazon Business orders
Does not happen on every order. I think it is due to the 'Amazon Business SARL' or whatever it says, in the first line on Amazon Business orders.This has resulted in several orders being returned as 'address invalid' or similar. Have reported to Amazon already and reporting to you here also

Website Display Error on Printing Payment Breakdown Statement (VAT Record)
Click & Drop Dashboard -> Payments
As the company's accountant, the detail under each entry on this Payments page is great for the purposes of VAT and seeing at a glance domestic vs international shipping. You don't offer a way to print this natively, which is fine; the browser's Print function is enough for me to save it to pdf for our records.
However, only when looking under print preview and the final saved/printed file (ie not when viewing in the browser), a ribbon overlay appears on the second page, which can cover the records themselves, if there is more than one page of line items on the breakdown. This obscures one or two records of the information, meaning it is made useless for record-keeping.
Under Chrome, this ribbon overlay is grey with a yellow alert icon on the left and an expand arrow on the right, no text.
Under Edge, this ribbon overlay is green with a white tick icon and the text "You're now using the new version of the Collections page".Presumably this 'new version' ribbon code has been deprecated from the visible website via a hide property which for whatever quirky reason doesn't apply to printing. I'd gratefully appreciate if you could tidy up the code by commenting out the ribbon altogether rather than relying on it being hidden so that the Payment breakdowns can be used to support accounting records and VAT accurately.
