Support Booking Collection With Buying Postage Label
As it stands I have to go through two separate processes to:
(a) pay for postage of a package in Click & Drop
(b) go to a different screen to book a Collection.Could you please integrate these two processes so we can optionally arrange and pay for a collection when we buy the postage.
It will make our workflows shorter; we only have to pay once rather than twice under the current system. This will save us time

Tracking status for international orders
Why does the Click & Drop system never show international orders as delivered when it is shown as such in the Royal Mail app.

Please add 1st Class shipping/tracking numbers to the orders like tracked orders
Hi, would it be possible to add the shipping/tracking number for regular 1st Class postage to the orders in the same way that it is for "tracked" orders please? I don't need fully tracked, I only need the delivery status, but I need that number synced with Shopify so that Paypal releases my funds when an order is delivered to the customer. It's such a pain to have to enter them all in manually every day. It would be so helpful if this was implemented. Thanks a lot

Support More Than 1 Collection or More Items
I can only book a single collection for any given day with a maximum of 10 items in a given collection.
It would be convenient if more items could be collected in a single booking, or multiple collections booked for a given day.

Automatically refund postage when label generation fails
It is very frustrating when you pay to produce postage labels, then the email you receive says 'QR code unavailable'. This happens occasionally for no apparent reason. It also happens consistently if the addressee has special characters in their name, like Jürgen.
You then have to wait over a week to be refunded. Even if you call customer service, they will refuse to refund earlier and tell you to wait.
- Your developers should receive alerts each time this happens.
- There needs to be an option to request an immediate refund if the QR code / label fails to generate.

Send Purchase Notifications to All Users on an Account.
Share notifications of purchases with all users on an account, so that all users can keep track of purchases in the absence of the booker, and there is less risk of duplication.

WooCommerce Orders Are Importing with 'Unrecognised' Country.
When orders made via WooCommerce transfer over to Click & Drop, the county names are not displayed, and instead it shows the ISO codes provided by WooCommerce.
This request is to have these codes mapped to the county names to enable addresses to be complete and correct to avoid undelivered orders.

Letters / Large Letters to Dubai
I have just had a letter returned from the international Royal Mail hub as "NO PO Box # RTS".
It was sent to Dubai - looking online, I hve found https://www.royalmail.com/sending/international/country-guides/united-arab-emirates
The customer does not have a post office box, just a physical street address.
Surely it would be helpful if this information / warning appeared on Click & Drop - would the post office even know to reject it I wonder?
I could potentially have sent it as a small packet according to that guidance, but not even sure if that would be an option without trying it! Another…

ADD THE ABILITY TO CLONE PRODUCTS
When you create a product you should be able to duplicate it? It's kinda absurd this very very basic functionality isn't present already.
I only have to modify my SKUs for every product I post. Why do I have to write the Price, Shipping Weight, Package Size, Customs Descriptions, Customs Code, Country of Origin and Customs Declaration catergory literally 150+ times in my case.

Safe Place for Click and Drop Collections
Hi I have selected my items to be collected from my location but I have no option to pick a safe place when I use click and drop. However if I go onto Royal Mail's website and send a parcel I have the option there to pick a safe place from a drop down menu. Store National Identification Numbers in Address Book
When sending items to certain countries, we are expected to enter the national identification number for the recipient
a) Should this be a mandatory field and prevent applying the postage if not completed?
b) Once entered, it should be stored with the address book entry for that customer, as it will always be needed for them!1 vote -

Please stop printing the gift message on the address label.

Improve Processing of Batched Orders in New Orders Grid
The new version of the orders grid is a nightmare when processing a batch of orders.
After I enter weight/shipping details, and click Apply Postage, it doesn't take me back to the batch of orders I'm currently working, it takes me back to the main list with ALL my orders.
So I have to go back to the tab with list of batches, select the one I was working on and then find the relevant parcel I need to apply postage info to.
I need to do this for every parcel in the same batch. It's a nightmare!

I am just sending a message regarding the click and drop clone feature. This is very good as sometimes we have to replace lost items and it saves us having to input a full address. The only drawback is once the clone is created it shows the date of the original order. Sometimes customers ask when the replacement was sent and we do not know. We think that it would be better if clone was created and date stamped with the date of the clone creation

Allow me to edit my Collection address
At the moment I can only use the address as returned by your address look up, I cannot make any amendments to the address after I have selected it. I would like to add my house number in addition to the name, as my house is moiré readily identified by number.
Alternatively, add the ability to provide some instructions for a collection address.

actually turn up to collections that I have booked
There's only about a 50% chance that you actually turn up to a booked collection, multiple times I have had to book several collections before you actually pick it up, it is ridiculous

ability to cancel the "despatched" marker so can re-book collection
When the "book a collection" link falls over due to a problem or bug and items have been marked as despatched the only way to re-book a collection is to list each item manually on the Royal Mail site. Need to be able to cancel the despatched marker back to something like label generated so you can re-select to arrange collection of multiple items
