  1. reinstate the availability of printing QR label for tracked services at delivery offices

    Previously I was able to get my QR label for tracked services printed at the delivery office. This service has now been removed, probably as not all offices could print the label. Surely the proper thing to do was to give all offices this ability instead of removing the service from all. Not everyone has a printer that is good enough to ensure the QR and barcodes are printed correctly.

  2. Add tracking numbers to confirmation email

    Currently the order confirmation email gives the name and address + QR code for each parcel but not the tracking number, it would be very useful if you could add that please to save logging in and going through order by order to get them.

  3. Please add 1st Class shipping/tracking numbers to the orders like tracked orders

    Hi, would it be possible to add the shipping/tracking number for regular 1st Class postage to the orders in the same way that it is for "tracked" orders please? I don't need fully tracked, I only need the delivery status, but I need that number synced with Shopify so that Paypal releases my funds when an order is delivered to the customer. It's such a pain to have to enter them all in manually every day. It would be so helpful if this was implemented. Thanks a lot

  4. Send Purchase Notifications to All Users on an Account.

    Share notifications of purchases with all users on an account, so that all users can keep track of purchases in the absence of the booker, and there is less risk of duplication.

  5. WooCommerce Orders Are Importing with 'Unrecognised' Country.

    When orders made via WooCommerce transfer over to Click & Drop, the county names are not displayed, and instead it shows the ISO codes provided by WooCommerce.

    This request is to have these codes mapped to the county names to enable addresses to be complete and correct to avoid undelivered orders.

    Quite often we will get customers that order from us, then cancel the order the same day or we accidently delete the orders but they are not reappearing as they should.

    There should be a way to click on a deleted order to reinstate it if needed.

  8. Bug - link to mark items as dispatched on Dashboard page does not work

    The link says, for example, "There are 2 "Label generated" orders which have not been marked as despatched. Click here to mark them as despatched."

    When clicking the link, nothing happens, the orders are not marked as dispatched. I have tried this on multiple browsers and it does not work on any of them. I understand there are other ways to mark orders as dispatched, but this should be fixed.

  11. Address settings, and safespace settings not functioning well.

    I notice that the address settings as specified in the "company settings" preference panel allows various collection business address's to be set, however on booking a collection it will only use the "collections" address as set up in that panel. Regardless of what is actually specified in the settings and trading names section! Which specifically allows you to set this!

    Also on the regular Royal mail click and drop it allows you to set a safespace that can be used for collections, while in the registered account there is no ability to specify this!

  12. Make it easier to enter Recipient AIRN

    I only realised that when you apply postage, if you view the contents, for some countries, you can enter the Recipient AIRN (tax ID number).

    Odd that you cannot enter it when entering the package details only if you go to edit the contents.

    Please make it more obvious and easier to find - I have been adding it to the address details until now because I did not spot this before.

  13. Clear old collections that have been collected

    I have a stockpile of old booked collections in my orders. They were collected but, for reasons known only to themselves, the postmen didn't scan them in so they remain on my account. It's just a niggle but these old orders sat there are a bug and there's nothing I can do at my end to remove them.

  14. Fix Invoices to show actual amount / vat paid

    Every month we download your VAT Invoice for our accounts.
    However it is always incorrect compared to the amounts of postage/VAT we have paid within the month.
    We have our pre-payments in the accounts form each payment made as per the amounts on the individual payment but the invoice is completely wrong.

    The VAT invoice should be the same as what we have paid in the month it should never be different and we have to then make manual adjustments.

    The problem is we dont know is it the invoice or the individual batch payments that is correct! As we…

  15. Edit package contents does not currently work on mobile or ipad devices - the screen width does not allow the user to edit. Please update.

    The edit package contents interface does not work on mobile or ipad devices as the pop-up screen width extends beyond the size of the screen. The screen width needs to be set to x% rather than fixed pixels/width.

  16. Add a declaration box for those sending restricted items to tick

    When sending restricted items (a carving knife as part of a set in my case), the customer is asked to use the age verification service. However, having done that and before paying, they are asked to tick a box saying "I confirm that I am not sending any item that is prohibited or restricted in the UK or overseas", thereby in effect asking the customer to lie and thus potentially break the law because they ARE sending a restricted item.   17. Reduce Font Size on Address Label

    When sending letter size packets to the US, I sometimes get them returned as "address does not exist". After some discussion with customers and their local postal service, it appears that USPS ONLY reads the last 4 lines of the address.

    Therefore if the first line of the address goes over 2 lines, their automated systems cannot find the full address (as it is now 5 lines long) and simply return the post!

    This does not happen on Large Letter / Small Packet as the font appears to be smaller.

  18. Add option to print only postage labels without order information

    I would like to be able to print postage labels without out the order information included. I know you can have this as a spearate sheet but I do not want the order information at all as I can print a packaging slip from shopify already.

  19. Include Printed Paper Rates for International Postage

    I haven't been able to find an option to send "Printed Papers" small parcels weighing over 2kg to International addresses.

    It should be possible to pay a supplement for each additional 250g up to 5kg but I haven't been able to find a way of doing it using Click & Drop.

  20. Collections interface unreliable

    The collections service is somewhat unreliable. It either reports that the service is unavailable and will be back soon (but doesn't return the same day) or randomly fails with random error codes when a batch of collections includes international items.
