Import 'Company Name' Address Field For Amazon Orders
The 'Company Name' field exists in the Amazon order detail but doesn't import into Click & Drop. This has happened several times since mid-August.

Display Future Despatch Date After Applying Postage
When we are not getting a collection on the day we are applying postage, we change the dispatch date but we are unable to check that the correct dispatch date has been entered for all orders. If there was a way to see the dispatch date that had been applied this would be beneficial so we could re-apply the postage to any that were not correct.

Show collections on Dashboard
Why can't I see booked collections linked to items on the dashboard. I have the email confirming the collection and apart from that only the payment record. Nothing about the status - late etc.

Send Purchase Notifications to All Users on an Account.
Share notifications of purchases with all users on an account, so that all users can keep track of purchases in the absence of the booker, and there is less risk of duplication.

Support Booking Collection With Buying Postage Label
As it stands I have to go through two separate processes to:
(a) pay for postage of a package in Click & Drop
(b) go to a different screen to book a Collection.Could you please integrate these two processes so we can optionally arrange and pay for a collection when we buy the postage.
It will make our workflows shorter; we only have to pay once rather than twice under the current system. This will save us time

Allowed to select "Parcel" and "RM48 LBT"
I have been incurring penalties for RM48 LBT parcels. An investigation has uncovered that I do not have RM48 parcel service, only Large Letter, but I have been allowed to choose size "parcel" and service "TRS48" which is a large letter ONLY band thus incurring a £1 penalty for every parcel.
1 voteHello, thank you for your suggestion. TRS 48 LBT (Letter Box-able Tracked) is available on parcel format to afford you the full 1000g weight limit TRS48 supports. You must still adhere to the service specifications, which for letter box-able includes a weight limit of 1000g, and dimensions matching that of Large Letter. Please speak with your account manager to get the full details of your services specifications. We will consider changes to make these limitations clearer in the future.

TRS Service and Large Letter / Parcel
TRS Large Letter Tracked.
Please can you implement a setting for TRS so that Shipping Rules work for both formats. There is no way for Click & Drop to tell the difference between Large Letter or Parcel, when using TRS above 750g (750g-1kg). A drop-down menu on products would be good.

Pull Shopify Fulfillments for Shopify Subscription renewals
The C&D Shopify integration needs to be updated to pull in shipments for both new Order and Fulfilment events to work with Shopify's new Subscription APIs.
We are using the Shopify subscription APIs on our shop and when a subscription is renewed, Shopify adds a fulfilment to the existing order, they DO NOT create a new order. So none of the subscription renewals are being sent through to Click & Drop.
Would it be possible for you to update your integration to cover this so that you are pulling in the data for both Order events and Fullfillment events in…

Allow Changing Orders From Despatched to Label Generated
If a user has accidentally moved an order to Despatched, you can no longer book a collection for it.
We batch our collections and purchase these at the end of each day, but if another user has accidentally marked a label as dispatched we cannot add it to the collection for the following day. This means we have to dispatch it using the RM website and as these accounts are not linked, we cannot track this on C&D.

The Delete function is currently only available to Channel Shippers, why is it not available to API connections and can this be made available.

Smaller Shipping Label Formats
I send parcels to family in Australia and the postage is often significantly cheaper online but if it’s a small package, the label that prints out is too big for the available space. Is there a way to print out a smaller version of the postage label rather than having to pay a higher price at the Post Office?

Option to Use Channel Order Reference as the 'Commercial Invoice' Number
We are getting busier with overseas orders and each month we have to go through the orders and process them by manually adding the 'commercial Invoice' details (number and date) for every overseas order.

Update Delivery Company on EKM when tracking number is sent
Currently the tracking number is updated on EKM on manifesting. The order on EKM shows the number, but the delivery company is not updated, so the URL for the tracking is not created. The consequence is that any dispatch emails sent to customers are missing the tracking and Payment gateways, e.g. PayPal are not updated automatically with tracking (an important fraud prevention). The orders can have the delivery company added manually, one by one, but it is time consuming, Please can Click and Drop add Royal Mail as the delivery company in EKM when the tracking number is passed through?
