Address Book - Create Order
Is it possible to add function to bulk send orders from the address book. At the moment all you can do is bulk delete. We send out a monthly subscription, the addresses are contained in the address book. It would be great to select all the subscribers address in bulk and generate their shipping labels in one go.
Also i think there is a small bug with the address book. The very first a create order it does not work on first opening the address book, selecting a customer, on pressing create an order this does not work ie it…

Lower pick up cost to 10p
The introduction of a 30p pick up per item seems a bit high. This will stop me from using the service and I'll go back to dropping at a Post Office, or a post box. If the cost was 10p, I'd pay, or if it was a set amount per pick-up day (say 50p) I'd pay. But 30p per item means it's cheaper to drive to a drop off ... doesn't make sense for the customer, feels profit-driven.

Bug: Tracked 48 orders not Showing "We've got it" in click and drop - Just "Manifested" lable
Tracked 48 orders in the click and drop orders screen for business customers seems only to be showing "Manifested" status and not pulling through the "We've got it"
Click and Drop - Just shows Lable Generated > Despatched > Manifested
Royal Mail Website - Shows "We've got it"
Click and Drop order flow is missing the "We've got it" stage before "Delivered"
Please confirm you can replicate, and this bug will be fixed?

Bug "In Transit" twice for BPL orders rather than "Delivered" + 1 hour time difference
When tracking BPL 2nd Class Orders
By clicking on a click and drop order and following the order progress.There is a duplicate "In Transit" bug
"In Transit" is listed twice for BPL orders rather than the 2nd "In Transit" message being > "Delivered"
Also the + timestamp is 1 hour before delivery scanSo what is Delivered @ 11:43 - as shown on Royal Mail main tracking website
Is showing as In Transit @ 10:43 - shown inside click and drop order/manifestedPlease confirm you can replicate, and this will be fixed?

I think Click & Drop should pull in the tax info from eBay’s new “Tax details” section and add it to the address label.
eBay used to include things like ABN numbers (for Australia, Norway, etc.) in the address itself, so they automatically showed up when printing with Royal Mail. Now they’ve moved that info to a separate “Tax details” section, and Click & Drop doesn’t pick it up anymore.
It would really help if that tax number could still be added somewhere on the label, so the customer wont get charged twice.2 votes -
Include Delivery Date in Reports
Hi, can you please add delivery date (i.e.the date on which item was delivered) in "reports" and "manifest orders".
We can only see STATUS if it is delivered or not, but we are not getting delivery date. It would help us greatly. Thanks

Fix the issue with SAFE PLACE instructions automatically being populated when the data is on our website but C&D are not pulling it across.
The data is on our website but not being pulled across onto Click and Drop like it usually would. This has been an ongoing issue since early march. Click and Drop support are being of no help. Our website developers are aware of other customers having the same issue and they are unable to help as its a Click and Drop issue.
Anytime there are changes or updates, in this case all the Windsor Framework changes, something else suffers. So you have added Windsor Framework fields, but now we have issue with the Safe Place field.1 vote -

Show post office opening times during Easter, Christmas and other day that it's closed!
As stated in subject as a new seller I never know when when to take my items to the post office so we test like during last Christmas. Would super convenient if you implement even red or green light that is changed when post office is closed. Super simple solution, as an ex developer I can even writ you the code for this ;) Not every business is able to afford business collections and even they do they would benefit with this feature too!

Business name not coming through from Amazon Business orders
Does not happen on every order. I think it is due to the 'Amazon Business SARL' or whatever it says, in the first line on Amazon Business orders.This has resulted in several orders being returned as 'address invalid' or similar. Have reported to Amazon already and reporting to you here also

Website Display Error on Printing Payment Breakdown Statement (VAT Record)
Click & Drop Dashboard -> Payments
As the company's accountant, the detail under each entry on this Payments page is great for the purposes of VAT and seeing at a glance domestic vs international shipping. You don't offer a way to print this natively, which is fine; the browser's Print function is enough for me to save it to pdf for our records.
However, only when looking under print preview and the final saved/printed file (ie not when viewing in the browser), a ribbon overlay appears on the second page, which can cover the records themselves, if there is more…

The manifest used by Royal Mail needs significant improvements to enhance accountability and user-friendliness. It should provide more than just a summary; it needs to serve as a definitive proof of posting with a detailed list of the contents sent. This information should be accessible on the platform, allowing users to generate a proof of posting for any customer as needed.

QR code for tracked returns
I have tracked returns enabled on my account, and can email / post a returns label, but a lot of people do not have printers nowadays, is there a possibility of having a QR code enabled to send to customers as this would make it a lot easier, I know the facility is available as ebay/amazon and some online stores already have it,

Maybe keeping your account holders in the loop as to changes
Maybe keeping your account holders in the loop as to changes in the software would be a great idea and if you are NOT going to print counties on the labels that the facility to map this is removed!
I have just wasted time and over 1000 labels before I noticed you FAILED to print this
People are not mind readers - I wish we could be - so a little customer care would be appreciated !

Allow Combination of Multiple Orders into A Single Parcel
We occassionally get Ebay customers making several separate orders, all for the same address. Obviously we combine the orders into a single parcel to save on postage and so that the customer receives the orders together. However, it is a real pain to do this in Click and Drop. Currently, we have a customer that has ordered 3 items, each as a separate order. This means I have to edit one of the 3 orders in C&D. Then I have to delete the other 2 orders. Then at the end of the day I have to remember go into Ebay…

**URGENT** Please add Amazon.ie integration for Republic of Ireland
Amazon have introduced a brand new Amazon.ie marketplace in the last few days but there is no Amazon.ie integration in C&D as yet so we are having to manually create dozens of postage labels every day. Kindly add an Amazon.ie integration ASAP. Thanks!

Amend value options for "no commercial value"
If the user clicks on "no commercial value", an automatic value of £0.00 is assigned on the printed form. This guarantees that Irish Customs in the AnPost Office will reject the item and return to sender. I know this; I have spoken to them about it. They say a nominal value of £5.00 should be assigned. It is a disaster for my business, as training materials necessary for Irish trainees to use on an agreed date have not arrived, so that the arranged training date has had to be abandoned.

Customer (Receiver) EORI field should be added as field in the address book
Our address book contains saved details for regular customers, covering 99% of our orders. With the upcoming Windsor Agreement, an additional field should be introduced in the address book to store customers’ EORI numbers. This would eliminate the need to manually enter the EORI each time an order is created. Instead, it should be saved within the address book and automatically populated when placing an order, ensuring a more efficient and seamless process.
