  2. Stop automatically manifesting orders after business hours

    It is currently 01/11/23 at 19:27, and my orders which I printed around 30 minutes ago have been automatically manifested.

    Why are they being manifested after business hours?

    People like myself who do not have any time to complete orders earlier in the day have to deal with customer service emailing me threatening to add extra fees. If you do not offer an after-hours service, don't bother to force this upon people. It makes no sense.

  3. At the point where a sender address has been selected the page should not show that collection is available when it is not.

    It is very irritating to have to get a postage refund because at the point of purchase collection was promoted as available, but once the postage has been paid for a message pops up to say that it is not. The web site and databases need to be more 'joined up' . Clearly a different carrier becomes more attractive!

  4. Order update

    Hi Guys
    We have customers that order off eBay on many occasions they make to separate orders in this instance we pack both orders together and process one of the orders in Click and Drop the other order we delete as currently there is no option to mark as despatched with other RM order this would be great if you could select the RM order it was sent with so it would populate the tracking ref updating eBay correctly or just an option despatched with another RM order would be good hope this makes sense regards, John

  5. ability to cancel the "despatched" marker so can re-book collection

    When the "book a collection" link falls over due to a problem or bug and items have been marked as despatched the only way to re-book a collection is to list each item manually on the Royal Mail site. Need to be able to cancel the despatched marker back to something like label generated so you can re-select to arrange collection of multiple items

  6. Integrate International Addresses with the Post Office system

    When I drop international items at my local Post Office they have to laboriously type the address details into their system. They don't have to do that with UK items which seem to be updated automatically. Why can't the same apply to international items?

  7. Bug: Overwrite existing product data when reapplying shipping

    Hi,
    When generating a lable and say the weight is wrong, usually we can regenerate a new lable to apply the correct size, then check the box "Overwrite existing product data".

    This checkbox isnt saving data (weight) back to the products area for future orders of that item.

    1kg item auto apply postage, but say need 1.4kg so check the box "Overwrite existing product data" and it wont save the 1.4kg to the product and keep the before 1kg

    This bug has been present for about 3 weeks.

  8. Search box results ordering is random ( can we have by most recent please)

    Dear Support, When using the Search box on the website to find recent orders, when I search for Stuart for example, the results are not in date or order number and show up randomly. Can the results be listed in most-recent order/date please?

  10. Update API Documentation

    The API documentation is still on version 1.0.0 (which I find hard to believe after a few years) - https://api.parcel.royalmail.com/

    We were able to create a shipment with multiple parcels in it (as per the docs) but now it seems we are unable to. There was also a bug where the same SKU could not be in two different parcels within the same shipment (so perhaps this was the solution)

    Please please please update the Click & Drop API documentation, and notify anyone using this API of forthcoming changes before they are implemented as per good practise

  12. Ability to bulk export billing addresses (including emails) to XLS

    Currently, if you use the "export to XLS" it does not include the billing address and email associated with the order. I require the ability to export this information in bulk as this is the only way to extract customer email addresses from orders from marketplaces.

  14. Custom 'Shipping Service' Names

    Allow us to rename shipping services, so it's easier for users to recognise what service is for what. For example, I have the following services I use regularly;

    Tracked 24
    Royal Mail Tracked 24 LBT

    Now I know it's a Royal Mail service, so it's not necessary to say that... LBT, unbeknownst to me until recently, means it's a letterbox item - ie, large letter. I would love to be able to rename them to;

    Tracked 24 - Parcels
    Tracked 24 - Large Letters

    You can add aliases (make sure you don't use spaces....) although this is only for use…

  15. Add Ability to Clone From Order Details Page

    The option to clone appears only on the order list table view, and not the individual order page.

    In the beta, searching for an order and selecting it views the individual order.

    On the old page, it displays a list (of 1 order) where clone is available.

    The latest updates to Click & Drop desktop randomly forgets your password when the app starts up.

    It may be related to Click & Drop Desktop updating, or Windows updates, however it never used to happen and is very annoying when you rely on the service being on!

  18. Add Ability to Adjust The Column Widths On Order Details Table

    Currently, when you expand 'Order Details' to see a table of the contents of the order, the columns have fixed, uniform widths.

    There's no way to adjust them manually, and no text wrapping, so if the contents of one cell is too long, it gets cut off and there's no way to read it.

    Having all the columns uniform/the same width means that there are big spaces around the 'Quantity' and 'Price' fields (which are generally only a few characters long), and then 'Product name' is squeezed into the same width and cut off.

  20. Support Permanent Setting To Include Post Office Drop-Off In Price

    Please add a setting to pre-tick "Include Post Office drop off in price" for all orders and also include the setting in API and dropbox integration so that we don't need to edit every tracked 24 order imported and then tick the box manually.
