  1. Deleting "Where are you sending it from" addresses.

    I'd like to be able to delete old addresses from the "where are you sending it from"/"sender" tab.

    I'm always afraid I'll click the wrong address by accident.

  2. Click&Drop: you cannot elect NOT to have Collection on the order pages

    Page 4 Sender: asks the question 'Would you like to have your item collected?' However there is NO means of selecting the answer No! And you appear forced to order a collection. Therefore, you do not place the order, and spend a long time trying to understand what has gone wrong and waiting for customer services to answer your call.
    The vital missing information is that you can delete the Collection you do not want from the shopping basket. Not a logical process, and had me entirely frustrated. Would have expected a more professional process.

    Hello. Please be aware that the IOSS scheme prohibits the merging or splitting of orders for the purposes of shipping. If your intended use is for shipments to the EU where the order is shipped under the IOSS scheme, you will be unable to merge or split orders for shipping.

  4. The ability to confirm/remove/delete a collection

    "My collections" shows a number which are past their collection date, I would like to be able to remove these - especially ones where the associated tracked delivery has been "delivered". (Why can't the system do this already).

    I would like to be able to remove or flag as completed the ones which I know have been done so that my outstanding list shows only valid collections.

    Additionally, how do I inform someone if I have a collection and no-one has arrived to make that collection, as this is quite frustrating after waiting at home all day.

  5. allow large letter tracked next day by 1pm

    i recently had to send a large letter by tracked next day by 1pm. I rang c+d help and they talked me through it, however they said c+d only has one option so i could not get the cheaper price for a large letter.

    I then looked on the rm website and found i could send a large letter tracked next day by 1pm and it was cheaper than by my account. So i set about booking it on there. The options were a new pickup, an existing pickup or take to the royal mail parcel office. As we already…

  6. Provide an option to report errors

    On the top menu have a "report a problem" option. When a system error opccurs it is extremely difficult to inform you about it, you should make it easier for customers to help you. They face a problem, they report the problem immediately, it is logged and you monitor the logs and take action. Your Status Page show everything fine yet I am unable to process payment, I go to down detector and find others have same problem... this should be visible in the site and customers will make life easier for you and visibility of issues makes it easier…

  7. Ensure that the Status Page link is correctly and speedily updated

    Today 29th January Click & Drop has not been allowing purchases for the last two or three hours. There are multiple instance on DownDetector of your customeres trying to report this problem, but the status page is still saying "Jan 29, 2023 No incidents reported today."

  8. Make sure orders are marked as dispatched when manifested

    We are having on going issues with manifested orders not being marked as dispatched. We have been told the issue is resolved but still coming across orders on a daily basis - usually Special Deliveries that are manifest but don't say they have been dispatched meaning the tracking states that RM are still waiting for the order even thought it has already been dispatched.

  9. Product parcel size/class to make auto selection

    For each of our products we have filled in the size and weight so it begs the question is why can this data not be used to auto populate the respective portions of the page where we apply postage to a single item.

    At present, we have to select "Parcel" and then "Medium" manually even though this is already established in the indivaidual product data.
    All our products have SKU's which are psssed on from both Ebay and our web site.

    It would save errors cropping up. Put the data in once correctly in the product and there will never…

  12. Support Customising The Order of Documents Generated

    Please can you change the Click and Drop label system. We send numerous bulk parcels overseas and it is very confusing when the postage label and customs label are printed separately. We would greatly appreciate this be looked into. Thank you

    I can only book a single collection for any given day with a maximum of 10 items in a given collection.

    It would be convenient if more items could be collected in a single booking, or multiple collections booked for a given day.

  14. Add IOSS to letter sized envelopes. Items of value (such as stickers, a greeting card) can and are sent in letter sized envelopes.

    Small items of value that are sold by small businesses in the UK (through platforms such as Etsy) and sent to the EU have to be posted as a large letter in order to meet IOSS rules because Royal Mail does not print IOSS on a letter sized envelope.

  19. Amend a Future Despatch Date

    As a mailing house we often future date orders so we can fulfil the items and print and attach the generated labels. Recently we had 6,000 items packed and ready to despatch but was then informed by our client we could not send the items. However the items would manifest in 2 days time as the future date would be met. There is no option to put items on hold or to add a week or more onto the future date.
