Be able to Manifest all or some items in a batch
We have 175 items in a batch. All labels have been generated and items are ready to post. However 43 items are for overseas which we currently are unable to despatch due to Royal Mail. I can't just select the UK orders and Manifest. Should be able to Manifest items within a batch

Adding 'Product name' to Manifested Orders report
Can we add "Product name" column to the XLS export? It would vastly help to understand quantities of certain product shipped in a period of time

Shopify import Partialy Fulfilled Orders
Currently, only unfulfilled orders are imported from Shopify.
Partially Fulfilled Orders are not imported.This is a deal breaker for me as Evri does this automatically so I will be moving my business elsewhere until this is fixed.

Allow people to drop off items when purchasing on RM
there used to be an option to drop the parcel or letter off at the post office, but now the only option is to have a postman collect the item from your address. The only problem with this is not everyone is in the house at the time the postman wants to come and collect therefore delaying the parcel or letter that you want to send.

Create a 'correct' monthly invoice
I've spent hours reconciling our monthly accounts due to errors in the Click and Drop monthly invoice. Creating a monthly invoice with the correct totals would be much appreciated.

New beta screen flow not reflecting previous flow
On a personal account, the new beta screen flow does not behave the same as the previous version.
If I have several orders going to multiple international and domestic addresses I can select them all and then choose on the next screen which to apply postage to (say domestic). Enter the details and the screen returns to the original selection page. The previous version went back so that I could select other orders from the initial selection rather than effectively starting the process again.

Pull Shopify Fulfillments for Shopify Subscription renewals
The C&D Shopify integration needs to be updated to pull in shipments for both new Order and Fulfilment events to work with Shopify's new Subscription APIs.
We are using the Shopify subscription APIs on our shop and when a subscription is renewed, Shopify adds a fulfilment to the existing order, they DO NOT create a new order. So none of the subscription renewals are being sent through to Click & Drop.
Would it be possible for you to update your integration to cover this so that you are pulling in the data for both Order events and Fullfillment events in…

Can we have a way to include safe place details for collections such as lock codes.
Can we have a field to include safe place details for collections such as lock codes for a parcel box. Currently on Business Click and Drop it only has fields for an address so I have to be in when I book a collection.

Have an option to save the payment card in Click & Drop on the Personal account
Having to put the full card details in every time an order is placed is time consuming. Don't yet have enough throughput to open an OBA.

Improve the orders Page Layout
When 200 or so orders have imported from Ebay it is long winded to go through each one to select item LHS, scroll down RHS, apply postage LHS, generate label scroll RHS.
Could this not be done all on the original line as the information has alrady been either brought forward from ebay or saved from a previous order. Just a tick box on the open orders page would be nice.1 vote -

Provide an option to report errors
On the top menu have a "report a problem" option. When a system error opccurs it is extremely difficult to inform you about it, you should make it easier for customers to help you. They face a problem, they report the problem immediately, it is logged and you monitor the logs and take action. Your Status Page show everything fine yet I am unable to process payment, I go to down detector and find others have same problem... this should be visible in the site and customers will make life easier for you and visibility of issues makes it easier…

Make it much clearer and easier to select whether an item is to be collected or dropped off. This is not, currently, at all clear.

Beta version (March 2023) doesn't display 'Generate Labels' after applying batch postage
In the current version, as soon as you apply postage to a batch, you can generate labels from a displayed link, but with the March 2023 Beta version, after applying postage you have to scroll manually to the top of the screen, click 'Batches' then generate labels. Very time-wasting compared to the current method. Also, when we have several staff working on dispatching at the same time, it is not clear which batches are which and this really slows down the process and disrupts the dispatch flow. Please put back the 'Generate Labels' link after applying postage, thanks.

Add option to Mark Collections as Delivered / Completed
I have spoken to customer services who have recommended I go through this feedback link as there is nothing they can do. We have two "active" collections where the packages have already been collected and been delivered, so want to either cancel them or move them to "completed" just to keep our active booked collections clear and tidy with just actual collections we are waiting on to make things easier to manage. One of the collections has an amend or cancel option, however I keep getting an error message saying an unexpected problem has occured, with a different reference number…

Beta Orders Blank Page
I changed to the beta version of the orders page to have a look, but it is completely blank and no way to change back !!
It is the Orders Overview that is blank - https://business.parcel.royalmail.com/orders/
It has the red banner at the top with "dashboard" "orders" "products" etc and nothing else until you get to the bottom black banner with "terms of use".

Stop free collection being automatically added to orders.
Currently, free collection is automatically added to items when sending. Please reinstate the 'I'll post it myself' option, or allow users to select yes or no when asked if they want a free collection.

Have a search function within the address book
It would be really helpful to be able to search for addresses in the address book when they need updating, rather than having to scroll through all the orders. The present system is clunky and time-consuming.

Intermittently unable to generate labels on Beta version.
After applying postage I am unable to generate labels (on the Beta version). The option just isn't available at all. The only solution appears to be to switch back to the old version. This has now happened twice (today and Sunday 23rd April). The option has always appeared previously so this seems to be a weird intermittent problem. There is a different post about the location of the generate labels link. Just to be clear, this is not the same problem.
