Tracking Numbers Should be Exported To Amazon & Ebay
At present the tracking numbers are not exported to Amazon & eBay when finalising a despatch. I have had a case this week where Amazon have refunded a customer on an A-Z claim even though Royal Mail claim the parcel was delivered. Amazon will not allow me to appeal the case as the tracking number was not transferred with the despatch notification from Click & Drop.

Have you chosen the 'Mark as despatched when label is generated' option? It's a checkbox on your templates page in settings. That way it doesn't wait til you manifest to send over tracking data - it does it as soon as you generate your labels.
We find this helps - but you have to have your stuff ready to go out as soon as possible to avoid customers saying their parcels are late.
Tracking/item numbers are added to an order when purchasing shipping labels via Ebay. Even for 1st/2nd class items. So this should also be done when marked as dispatched via Click and Drop.
For Ebay this is important when a customer reports a late delivery even for non-tracked postage.
This should be no more than a 2 hour job for a developer. see: https://developer.ebay.com/api-docs/sell/fulfillment/resources/order/shipping_fulfillment/methods/createShippingFulfillment#_samples

Amazon do not accept tracking as proof of delivery regardless of when it is uploaded.
I had an issue recently and uploaded the tracking before any case was opened.
The tracking stated it was delivered but it does not say who accepted and only stated it was delivered to the house or to a neighbour.
That is why Amazon only accept a signed for service signature as proof.
Bob is right. Royal Mail won't upload tracking to Amazon. Bob is also right that Amazon will refund a buyer A-Z case and not accept tracking as proof once the case has been opened.
