  1. Click & Drop Desktop - Print shipping label THEN Despatch Note

    We have today moved over from Print Assist to the new Desktop app for Auto Printing.

    Everything was fine during testing as we printing 1 label at the time. We then decided it was time to print a large batch of orders. So selected 37 orders for the same item and printed.

  2. Scan ALL RM48 and RM24 2D barcodes.

    This situation has persisted for too long. It's imperative that ALL RM 48 and RM24 2D barcodes are scanned. We cannot accept liability for lost items when the postal service fails to scan them. While we can claim for the postage, it would be significantly advantageous if these 2D barcodes were consistently scanned upon delivery. Many remain unscanned, and Royal Mail's excuse of it not being a priority is unacceptable.   3. Don't chage your customers MORE for saving you time and fuel

    I think it is ridiculous to be charging 20p extra per parcel when a customer takes their parcels to a post office (which for me is a 3-minute walk to my local shop so if I am going there anyway I may as well drop my package off as well) instead of wasting Royal Mails time and fuel to come to pick them up from me at an unspecified time the next day, which adds an extra day to the delivery time, IF they actually turn up (which in the past they haven't turned up to collect).

  4. Update Tracked 24/48 to collected when Business Collection takes place

    Royal Mail Tracked is not tracked when the driver collects. Please can you update the tracking using the manifest when collected not when the packet gets to the super hub the next day?

    It was impemented for personal customers last year:

    Second class post tracking is fine and shows the following message when the driver collects:

  6. More parcel postboxes please

    My local parcel postbox is often full. The nearest is then another 5 mile drive, so I end up driving round trying to find one with space, or missing another day on the delivery time by waiting until the day after. More and more people are selling personal items on ebay/Vinted etc so we need more parcel boxes please.

  7. Give customer full transparency on additional fees if a Click&Drop parcel is dropped off

    You have a banner on the Click & Drop website telling customers that they will be charged extra if they drop off the parcel at a Post Office. It then says 'for more info, click here' and then there is a list of all the possible questions you could ask. It is not transparent and easy to find the charge. Having spoken to Customer Service today, I am told that I need to report this here at 'user voice' which I knew nothing about, but as she has told me that the additional fee is 20p, why not just state…

  8. Automatically Remove Despatched Orders from Click & Drop, if Marked as Despatched at Marketplace.

    When orders are marked as dispatched on eBay, Etsy, or Shopify, they should automatically be removed from the "awaiting dispatch" section in Click and Drop.

    Currently, orders remain in the pending section even after being dispatched through these platforms, which causes confusion and extra work. Improved marketplace integration is needed to ensure Click and Drop reflects only the orders that are still awaiting dispatch.

  9. Please add the delivered DATE to the manifested orders status column.

    At the moment, the tracking status for delivered items just shows as 'delivered', but it does not show the actual delivered date.

    This would be so useful for an overview and finding out delivered date results for things like ebay cases.

  10. Country specific hs-codes

    When downloading order from Magento 2, Click and Drop downloads, if an hscode object is present under the Order->OrderItem object, please use this, falling back to the Products hscode if not present in the OrderItem.

    Hs_codes in the OrderItem are order specific, and therefore country specific and this can be 10 digit HS codes.

    Ireland are now returning to sender any items that don't include 10 digit country specific HS codes.

    10 digit country specific HS codes are available under Order->OrderItem in my Magento store.

  11. Import VOEC & Other Customs Scheme Details

    VOEC number for Norway or other VAT system scheme's should automatically be pulled through from eBay / Amazon etc integration with their unique number, similar to how the IOSS number is pulled through.

  14. Make the manifest smaller, its wasted paper.

    Let's streamline the manifest; it's just wasted paper. Handing it over to the postman feels pointless since Royal Mail already has a digital copy. Once the collection driver scans it, it's just trash. Why not replace it with a barcode or 2D code on a label? Maybe 3 or 4 with all info in the codes? The driver or the drop-off point can scan it. We're moving towards a waste-free society, yet this manifest is unnecessarily large with too many spaces. A bunch of tracking codes serves no purpose.   15. Reinstate Bold Font

    Up until recently, the pending order list displayed the customer name in a bold font, making it easy to see each customer at a glance. As of this week, the bold has been removed, blending all the information and making identifying customers at a glance very difficult.

    Please reinstate the bolt font for the customer name; it makes no sense to remove it. Thank you.

  16. Develop a Packaging Add on Weight Rule so that the system could auto apply postage to orders with more than 1 product in, saving hours!!!

    Not being able to auto apply postage to orders with more than 1 product is a huge pain point of the process with Click and Drop and adds hours onto our day when processing hundreds of orders. The only problem i can see is that we have had to add packaging and inserts weight on top of the product weights into Shopify product listings so that when the weights pull through to click and drop and follow a rule through to automatic posting for single product orders they are absolutely correct and we therefore do not get surcharges for incorrect…

  17. Switch over Order Number and Channel Ref on Dispatch Notes so relevant to the end user customer for comms and RM returns portal.

    Currently on dispatch notes, the order number given is a Click and drop generated number that is not relevant or applicable to the end customer receiving goods . The Channel Ref is the actual end users (customers who purchased a product) order number and will match anything sent to them on emails . This is extremely confusing for the end user customer receiving the order , as the order number is completely irrelevant to them and its the channel reference that is their true order number.   18. Click and Drop - Unable to Edit Currency

    It would be helpful to be able to edit the currency for an order when entered incorrectly. All other aspects of overseas order can be edited, but not the currency. I have to delete the order and re-enter with correct currency.

  19. Adding the department name to a label instead of the department number.

    Before we manifest, we always check each parcel to ensure it has been coded to the correct department. Currently the only way to do this is checking on the screen, by adding the name to the label instead of the number would speed up this process.

  20. Product details column, sort by A-Z

    I have posted this before. You can sort by old to new and new to old on date, so why can't we sort product by A-Z allowing us to print all our products off in order? It's such an easy thing to apply.
