As it stands I have to go through two separate processes to:
(a) pay for postage of a package in Click & Drop
(b) go to a different screen to book a Collection.
Could you please integrate these two processes so we can optionally arrange and pay for a collection when we buy the postage.
It will make our workflows shorter; we only have to pay once rather than twice under the current system. This will save us time3 votes

I send parcels to family in Australia and the postage is often significantly cheaper online but if it’s a small package, the label that prints out is too big for the available space. Is there a way to print out a smaller version of the postage label rather than having to pay a higher price at the Post Office?6 votes

As the product weight is already stored I want to be able to multi select DIFFERENT products and apply the same postage. So 20 orders are royal mail tracked 24 but are different products. At the moment you can only do this for items that weigh the same as you have to add the order weight again.1 vote
I want the system to be able to automatically apply a postal service based on the name of the product. You can do it by price but if a large letter size and a small parcel size has the same price then it wont work.
As the order comes in I want it to know what service it is usually sent on and applies it automatically.1 vote

New products in WooCommerce don't carry over the item weight to Click and Drop.
For example: my 'New Item' is 20g, but my total package weight comes to 150g, after I apply postage it stores 'New Item' weight as 150g - the weight of the whole package.
If I go to 'edit package contents' and enter the 'New Item' weight (20g), BEFORE I apply postage, it still stores "New Item' weight as that of the whole package.
Is there a way of making it remember the correct weight?1 vote

It is very frustrating when you pay to produce postage labels, then the email you receive says 'QR code unavailable'. This happens occasionally for no apparent reason. It also happens consistently if the addressee has special characters in their name, like Jürgen.
You then have to wait over a week to be refunded. Even if you call customer service, they will refuse to refund earlier and tell you to wait.
- Your developers should receive alerts each time this happens.
- There needs to be an option to request an immediate refund if the QR code / label fails to generate.
Can you please look into having the username clearly visible on the Dashboard of the Click and Drop Accounts. As a large Mailing House and since the swtich off of STL/SD1/T24 etc on OBA, we now have access to 12 C&D accounts, all with different end billing account numbers. This number is growing each week. We really need the username/account name to be visble somewhere on the Dashboard as we are alwasy swapping bewtween these accounts and it is very easy to genrate an order on the wrong account. It has already happended and we now have to go through a credit application. I can see this was suggested in 2020 but it looks like it was not progressed.

Thank you for your suggestion and feedback. We are looking into the ability to add multiple accounts to a single login. We are hoping this availably from later this year or early next year.

Now that Germany requires sellers to be registered with LUCID to send into Germany, we need a place in C&D to enter this information. Etsy has implemented LUCID support3 votes
When creating manual orders the total order value has to be input on the first create order page and is optional. When creating orders that need a CN22, the value of each item has to be input, but the total value for the CN22 is taken from the optional order value field on the first create order page. I request that a modification is made so that the system adds up the total value of the items on the CN22 and inserts that automatically into the total field. This would make life easier for users and also avoid errors.1 vote
If a user has accidentally moved an order to Despatched, you can no longer book a collection for it.
We batch our collections and purchase these at the end of each day, but if another user has accidentally marked a label as dispatched we cannot add it to the collection for the following day. This means we have to dispatch it using the RM website and as these accounts are not linked, we cannot track this on C&D.3 votes

All BFPO require a CN22. Also in order to get the correct postage customers need to use the BF1 Postcode rather than the BFPO. BF1 and BFPO are classed as UK addresses, All BF1 postcodes and BFPO should automatically generate a CN22 like overseas addresses do.9 votes
Thanks for your suggestion. We are making changes to support the generation of CN documents for BFPO addresses, we will update the status here when we begin to implement this feature.

When you filter with the Date column by selecting October 31, changing the filter again will select the wrong date (one day earlier).
STEP 1: Click the Date filter (either Manifested or Open orders) tab, then on the calendar double-click to select October 31.
October 31 will now show above in the Filter Value box in (hard to read) light grey.
STEP 2: Now double-click to select October 28 and it will instead incorrectly set October 27 as the date in the Filter Value box.
This occurred using the latest Chrome browser on Windows 10.1 vote

When you book a parcel for click & drop, you are given a QR code that can be scanned by a Royal Mail employee at one of their offices, which will then print the label, and job done.
Currently, when you book a parcel for international delivery you will not be given a QR code - it will just say "QR code unavailable".3 votes
Thank you for your suggestion. We are currently working on extending Labels to Go QR codes to include international shipments requiring a CN22.
