  1. Allow me to edit my Collection address

    At the moment I can only use the address as returned by your address look up, I cannot make any amendments to the address after I have selected it. I would like to add my house number in addition to the name, as my house is moiré readily identified by number.

    Alternatively, add the ability to provide some instructions for a collection address.

  2. actually turn up to collections that I have booked

    There's only about a 50% chance that you actually turn up to a booked collection, multiple times I have had to book several collections before you actually pick it up, it is ridiculous

  3. Mandate PO Box / Tax Identifier Number When Mandated by Destination

    Mandate PO Box numbers when sending to Dubai or UAE, when using Royal Mail tracked services.

    When posting to Brazil or Portugal you are required to Provide a Tax Reference Number, unless this box is filled you can't post the item

    For Dubai / UAE, shipments requires a PO Box number.

    If data is required, then it should be marked with asterisk and be mandatory.

  4. Filter by more than one product so all orders containing these products are selected

    I sell products that are the same weight and price so when customers buy 2 or more it is hard to manually select parcels containing the correct products.

    I would like to filter on more than one product so I can see a list of orders containing those products.

  6. reinstate the availability of printing QR label for tracked services at delivery offices

    Previously I was able to get my QR label for tracked services printed at the delivery office. This service has now been removed, probably as not all offices could print the label. Surely the proper thing to do was to give all offices this ability instead of removing the service from all. Not everyone has a printer that is good enough to ensure the QR and barcodes are printed correctly.

  7. At the point where a sender address has been selected the page should not show that collection is available when it is not.

    It is very irritating to have to get a postage refund because at the point of purchase collection was promoted as available, but once the postage has been paid for a message pops up to say that it is not. The web site and databases need to be more 'joined up' . Clearly a different carrier becomes more attractive!

  8. Shopify - import orders that are Authorized as well as Paid

    Currently Click & Drop only imports orders with a Paid status. However some merchants (like ourselves) prefer to manually capture payments, in which case the payment status is Authorized. I would like to either see an option to decide which payment statuses are imported or for Authorized to be considered the same as Paid (which they are).

  9. Update API Documentation

    The API documentation is still on version 1.0.0 (which I find hard to believe after a few years) - https://api.parcel.royalmail.com/

    We were able to create a shipment with multiple parcels in it (as per the docs) but now it seems we are unable to. There was also a bug where the same SKU could not be in two different parcels within the same shipment (so perhaps this was the solution)

    Please please please update the Click & Drop API documentation, and notify anyone using this API of forthcoming changes before they are implemented as per good practise

  10. Ability to bulk export billing addresses (including emails) to XLS

    Currently, if you use the "export to XLS" it does not include the billing address and email associated with the order. I require the ability to export this information in bulk as this is the only way to extract customer email addresses from orders from marketplaces.

  11. Add integration for PayPal orders and invoices

    I have clients who pay over the phone via PayPal, by invoice via PayPal but there is no integration to pull orders from there so I have to create them manually. Can you consider an integration for PayPal please?

    On 'Allow Future Dated Orders', I would like Planned despatch date mandated before I can move on to the 'Apply Postage' screen. I often mistakenly forget to enter the planned date.

  14. Automatically select ADD' Customer Delivery instructions' to orders when doing as Batches

    Your new web interface deigns for CLICK and DROP - really need to address the need automatically select ADD' Customer Delivery instructions' to the print labels..... at present its a manual instruction which looks like a after thought bottom right of screen - many operators may miss this critical message!

  17. Add option to Mark Collections as Delivered / Completed

    I have spoken to customer services who have recommended I go through this feedback link as there is nothing they can do. We have two "active" collections where the packages have already been collected and been delivered, so want to either cancel them or move them to "completed" just to keep our active booked collections clear and tidy with just actual collections we are waiting on to make things easier to manage. One of the collections has an amend or cancel option, however I keep getting an error message saying an unexpected problem has occured, with a different reference number…

  18. Ability to Filter the Collections Grid

    "My collections" shows a number which are past their collection date, I would like to be able to remove these - especially ones where the associated tracked delivery has been "delivered". (Why can't the system do this already).

    I would like to be able to remove or flag as completed the ones which I know have been done so that my outstanding list shows only valid collections.

    Additionally, how do I inform someone if I have a collection and no-one has arrived to make that collection, as this is quite frustrating after waiting at home all day.

  19. Support More Than 2 SKUs On 6x4 Labels

    A lot of our customers buy several items at once.

    The SKU area on the 6x4 thermal label only shows 2 of the SKU in total.

    We use the SKUs on labels as a packing list.

    The character limit for SKUs is 100, but only 2 of our SKU appear on the label (approx. 10 characters) and there is still plenty of space for them all to be printed. If there is space available for 100 characters on the label.

  20. Add More Detail To Invoices

    It would be useful to have information on the invoice i.e letter, large, parcel etc.

    Every line just shows the same item Royal Mail 24/48. You can only work out which is which by dividing total by quantity.

    Can we also have the price per item shown on the line.
