can we have "Tubes" designation for click and drop? we have tubes in normal post an item but not in click and drop??
normal post an item has Tubes as an option to post things including sizes and weights, how come Click and drop doesn't have this, i use click and drop every day but have to use small , medium and large package pricings

Navigation of the website is incredibly difficult
The Royal Mail’s disparate collection of websites are impossible to navigate. One minute you are on the Royal Mail site, click a button and it looks like you are on Click and Drop (why are these even separated), then at another click you are on Parcel Force. Using the Send a Parcel button seems to randomly take a payment and produce a label but where is it? I have hunted high and low and it isn't in the Royal Mail collection of previous orders and neither is it in the Click and Drop collection of previous orders. I have the…

2 x 1D Barcodes on tracked lables
Some labels I receive from other shipping systems now include 2 x 1D Barcodes on tracked labels - the second same barcode where the "logo" can be applied to the bottom of the lable.
Click and Drop doesn't have the option to support this. Now baring in mind this 1D barcode is used for the automated sorting, I can understand why some of the big players are putting it on the label twice.
Is this something you plan to roll out to all users to help speed up the automated sorting?

Can't pay now with new update...
It's frustrating when tech developers with no experience at all in selling and using C&D create all the "improvements" to features - which only adds a new layer of problems and time waste instead of actual improvements.
The latest version makes it impossible to pay for the postage. The payment name and address is now fixed to the default sender address and you can't change it to anything else, or add payment details freely. The default SENDER address doesn't necessarily reflect the billing or card details.

user colum inside the ready for despatch window
i have multiple packers. and it would be good to see what and how much they have packed. they all have there own user login. but i am unable to filter the user to see what and how much they have packed. can a Colum be added so the users can be seen and filtered please.

Don't overwrite item price when copying customs information to all orders.
We want to copy customs information for all selected orders however this also overwrites the product price and we need the price to accurately reflect the amount paid for U.S. tariffs and IOSS to match

Support older systems.
There are still many people using older systems, so your policy of not supporting them is unreasonable, as you are losing customers because of it. I had to use a courier service for this reason. Therefore, I request that you reconsider supporting older systems that are still widely used. It is in your own interest to do so; otherwise, people will be forced to go elsewhere.

'Overwrite Exisitng Product Data' shouldn't overwrite/change the item price
When selecting the overwrite existing product category, this shouldn't change the item price in the customs section as we need the price to exactly match the amount paid by the customer so that there aren't any descrepancies when it comes to import duties like IOSS and U.S. tariffs such as when a discount code is used it wont match the base item price.

Search Function is Broken
The search function is currently not working correctly (for the past few days). When searching using a postcode / order number / customer name. It shows "No orders matching inserted date could be found. Even though there are orders that exist under this data. Tested across 30 different orders.
I've called the click n drop helpline and the fixes advised were (fixes not worked):
- Delete cookies
- Log out and log back in
- check internet connectionIt makes checking order status impossible for customer enquiries.

allow small volume sellers to use one mailsack for 24 and 48, and maybe all post
I don't have many sales, so often I have about 10 items to post, but if I want to offer a choice between 24 and 48 to my customers, I have to hand in 2 bags and a third for international.

No longer able to added more than 20 HS Codes to a parcel
We used to be able to add more than 20 different HS Codes to parcels we send to Northern Ireland and as a Wholesaler who ships multiple products to customers in Northern Ireland this was extremely useful but for some reason this feature has now been removed. We use the import facility and then allocate the items to the relevant parcel as we have multiple parcels to the same delivery address.

I would like to suggest that shipping rules need to be improved.
I would like to suggest that shipping rules need to be improved as I tried to create the shipping rules but I failed because there isn't an option to enter the weight of the mailer box (Tare weight empty mailer box) where the products will be placed in. Result of this I can't use shipping rules as the weight would come up completely wrong.
I would like it if you could pass this message to some management team and they could make some improvements to resolve this issue ...and all businesses could set shipping rules which would be correct.

Would you consider extending the API pull for eBay orders to 1 hour?
15-20 minutes is just too fast. No time to make a coffee, rethink life choices, or stare at the screen wondering if new orders even exist.
Honestly, 1 hour sounds better. Maybe 6 hours for premium suspense. Turn Click & Drop into a proper mystery box experience.
Nothing beats refreshing Royal Mail Click & Drop and asking: “Will the orders show up today, or is it a tomorrow problem?”

I would like to be able to delete orders from the Open Orders Screen
I know this has been asked before. Previously, I found a way to delete unwanted orders, by clicking on the order and selecting delete from the order details screen, one at a time. Now the site has been updated that does not work either. So Now I cannot delete any unwanted orders from open orders, or the individual order screen. Would it be possible to look into this and see if an adjustment can be made, to allow deletion of unwanted orders? Thank-you.
Update_:- This has now caused me to send the wrong item to the wrong person and cost…

new Create Order Page April 2026
Friday 10th April 2026 the online create an order page worked well. All the bits you needed was there and you were able to create an order and NOT leave the form so the trading name stayed the same. That is the only reason we used the newer create an order page.
So Tuesday 14th April i go in to create my labels and find its all change. I don't like change at the best of times but BACKWARDS CHANGES just make no sense. And then to tell us we have LESS THAN A MONTH to get used to it…

Allow merging of orders with different postage
Fulfilment customers integrated into C&D sometimes get their customers ordering then making an additional order but with different postage - standard then first class - but C&D will then NOT allow these orders to be merged even though all other information is the same. It means that the 2 orders for instance can't be merged and sent with the same postage service saving both sender and recipient money.

Field Mapping Order
When uploading databases to C&D the mapping field order has changed. We generally use name, address etc and then Weight, Package Size and Service Code. These fields used to appear near the top on the fields list. They are now nearer the bottom so we have to scroll to othe bottom of the list when mapping the data. The importer fields are now at the top. Which are only used for international mailings. Surely it makes more sense to have the standard name and address fields at the top? Or it would be good to have the option to mark…

sort out integration with Google address book
C&D used to integrate fully with my Google Address book, autofilling the book when I have a new customer and populating the C&D page when I began to enter a customer name for existing customers. Now it will only pull the name from Address book when you start to type it but not address, phone email etc. Can this be rectified?
