Add customs duty costs & Other costs into product import
Currently you have to enter "customs duty costs" every time you process an international order... even though it is currently pointless. Can it either:
1. Be made a non mandatory field
2. Be possible to add a nominal number in via the product import (if we are doing this, can we also have Other costs to add in the 50p charge)1 vote -
Correct your errors
My idea is that you sort out an error before another occurs. For example, It's been a few months since I reported an 'unexpected error' after paying for labels, so that I've had to use 're-generate labels' option to print them. You told me that it is a known error and your tech guys were working on it.
Well, 3 or more months later and the error is still happening so: what's going on?

Increase the merge function limit to orders 90 days old.
I can't see why the limit should be 31 days, why have a restriction? I create custom items which can take 8 weeks, so if a customer wants to wait and combine their postage with an 'off the shelf' item I can't facilitate that due to the merge 31 day limit.

We have limited the merge order functionality to 31 days for system performance reasons, but we will review whether extending this limit is feasible.
For the time being, in this scenario you will need to create a new order, or clone the existing order to proceed with a merge.

Unexpeted error message appears when paying the postage on Clickanddrop since tuesday 7th Octobre 2025
Unexpeted error message appears when paying the postage on clickanddrop for business since Tuesday 7th October. Somehow managed to "pay and generate labels" for a few items 1 by 1. And now can't pay for anything. The integration with eBay working fine, apply postage OK, but when it's time to pay the error message appear asking to try in a few moment.

USA letters
I’m trying to create a label for a letter to send to the USA using code DP3 and I’m getting the following error:
"Error applying postage. Errors for order 63448: Customs Duty Cost (DDP/DTP) is not supported by the selected service to this destination”
Please can you advise a solution please?

Parcelforce login doesn't work with existing account
It says on Parcelforce that you can login with existing Royal Mail account details, but when I use the Click&Drop login details it can't recognise any account.

Address edits do not appear on labels
Bug report:
When there are errors in an address in Shopify, or perhaps buyers have filled in the whole address on one row, and you edit them to correct them - the faulty address still appears on the printed labels.1 vote -
Label generation should open in new window
When labels are created in the same window, it leaves the login dashboard. It's really annoying when you have multiple tasks to do. Can it not open in a separate window/new tab to avoid this?

PDDP parcels to USA, compensation on MPR
Instead of using MP7 for parcels to USA, I now have to use MPR in order to be able to pre-pay the USA Tariff. However, the compensation level on this is only £50, when on MP7 it was £150 I believe? Why is this?
The reason I am asking here is because communication with RM is virtually impossible. Phone calls take hours to be answered and emails more than a week, if you receive any response at all.

Show total number of parcels on manifest
The Parcelforce manifest doesn't show the total number of parcels sent, it only shows the number of consignments. We need to know the total number of parcels the driver is taking.

We would like to be able to generate individual manifests for Royal Mail & Parcelforce without having to click on each individual consignment. The collections times are 2 hours apart and often add more parcels to send with Royal Mail

Give us the option of not pre paying tariffs for US customers so they pay it themselves
Ebay do not collect US Tariffs on behalf of the seller, but then when the seller posts the item to the US, royal mail pays the tariff and charges the seller. So the seller will pay the tariffs. Lots of people use ebay so why is there no option to let the customer pay the tarrifs, we only get to use pddp. Can we have the option to use a service where the customer pays.

Allow easy trading name changes in new orders (from Shopify)
There should be the option to select between trading names for new orders - even if you have a default trading name selected.
It doesn't allow you to do that for new orders coming from Shopify integration.
To change trading name (for occasional shipments with a different shipping pickup or location) you have to manually fill in the recipient address in a new order. Only then can you pick the trading name.
This is very time consuming and tedious.
The option should be available for all new orders selected for label purchase.

Shipping Rules - Filter eBay Orders by SKU, Shipping Rules by SKU's for eBay Orders
Please add filtering rule by SKU, so we can create more advanced rules. Mainly we have may orders that goes by other shipping company but they are still imported to the C&D account so we need to delete them manually every day. If we have rule that not allow to import certain SKU's that would make out work a lot easier. Hope more people will vote for it too. So simple to add but crucial for some businesses.

Some Customs Docs / AWBs are not printing in chronological order
We are having an urgent issue whereas AWBs in click and drop are not printing in chronological order, most are but some are not and it appears as totally random.
Once postage applied all is fine and in chronological order but then a few random ones go out of sync one the labels have been printed.
Also once manifested, the orders are not being marked as fulfilled in shopify and the tracking numbers are not uploading despite the 'mark orders as despatched on channel' icon (attached) being clicked.
It has been integrated with our Shopify for 2 years without issue…

Fix Wordpress > WooCommerce Integration. Order Import & Send Tracking Notes is Broken.
Integration to WordPress > WooCommerce is unreliable
Problems.
- Ignores random orders when importing them into Click and Drop.
I had to delete the integration and create a new one to force it to get a week's worth of orders it ignored. Then today it has randomly missed three orders again. It worked for a few days reliably after making a new integration and is now unreliable again.
We need a way to force an order import from WordPress > WooCommerce.
- It only sends tracking as a note randomly. Many orders that are Tracked 48 don't get any tracking sent.
