reinstate the availability of printing QR label for tracked services at delivery offices
Previously I was able to get my QR label for tracked services printed at the delivery office. This service has now been removed, probably as not all offices could print the label. Surely the proper thing to do was to give all offices this ability instead of removing the service from all. Not everyone has a printer that is good enough to ensure the QR and barcodes are printed correctly.

Add Integration For Sytist
I currently run a photography company that results in a large volume of post. Sytist is the industry stand e-commerce solution and currently it is not integrated. The system can produce csv files for the creation of the labels, but the tracking info is not passed back

Have the option to return the Click & Drop labels in ZPL label format
Have the option to return the Click & Drop labels in ZPL label format using API.
This would be a great help for a new packaging machine that we now have.

Editing Return Address and Removing Duplicates
Using other addresses for return labels, moving house, errors can all impact on the return address function. Unfortunately the system saves all of these for eternity. Could there be an edit/delete function to ensure accuracy? Less waste and diversion?

BETA UI orders list 'status' field - make optional
Can the "Status" field be selectable under the column manager akin to other columns, as takes up screen space on small displays causing scrolling - it may not be relevant to all users when it just says 'manifested' for every entry...

Beta Orders Grid: Cannot Select & Copy Text
In the Beta version of the Open Orders Page, I am not able to highlight and copy text, such as channel order number, customer name, and postcode. These details are often used to check/match orders back in the platform or third-party software.

Shopify Integration: Include non-shippable products in shipping updates
If a Shopify order contains a non-shipable product add-on (like engraving or gift wrap) the App doesn't update the order status to fulfilled when the label is printed. Which it did previously.
Shopify handles these product enhancements as a non-standard temporary product which has no option to set a 'Product Location' or 'Requires Shipping' status.
I won't be the only person seeing certain orders not switch to being fulfilled when the label is printed.
The prior version just marked the shopify order fulfilled when the label was printed. You probably need an option to allow this or all these orders…

Future dated for shipping rules
Shipping rules to integrate with future dating orders (for example, future date them x amount of days)
To allow postage to automatically apply, print and pack the order but it won't be manifested until manually done or x amount of days have passed.1 vote -
Country of Origin codes
Under Settings/Customs, the drop down menu for Country of Origin needs to separate Northern Ireland from the rest of the UK (GB).
Since January 2022 the Country of Origin code for Northern Ireland is XI.For GB it is XU.

Increase Maximum Search / Filter Length
In the last 4 months click and drop reduced the filter characters, this means that I can no longer print my orders in batches it took months of phone calls to work out what had gone wrong. Simply put, a job which I could do in under an hour is now taking me 8 hours due to this change. Please increase the characters on search filter again.

Show the Parcel ID in Click and Drop
As Amazon now seems to require the Parcel ID entering for STL Large Letter orders (for Valid Tracking Rate) we really need the Parcel ID to appear in Click and Drop and also the Despatched/Manifested order reports. At present we can only retrieve this from the label above the 2D barcode.
We don't use the Amazon integration so even if the Parcel ID now gets passed automatically to Amazon we cannot make use of it.

Special Delivery Orders not being marked as despatched after manifesting
An ongoing issue that means when a special delivery order is manifested it is not getting marked as despatched. Therefore if there is any delay for these orders, the tracking states RM are still expecting the shipment, even though they already have it. Doesn't happen with RM24, they are showing as despatched as normal, only seems to affect Specials,

Ensure that the Status Page link is correctly and speedily updated
Today 29th January Click & Drop has not been allowing purchases for the last two or three hours. There are multiple instance on DownDetector of your customeres trying to report this problem, but the status page is still saying "Jan 29, 2023 No incidents reported today."

Multi select different orders for different products and apply the same postage
As the product weight is already stored I want to be able to multi select DIFFERENT products and apply the same postage. So 20 orders are royal mail tracked 24 but are different products. At the moment you can only do this for items that weigh the same as you have to add the order weight again.

Assign postage rules by product name
I want the system to be able to automatically apply a postal service based on the name of the product. You can do it by price but if a large letter size and a small parcel size has the same price then it wont work.
As the order comes in I want it to know what service it is usually sent on and applies it automatically.1 vote -
Edit Package Contents use entered item weight
New products in WooCommerce don't carry over the item weight to Click and Drop.
For example: my 'New Item' is 20g, but my total package weight comes to 150g, after I apply postage it stores 'New Item' weight as 150g - the weight of the whole package.
If I go to 'edit package contents' and enter the 'New Item' weight (20g), BEFORE I apply postage, it still stores "New Item' weight as that of the whole package.
Is there a way of making it remember the correct weight?1 vote -
Automatic Total on CN22
When creating manual orders the total order value has to be input on the first create order page and is optional. When creating orders that need a CN22, the value of each item has to be input, but the total value for the CN22 is taken from the optional order value field on the first create order page. I request that a modification is made so that the system adds up the total value of the items on the CN22 and inserts that automatically into the total field. This would make life easier for users and also avoid errors.

Bug with Date Filter selecting incorrect date.
When you filter with the Date column by selecting October 31, changing the filter again will select the wrong date (one day earlier).
For example:
STEP 1: Click the Date filter (either Manifested or Open orders) tab, then on the calendar double-click to select October 31.October 31 will now show above in the Filter Value box in (hard to read) light grey.
STEP 2: Now double-click to select October 28 and it will instead incorrectly set October 27 as the date in the Filter Value box.
This occurred using the latest Chrome browser on Windows 10.
