Editing manifested orders (add staff notes or channel reference)
Sometimes when we enter orders, the operative misses our invoice number in the channel reference, or forgets to put staff notes in there.
E.g, contents of a package may be missing.Once it has been manifested these fields are not editable.
It would be very helpful to be able to add this function please.1 vote -

Import 'Company Name' Address Field For Amazon Orders
The 'Company Name' field exists in the Amazon order detail but doesn't import into Click & Drop. This has happened several times since mid-August.

Import Images With Orders From Integrations
When orders are imported from channels like eBay and Amazon, it would be good if the product images were also imported

Allowed to select "Parcel" and "RM48 LBT"
I have been incurring penalties for RM48 LBT parcels. An investigation has uncovered that I do not have RM48 parcel service, only Large Letter, but I have been allowed to choose size "parcel" and service "TRS48" which is a large letter ONLY band thus incurring a £1 penalty for every parcel.
1 voteHello, thank you for your suggestion. TRS 48 LBT (Letter Box-able Tracked) is available on parcel format to afford you the full 1000g weight limit TRS48 supports. You must still adhere to the service specifications, which for letter box-able includes a weight limit of 1000g, and dimensions matching that of Large Letter. Please speak with your account manager to get the full details of your services specifications. We will consider changes to make these limitations clearer in the future.

TRS Service and Large Letter / Parcel
TRS Large Letter Tracked.
Please can you implement a setting for TRS so that Shipping Rules work for both formats. There is no way for Click & Drop to tell the difference between Large Letter or Parcel, when using TRS above 750g (750g-1kg). A drop-down menu on products would be good.

Improve Post Code Validation
UK Postcodes. C&D accepts normal postcodes as eg AB12x3CD and AB123CD as valid but rejects AB12xx3CD as invalid (x represents a space). Surely it should be simple enough to either strip all spaces or reject those with no spaces.

Add Order Totals, Order Line Totals and Tax to Despatch Note
Currently the dispatch note displays the product items but not costs. It would be handy to have an option to display this, along with a breakdown of tax and postage costs.

Shopify Orders Not Showing In Search
Shopify orders cannot be searched by any details (order ref / buyer name / address) using the search feature.
This issue has been going on since the start of the year.

Add an 'Order Count' of Orders in Selected Batches
When you select Batches in the Batches view, there's a summary which tells you 'x of y batches selected'. It would be very useful to also show the number of Orders in those batches without needing to look at the orders overview

Can you please add an option to choose 'Results File Only' in the DropBox and Desktop Methods? We have no use for the labels so the option to choose:

Please make batch information and manifests private. There is no need for all users to be able to see this information - it is private for the business owner or accounts department only to see.

Reorganise the fields in the Create Order screen
Change the order of the fields in the Create Order screen so I can add the Post Code immediately after the recipient's name, when using the Tab key to navigate

Add Option to Set Default Service Extensions for Services
Could we have an option to set defaults such as (have it applied or not) "Provide SMS notification to the recipient" & "Provide email notification to the recipient" for all tracked items.
It would make sense rather than select those tick boxes on every order to be able to have it pre-set as default and option to manually untick those boxes for customers that don't want notifications. it would make processing a lot more efficient.
