  1. Book a Collection For More Than 10 Items

    I send 15-30 parcels each time, and I need to book it in batches of 10. Can you increase the limit please?

    It confuses the postie, as the see a few parcels to collect, but there is over 20 I give, as it booked under a different code, so they do not see how may in total they will collect.

  3. CN22 for BFPO

    All BFPO require a CN22. Also in order to get the correct postage customers need to use the BF1 Postcode rather than the BFPO. BF1 and BFPO are classed as UK addresses, All BF1 postcodes and BFPO should automatically generate a CN22 like overseas addresses do.

    Please, could you add Open Cart to the list of platforms available for quick integration? One of our websites is with the Open Cart and it is a pain to do every order manually.

  5. Make the manifest smaller, its wasted paper.

    Let's streamline the manifest; it's just wasted paper. Handing it over to the postman feels pointless since Royal Mail already has a digital copy. Once the collection driver scans it, it's just trash. Why not replace it with a barcode or 2D code on a label? Maybe 3 or 4 with all info in the codes? The driver or the drop-off point can scan it. We're moving towards a waste-free society, yet this manifest is unnecessarily large with too many spaces. A bunch of tracking codes serves no purpose. Postmen confirm these manifests are redundant once scanned. Let's make them…

  6. Support Safe Place Details For Collections

    Can we have a field to include safe place details for collections such as lock codes for a parcel box. Currently on Business Click and Drop it only has fields for an address so I have to be in when I book a collection.

  7. Display Future Despatch Date After Applying Postage

    When we are not getting a collection on the day we are applying postage, we change the dispatch date but we are unable to check that the correct dispatch date has been entered for all orders. If there was a way to see the dispatch date that had been applied this would be beneficial so we could re-apply the postage to any that were not correct.

  8. Click & Drop Desktop - Print shipping label THEN Despatch Note

    We have today moved over from Print Assist to the new Desktop app for Auto Printing.

    Everything was fine during testing as we printing 1 label at the time. We then decided it was time to print a large batch of orders. So selected 37 orders for the same item and printed.

    We are then presented with 37 tracking labels, followed by 37 despatch labels. No longer does it print the shipping label alongside the despatch label! So we now have to sort out each label and find its relevant depatch note (GDPR would love it if we accidentally sent…

  9. Make the check box for each order bigger on the new orders page

    When scrolling down new orders the check box is so small - cant it be bigger - its easy to click just off it then it opens the order and you have to close it.

    Please make it easier when processing lots of orders but not checking them all.

  10. Stop automatically manifesting orders after business hours

    It is currently 01/11/23 at 19:27, and my orders which I printed around 30 minutes ago have been automatically manifested.

    Why are they being manifested after business hours?

    People like myself who do not have any time to complete orders earlier in the day have to deal with customer service emailing me threatening to add extra fees. If you do not offer an after-hours service, don't bother to force this upon people. It makes no sense.

  11. Commodity / HS Code Changing

    We've been using customs code 95041000 for video games for years in the default setting for click & drop
    https://business.parcel.royalmail.com/settings/customs/. We don't upload item description or customs code on each order.

    The last two international orders have description of contents: 'packing tape' insead of 'video games' and code '3919100951' instead of 'video games' on the CN22 generated by click & drop. Please can you look into this as it must be a change at your end e.g. defaulting to a generic description/code rather than the one in our settings.

  12. Service Total Including VAT Is Sometimes Incorrect

    We have noticed that on occasion the price of a service + VAT sums to a 1p more or less than the total.

    This has meant we have had to manually reconcile accounts.

  13. Provide an option to report errors

    On the top menu have a "report a problem" option. When a system error opccurs it is extremely difficult to inform you about it, you should make it easier for customers to help you. They face a problem, they report the problem immediately, it is logged and you monitor the logs and take action. Your Status Page show everything fine yet I am unable to process payment, I go to down detector and find others have same problem... this should be visible in the site and customers will make life easier for you and visibility of issues makes it easier…

  14. Show Trading Name Logo on Open Orders Page

    Under the heading "Channel" there is a picture of a piece of paper and a shopping cart.
    When you hover over the "picture" it says which of our trading names we used on that order.
    We have an icon set in the preferences for each of our trading names, so why can't they be shown in the Channel instead of the same unnecessary picture for all trading names/channels?

  15. Convert Common Non-ASCII Characters When Importing Orders

    When entering a name and address in to Shopify (and most other web sites), Unicode character set is available to users. When these orders are imported into Click & Drop, any non-ascii characters are flagged up for manual "fixing".

    By far the most common "invalid address" that C&D asks me to fix (every day) involves just changing apostrophes from Unicode "right single quotation mark" (U+2019 or U+2032) characters to their ASCII apostrophe equivalent (U+0027).

    There are other cases, most notably European addresses containing diacritical marks, etc. While I'm sure the developers could automatically convert these to the nearest equivalent roman…

  16. Bulk Proof of Postage Instead of Individual Certificates for Each Parcel

    We need bulk facility for click and drop when proof of posting is required. Instead of printing individual certificates for each parcel it would better to print out one certificate listing all the parcels . This could be fine by printing the bulk certificate from the batch history

  17. Detect Channel Islands postcodes and automatically set their destination to Jersey/Guernsey not Mainland

    When orders from Ebay, Amazon and other channels come through to C&D via the API, it would be extremely useful if the destination country could automatically show as the relevant Jersey/Guernsey not Mainland UK, as the customs label does not automatically generate without this. Ebay orders and most amazon orders to Jersey and Guernsey appear as "mainland UK" but with Jersey or Guernsey postcodes.

  18. Retain selected items after applying postage

    If you tick certain orders in the 'New Order' folder and apply postage to an order all the ticked items are de-ticked.

    It use to be that these ticked items were retained as ticked. Please change this back.

  19. Suggestions For New Orders Grid

    New order page only shows one product per order and "+ 1 more item". This creates extra steps to see what an order contains.

    When applying postage, it opens in a new "tab" and you are unable to see what products are in the order.

    The font colour for product SKUs is too light and small, so it is more difficult to read.

    Order details should not open in new tab as it breaks the flow of the page.

    Customer name and postcode should not be in the same column, as it makes it more difficult to quickly scan for…

  20. Support searching for partial order numbers

    Hi, when searching for an order number it is only possible to search for the full number but not partial numbers. As you are adding a # in front of imported order numbers, that makes it possible to use a barcode scanner to search for an order (order number in C&D: #12345,barcode Scanner delivers 12345, C&D search shows no results)
