Look at the issue with integrating Amazon Japan - we've reported this numerous times over 4 years
We've had issues with the information transferring from Amazon Japan to Click and Drop. We've been given many many reasons why this hasn't been done. The latest is that it isn't a priority. Are we the only ones to have this issue?

Option for generated labels to be opened only
Enable a setting which allows the option for generated labels to be opened only and not automatically downloaded to files as current, which increases the workflow, creating extra admin to locate and delete files as well as taking up storage. It may be useful for some users for automatic download for not others.

Enter a field for repeat customers with a simple 'R' as our offering changes for people returning
Our first time buyers get a free gift bag. We have no easy way of knowing that they are returning customers from the fields displayed. An extra column stating "N" new or 'R' would be a massive help.

Allow Product export with all data fields enabled
I'm surprised that this isn't possible already? If I export all of my Products to a csv file, I don't get any of the customs data at all? I can't understand why this isn't included as standard, as it's all in the same place/database surely?
So if I want to do any batch updates to my products, I have to build all of the customs data from scratch, which is incredibly time-consuming.

Royal Mail App Proof of Postage
Dear Royal Mail,
The Royal mail app does not provide proof of postage for tracked 48 parcels and keeps saying pending when my parcels have been scanned through Royal mails network when dropped off either at a parcel box or Royal mail delivery office. Without proof of postage I can't make a claim if my parcels get lost or damaged during delivery. The only option I have is to go to the post office wait in the queue sometimes more then 15 minutes and get charged 16p for each parcel which adds up to a lot of money. I have…

Set label formats depending on the user who's logged in, not for all users on the same account
When you change the label size, it will change it for all users on the system instead of each user account. This can be frustrating when one user uses a 6x4 label and the other uses a 4x3 label. It would be better if there was a system where you can set it for each user or set as a global, just in case you had many user accounts.

Stops orders from being unselected if you accidentally open and then close one
When selecting multiple orders manually, if you accidentally miss the tikbox it opens an order (that's fine), when you close that order however your whole selection is then unselected.

The following is what the previous interface had and would like to get on new one
- RESET ORDER
- we could reset order and see the service changed instantly and could set dispatched by other courier with out going back to new order box.
- ORDER VALUE
- we could use low to high or high to low when making labels, would love to get that on new interface 3-ADDING SHIPPING SERVICE WHILE HIGHLIGHTING MULTIPLE OF THEM -We could highlight a bunch of orders orders while checking price customer paid to make labels accordingly

Move back to open orders screen when deleting an order from the order details screen
When you are in the open order screen and you click an order which you would like to delete (for example if it is marked as 'dispatched by other courier'), it opens up in its own window (painfully), then you click the delete button however the order stays open and you have to manually close it. Very confusing at first because you are unsure if it has been deleted, now its just annoying.
It would be a much better flow and much less confusing if it takes you back to the open order screen

Please make 'Order Details' auto-expanded on page load
When I click on an order, which then opens it inside a new tab, the 'Order Details' section is hidden by default on page-load which seems silly.
Please make this section visible on page load by default. It would save me one more click every time I want to view that information which is often the only reason I would ever click on an order to view it in more detail.
Furthermore, in its current state of hidden by default, the content of the page is tiny (order no., name, address etc.) and only takes up half of the browser…

Status Heading
With the new layout, it is hard to differentiate an order's status quickly by glancing down the column. Whether it says Postage Applied, or Label Generated, they are both the same width and colour. If Label Generated was a little longer (or vice versa) a quick glance down the column could identify those orders not yet completed. This was much easier to identify on the old layout.

The new Beta version needs tuning as is.
Rather than concentrating resources on the many 'new features' requested by lots of different users and not to be used by a majority. The adjust tabs feature is good, the ability to manually resize them or delete the tick box and remove them, giving the option to see more on the scree. The next time you log in however, they are back to normal. can the changes be held for a particular users across session ? Add post method to new BETA
Incorporate the postage method and pricing functionality into the new BETA version. The previous version included a seamless process for handling postage methods and prices, crucial for ensuring accurate post details, especially if the buyer opts for an upgrade. Highlight last order viewed
There use to be a green highlight next to the last record that had been opened and closed. This was very useful when we were going down the new orders list as it quickly enabled us to see which recorded we had just looked at and therefore which was the next in order.
This is even more important now as the record is opened in a new tab and when this tab is closed it is not obvious which record you were just looking at.
Please add this feature back in

Allow creation of Groups in Address Book. I have a number of addresses that are used on a regular basis and it would be good to be able to select them as a group.

Include additional fields into 'Dispatched orders Report'
I want to get a better understanding of my overall shipping needs (parcel weights, costs, destinations, service used) so that I can improve the service that I provide to my customers through my online store (i.e. a free shipping service for orders over £***). Please could you include the fields from the 'Order Overview' table into 'Dispatch Order Report' or make the Order overview table exportable to CSV.

Extend Desktop Login Token Expiry
Hi
Can you extend the desktop access token to cover weekends and public holidays e.g. to say a week?At the moment it is too short. My work pc is always on and C&D desktop fails silently on a Monday. It looks fine and says that it is connected to the C&D servers but when I drop files in the folder, the C&D import history shows the file uploading indefinitely.

Bug with shipping rules creation
There are a few countries that do not have a postage service and so you cannot create a shipping rule if they are in the list.
This makes it very difficult if I want to create a shipping rule for "international" ie every country except my own.
- Add all the country groups
- wizard complains because some countries don't have a service
- Impossible to tell which ones
