  1. Multi Parcel Consignments for international orders

    Until last week we could create Multi Parcel Consignments for international orders. This has now been 'turned off' as apparently it's not a feature we were supposed to have. The only way we can create multi parcel consignments for Parcel Force since the integration is to do 1 carton at a time separately. This is totally bizarre, considering a customer would expect 1 invoice for, for example, 8 cartons. How are we supposed to create 8 different invoices and create 8 different labels separately? I could do it until last week, and now have been told categorically 'no'.

    Have the ability to book ad hoc collection in a similar way to the Parcel force WDM book a collection service. To book a parcel via parcel force and then having to ring up just to book a collection is a waste of the customer service teams time and mine. A regular collection day does not work for me as my orders tend to come in batches at odd times in the month.     Unforuntately, only the USA seems to be covered in Click & Drop.

    With the new customs duties on low cost goods introduced by France and Italy - we need this facility, as you cannot account for it via IOSS, and we have no control over whether goods sent to Europe go through France or Italy as the port…

    Dear Support, in the most recent update you have made the status "multi choice" which at best is irritating, if like me people use the status to move from new to postage applied to label generated as part of their workflow - you now need to unclick the current option and select the one you want.. which is muliple clicks more and quite irritating when you cant see what filter you have on when you move to what you think is label generated.. when you also have postage applied on at the same time.. very confusing feature.

  6. Fix a bug which has been introduced about a week ago

    After importing from a CSV and then appying postage to this batch of mail.

    The screen starts flickering multiple times a second and locks out user input for a minute or so until its done.

    The URL keeps flashing and updating with urls such as this;

    This makes import and processing take about 4 times longer than the week before.

  7. Correct the discrepancies with invoice vs billed amounts

    Since November I’ve had a discrepancy in amounts so I assume this is because the PDDP duties aren’t included on the invoices but I need them to match for accounting. I’ve emailed RM but yet to receive a response. If I go into the payments section of my portal I can see the amount is what I am actually paying but the actual invoice shows different.

  9. Enable user to manually enter the postbox ID when the app cannot detect the postbox even though I'm standing right in front of it!!

    Yesterday I tried the Proof of Posting thing in the app for the first time. I tried to scan my item several times, but the app could not detect the postbox I was standing next to. I could see the postbox ID so it would be good if I could add that retrospectively to the tracking after I'd put my item into the postbox. This was a Parcel Postbox.

  10. API - what is the minimal data to post to generate a label?

    I can successfully generate an order using the Click&Drop API. But for the label generation, I think that I need to also specify the shipping method.

    However, each time I post a new order with the field postage_details and add a carrierName, then I get a 400 Bad Request.

    The downloaded specification does include:

    However when I look at the https://api.parcel.royalmail.com/#tag/Orders/operation/CreateOrdersAsync endpoint,

  12. Order status slow updates on ebay since the new click and drop dashboard

    Orders marked as dispatched are taking longer than they use to on ebay sometimes over a hour.
    Before it was not very quick but its even worse now
    I have called up and was told this is how it is but it needs to update quicker

    I would deeply appreciate knowing if theres mail with a knock to say that you have something for my household.There has been a number of cases now where there is no knowledge my parcels have been pushed through the letterbox and have landed on the floor ready to be attacked by a dog.If you could knock it would be definitely appreciated.Get better!

  14. import multiple boxes

    Currently when we import an order we can only move one item at a time into specific packages. As each of our packages can contact 20 or 30 different lines and we could be sending 6 packages to the same address, we are a wholesaler, then this can mean possibly 180 lines to be moved one at a time currently. It would be benefical if you could move multiple lines at once so in this case we could move 30 per package at once when we have selected which ones and that could be done in 6 moves rather than…

  15. Royal Mail Allowing printing of postage which is not legally accepted by Ireland.

    Royal Mail will allow you to input customs data where an item has zero value.One might be led to thinking that if a product is a gift or has no intrinsic value because it's expired, etcetera, then this would be okay.

    Irish Post reject instantly any item which contains a value under one euro.. I have confirmed this with Irish Customs and it's taken nearly a year.

    I have literally lost a thousand pounds worth of postage because of this error.

  16. Add despatch date to the delivery label

    Please can we have the despatch date clearly marked on the delivery label?

    Currently there is nothing on the label to indicate despatch date and the manifest doesn't list the parcel numbers either so it is more difficult than it needs to be to ensure the right parcels are despatched.

  17. C&D Shopify app does not update

    The RM Click and Drop Shopify app does not accurately update tracking and completed deliveries into Shopify. This afffects the shop account very negatively as deliveries show outstanding when they are not and have been delivered. Only about 20% of deliveries show completed.

  18. fix the Shopify discount syncing because double-discounting is causing incorrect customs declarations

    Currently, the Shopify integration is incorrectly appling discounts twice. Shopify provides the line-item price with the discount already applied and a total discount line so you can see what the total discount is. However, Click & Drop then subtracts this "Total Discount" field again from the order summary.

    This results in an artificially low "Total Value" for the order. This is a significant regulatory risk, as it leads to the undervaluation of goods on CN22 and CN23 customs forms for international shipments.

    Request: Please update the mapping to ignore the Shopify total_discounts field if line-item prices are already being pulled…

  19. Large letters can no longer be used for shipment - doubling postage fees

    This is complete madness. My items which are small and qualify in size and weight as a Large Letter, can no longer be shipped as a large letter but a small parcel, DOUBLING the shipping costs!

  20. BUG: Shipments can only be filled as 'Document'

    What's going on with C&D lately? It's just covered in one problem after another. Today, I can't send any item in any other category but "Documents". But I am not sending a document...
    I am unable to change the Declaration category to sales, commercial sample, gift, etc. It only allows Document to be selected. Any other attempts give the following error message:

    "A Personal correspondence shipment must use Documents Declaration category
    *A Personal correspondence shipment must have zero value
