  1. Add claims function

    I know this has been asked before, and it has been declined before - why? It would be far simpler all round if a claim could be directly started by a click beside the missing/lost/mis-delivered parcel? The current claims process is an absolute pain in the butt.

  2. Allow booking of collections (not 'returns') via Click and Drop

    As a business we have a requirement to ship WFH equipment to our staff across the UK, and also to collect equipment back from leavers/retrieve faulty items. Click and Drop allows us to ship from our offices but we can only book collections via pay-as-you-go on Royal Mail, which is not suitable for us. We need to be able to book collections which attach to a monthly invoice as we could with Parcelforce.

  3. Missing 7-Day Orders Graph and Inaccurate Sales Data

    Royal Mail previously showed a simple 7-day graph in Click & Drop, clearly displaying how many orders were received each day, which was very useful. The new update looks more advanced, but this feature seems to have been removed.

    The new sales graph that appears when hovering over each day is also inaccurate. It shows very low order numbers, sometimes around 10 or less, whereas we actually receive hundreds of orders on those days.

    Currently, there is no clear way to see how many orders are received per day or the total over a week. While the data may exist…

    Please note that on the new sales dashboard the order numbers displayed are for despatched orders, but we will also soon be adding another tab which will display the numbers of new orders received as well.

  4. Revert to the old system for handing tabs in Click & Drop

    Please revert back to the old system or at least give us the option of having tabs remain open or not when an order is clicked, for example, to amend postage details etc.

    These tabs never used to stay open when simply amending postage details for an order.

    Now you've created work for us by having to click to close tabs when there gets to be too many open for the browser to handle. This can happen 2-3 times per day in my case. More work for no gain.

    This is especially egregious since it worked perfectly beforehand.

  5. Do not hold Tracked 48 parcels for 24 hours before scanning

    As well as Royal Mail and Parcelforce parcels not being scanned at point of collection like other carriers manage to do, we also have the problem that all our Tracked 48 parcels are not scanned when they are received at our local hub. We are reliably informed that their standard practice is that because they are Tracked 48, they are left for 24 hours before being processed and scanned for the very first time.   6. Multi Parcel Consignment takes longer than WDM system

    It seems that some of the basic IT functionalities have slipped with the new system, and it’s starting to impact our workflow. For example, when creating a Multi Parcel shipment via manual entry, the process has become much more time-consuming. The system no longer captures default settings like service type, parcel size, or whether a signature is required, which were all part of the previous system and helped streamline our operations.

  7. automatic refund for lost tracked post

    If a tracked item is shown as not received after ages. Then obviously that item either hasn't reached the destination, or it hasn't been tracked as was paid for. So the cost of postage could be automatically refunded without the customer (who has already lost a sale) can at least get their postage costs back without filling out a massive form.

  9. Telephone number not printed on label

    The telephone number field is not used for the generated click and drop label, therefore I currently have to open every order and copy the telephone number in to a free field (or append it to the surname).

    Please add the telephone field as a printed field on the label, many countries rely on the telephone number for a successful delivery, without it the package is returned.

  10. Add DDP for Large Letters to the USA

    Add Large Letters with DDP for the USA please.
    80% of my orders are Large Letters to the USA and today I had to send them as Parcels which has increased my shipping costs hugely.

  11. Collections from other addresses

    Why is there not the same facility as the WDMO for arranging collections? A collection on the WDMO system was easy to arrange and the driver collected the item and when they arrived they had a label to attach to the item.
    Now we need to add the collection address to our own business address and email a label for the to the person the item is being collected from, this seems another step backwards

  13. Allow copy & paste / drag & drop into address search box on Create Order page

    On the new Click & Drop “Create Order” page, the “Search for an Address book entry or a UK address” field no longer allows copy & paste or drag & drop of addresses.

    This was possible in the previous version and was a huge time-saver when processing orders from platforms like eBay and Amazon Seller Central.

    At the moment:
    You can still paste or drag & drop into fields like Name, Company, Email, and Phone Number
    But the address search box does not accept pasted or dragged text

    This means addresses now have to be typed manually, which:

  14. printing on 4 per page, A4 label sheets

    Printing labels and CH22's on 4 per page, A4 label sheets from PDF's used to work fine. Now the placing of the labels on the page overlaps the label joins.
    This is the same for 4 per page with and without border sheets.
    Please check and adjust the label positioning to corectly print within the label boundaries

  18. create an order page May 2026

    So we have now been forced to use the new page layout without the problems being sorted.

    The major one, which is VERY annoying, is that the Trading Name dropdown is at the BOTTOM of the page. This is important because, when you change it to a different one to default and then chose "create another" the Trading Name goes back to default!!

    The only benefit to the old page (not the old old page just removed but the good old page which had create another and the name stayed put) was that the name stayed put.

  19. Postcode address search

    I have to write in an entire address to pull it out of a drop down menu. That's a rubbish feature. You may not know this but the UK is broken up into postcode. There are only a few addresses in each so why don't you let the use put in a post code and select the address froma drop down.

    If you are going to have a "just start typing" search, then make the search results match what's typed in. I can type 70% of a full address and the results drop down still contains pointless way off results.

  20. Add Large Letters for USA

    Now we can only send orders to the USA as Small Parcels!
    This is costly, wastes excessive packaging for small items and not at all Eco Friendly. Not business friendly.
    It's unbelievable that it's an option for over the counter customers but not for OBA customers
