Stop Autoprint Returns Labels
We've finally got round to getting Print Assist working, and it's a good time saver. Only problem we have now, is generally we save tracked returns labels as PDFs and send them to customers to use when they request a return, this is harder now that they fire off to the label printer instead - can this be an option in the Print Assist settings for returns labels to be a seperate thing, like the choice of the other labels. Equally, can you put the manifest sheets in there, so we can set them to auto print to the A4 printer?

Why cant you set them to print to your 6x4 printer so you can send your customer a sticky label rather than a pdf or a piece of A4 that they have to stick to the box! I have a 6x4 printer to make things look more professional, yet I can't print a decent looking user friendly returns label!
I agree if you have Print Assist its very fiddly having to remember to keep selecting the A4 printer each time!
We do not bulk print return labels to send with orders and only produce a return label when necessary. At present we have to remember to disable autoprint before producing every return label so that we can get a PDF to email to the customer. Surely an option to produce a PDF could be very easily incorporated as well as the PRINT option.
